This is to inform you about the parle-g glucose biscuits.
Today morning, somewhat black fungus particle was found in the parle-g biscuits and packets.
I am sharing some of the photos of the packet.
Kindly look into this and revert me about the action taken.

I had got a family a family pack parle hide n seek biscuit but i have found human hair inside the biscuit and that is very disappointing and disgusting thing ever had.
I need you to take quicke action against it.
And let me know the feeback.
And also all you complaint number are switched off.

Sir today morning i was purchased parle g biscuit and on belif on parle brand i have eaten almost 1/2 packed without proper seen after my wife tell me to see biscuit, i seen almost all remained biscuits had burnt and look like fungal infected.

The quality of the biscuit has degraded to an unacceptable level. The packet which was opened yesterday had biscuits with uneatable substances in it.
I am attaching a photograph of that biscuit particularly.
Hope a quick and appropriate action would be taken.

I am from satna from nikhil traders. I bought parle g so in kartoon some packets are opened, then i sell it but costomer deny to buy, so i am given those open packets to distributer he also deny those pakets said these cannot be returned, , what the hell is happening with me. If this is right to me so please tell i cannot buy next time your brand

Smell in biscuits

I have bough regularly parle products and I buy krackjack biscuit in regular basis from atleast past 05 years. From last couple of days I bough krackjack package and I found that biscuit shape is uneven (batch no is UM 148 B) and from so may years I bough this but I did not found this type of shapes of biscuit and I think this type of biscuit generally rejected pieces. I am not satisfied with this and also not suits to parle brand for sell such type of stuff to their customers who blindly trust on PARLE brand so please look in to and I know team will get with positive feedback to me.

Sand particles are coming in biscuits pack of 800 gm. On constant calls on the given complaint numbers of parle company. But voice complaint cell is absent.

I bought parle G biscuit packet from retail shop. In that packetof biscuit the sand are mixedwhen we eat biscuit it taste like we are eating sand.

Parle g is the product were every one eat with out age difference .but the product 13/5/20 BATCh:27 13A B the product has high sugar

I bought parle hide and seek large biscuit packet in reliance fresh store, chandapura.
The biscuits seem good on the top side but at the bottom side, it is fungus, the expiry date is in dec 2020, but the product no more edible now it self.

Please look into this issue, as there might be people who eat them unknowingly.

It has been observed that the 5 Rs parle-g biscuit has less weight than mentioned(65 gram) on the packet . 5 packets has weight(in gram) as follow-46, 59, 60, 61, 62...

I have purchased the kismi toffee bar chocolate yesterday from the retailer shop. Today i just open it and i found some metal pieces inside the chocolate. I am attaching the pictures of the product.

I am very disappointed by getting this dangerous food item from your company.

My child had opened it to eat and at that point in time, i have seen this that's why i found metal pieces. I was very afraid as my child had consumed it than what.

How you can make the product available without even check. And in this case, this is the food item one can lost life.

I am claiming compensation worth rs.2 lakhs for having this chocolate containing metal piece after all this is the matter is once life.

If you have not given any positive response towards my claim i will avail legal remedies against your company.

Please note that having these defected food items i am having irreparable damage as this pertained to the life of my child.

Request you to give compensation worth rs.2 lakhs for the product.

Burn dust stuck on biscuits, this is not good for eating

It is to inform you that today i had bought a parle-g biscuit batch:kn 27b for my local shop and found a hair while consuming the same. This was very disappointing thing for me. This is the second time this happens with me. First time i had ignored that buy assuming that this had happened my mistake. But not this is because of lake of infrastructure and casual attitude. I urge you to take necessary steps to avoid this kind of thing again.

I am Manmay Makkad residing at Bharuch, Gujarat. I have purchased monaco biscuit from local D mart present at the location. On opening of the pack I have found that several biscuits in a pack are half broken.

The biscuits are all scrambled in a kilograms pack of parle g gold. It looks like ants have destroyed them. The package is recently purchased and not expired.

I bought 3 packets of Parle G biscuits of weight 250 g each. I would like to bring it to your concern that all the 3 packets had biscuits of highly poor category. It might have been adultered. It tasted like dusty/ sandy/ muddy taste as if sand was mixed in biscuits material. It’s highly injurious to health as it could have caused stones in kidneys. I have the remaining biscuits left with me for proof. This is really a serious concern as it is not only with a single packet but with all 3 packets I bought. See to it or else I ll have to complaint in consumer court! The biscuits could cause serious health issues.
