This company is engaging in fraudulent activities and has deceived its customers. I became a member in January 2024 and since then, I have been trying to book a 6-night/7-day international trip. From my initial booking request, I clearly stated that my travel dates and locations are flexible, and I requested a full 6-night/7-day international trip. However, in January 2024, their reservation team informed me that they would update me in March 2024. When I followed up with them in March 2024, they said they would update me in May 2024. It seems like they are just wasting time and making excuses to avoid providing any bookings to their customers. I have come across more than 5-6 customers who are facing similar issues with this fraudulent company. Once again, in May 2024, they are giving me excuses and stating that they only have a 3-night package available at my desired locations. I clearly informed them that I require a full 6-night/7-day tour package according to my plans, but they denied my request. Their employees are unprofessional, as they do not listen to their customers and constantly make excuses for not providing services. They even ask for payments without delivering any services to the customers.
