Park royal holiday very big fraud company of travel industry, they just making fool customer, they don't provide booking, they promised me, they will provide booking very easily, but they don't provide, they make new reason every booking time, I have lot of problems with park royal, .
Matin promised me I will provide booking very easily, but he doesn't respond now a day, Gopal Patel, now talking but not able to provide booking, he just saying every time, reservation dept, will provide booking, I m not happy with park royal, I will take regal action against park royal,
