[Resolved]  Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd — Not giving room and taken 50000/-

My member ID is 12765 .
When I purchased the membership I was committed to give room in Srinagar ..after taking money they denied as room can’t be given . And was told to inform 2 months prior this was fine now I sent a mail on 4th of august to get room on month of October . I am not getting any reply in my mail after daily follow up in mail .
Will I get the services or you fool people

I spoke to Mr Dhananjay and he assured that we will get the rooms in Munnar for 3 days on desired dates . Hope everything goes well

Misleading other members .. yes in office n to my family members I am showing my mails to everyone as we have not got any booking after repeated mails …
How i can give positive feedback.. if twice I m told that u can’t give us rooms ? If you such a loyal group return the amount as u r not able to fulfil the commitment of giving room

Yes I am also the same thing. Why they are doing such . I think owner should talk n resolved it. Otherwise move to consumer court.

Right now I m in touch with Mr Dananjay and he committed that he will give me booking from 7 th oct to 10 th of oct in Munnar . Will update about room once I come back .

Was suppose to get the voucher on 26th and Mr Dhananjay forced me to click on resolve… though I clicked on resolve but issue not resolved yet
Dhanajay has given false commitment. Wo ek chor hai.
