I bought a packet of parle platina hide and seek which had 8/2/20 of packaging. When i opened it, i saw few layers of fungus on the chocolate chip of the biscuits, i checked the packaging but it was fresh, i bought another pack of biscuits from another shop and it showed same fungus on the chocolate chips. I'm so upset with the product and disappointed with parle, please check the problem with your product. It is one of the best product that i enjoy a lot.

Am disheartened with the quality of hide and seek chocolate biscuits i buy now. Usually i get perfect chocolate brown biscuits but now all i get is white biscuits with no chocolate chips at all. I have attached a photo along with this to clarify that i am really concerned with the quality i receive. I mean how does the quality checking differ when its produced with fine supervision. The biscuits are white which triggers me to think that it's all flour i am eating. It's been for the 5th time and i am not liking it..
I really don't want to regret buying another pack of hide and seek biscuits which i pay 30 rs...

I was shocked to find only three packs inside the box even though six packs is mentioned on the outside box. The outside box looked to be not tampered and properly sealed when i opened it.

Hie, I bought Parle Monaco biscuit a couple of days ago, today I opened a pack and found worms in the biscuit!!! I was gonna take a bite but fortunately saw that worm in that Monaco. It’s completely gross. Please check the quality standards before it reaches it to final customers like us ! I’m highly disappointed!

We purchased parle rusk from dmart (Boisar east branch) this month of mrp 57 and today while having it with my tea, i found a piece of thread in the toast. Am very disappointed to see that parle being a reputed brand is so careless with foodstuffs and don't check their products which lead to threads being found in biscuits.

"parle name symbolizes quality, nutrition and superior taste." parle has not been true to its name when such mishaps occur in foodstuffs.

I bought a parle platina milano choco & hazelnut cookies packet from a shop situated nearby. As soon as i opened it i was terrified to see that 2 out of 6 packets seal was burnt. The part of the wrapper was like it was burnt durimg sealing.

The infusion of the burnt packing material molecules along with cookie might poison the cookie ; and consumption of the same will lead to severe health issues.

Please look in the matter on urgent notice.

I had bought a rs.30 milano chocolate chip cookies packet (Batch no. 8a4) which had 6 separate cookies. One of those packets had been previously opened and then resealed with some slimy fungus like material which can be clearly seen from the picture uploaded. A huge chunk of the cookie was also missing.

I am really shocked and highly disappointed that such a fan-favourite and popular company like parle could do this. I am never buying any parle products ever again.

I found a hair in the cookie, it is totally unhygienic that such a huge brand is not at all concerned about the hygiene of the consumers. I am really shocked by the fact that parle being one of the oldest companies to produce biscuits has shown such disregard towards its consumer. There are a lot of people who love hide and seek biscuits and it is mainly because of the taste and also the brand that it has established.

I am permanently boycotting it from my use. I can never expect this from parle.

Hey Parle! I want to file a complaint regarding hair in my hide and seek biscuit. I wasn't expecting a famous brand to make such an unhygienic mistake. I couldn't avoid but to raise an issue against it. Be more cautious about it as you have already made this mistake in the past. Kindly look into that.

This is to inform you that we observe an odd and disgusting smell from hide and seek biscuits when opened and while eating the biscuits.
Pkd date 9/9/19 best before 7months (Suspect: generally we see 6months) as mentioned on the cover.

We are buying this from a nearest provision stores and we observed this odd smell last month and this month as well
Children are not showing interest to consume them and we do not no the consequences. At home they started drying them openly to get rid of the smell and the biscuits got soiled by getting soft and smelly.
Instantly, i did not believe when this was told to me at home, but i just opened a new packet and observed it myself. At home family members thought some kerosene like smell, but seems very odd to me, as well.
Could you please look into the matter an solve the problem

I bought the packet of milano choco delight with batch code: NR 14 A.this packet had only 3 biscuit packets instead of six which was written on outer cover . Very dissapointed at this 35 rupees gone and only 3 buiscuits and so dark fantasy id more profitable

And i am also fond of krackjack since my childhood, but here is the problem i recently purchase a pack of krackjack from nearby store also checked its expiry date which is not expired at all, but i got a very bad experience from that pack because all biscuits are seems reddish means highly baked which is very bad and cleamsy in taste...

We had bought milano ₹50 packet packed on 24/5/19 and batch number kp24a. Out of which one packet of cookies was more than half empty on touching it. It was shocking to see that a packet of cookies only had crumbs in it. As i opened it to not my suprise i found that it wasonly crumbs and filled with air. This is a scam of my money and i i feel ripped off by buying this product

I have purchased this potato wafers pack costs around 5 rps as my on the go snack. And while eating i found a hair / thread kind of a substance in my package. Manufacturing date of a pack is 25/09/19 and it says it's ok to consume for 120 days. I have never encountered such unidentified substance in my food previously. There was a plastic piece inside the packet first i thought it was my packets lid but when i saw the lid, it wasn't broken or cut from any side. The plastic is sharp from from either sides it went in my mouth but i spitted it or it would have went in my stomach the plastic piece is red in color sane like the lid of parle cheeselings, but surely it is not my lid

This was one of my favourite chocolate from childhood and today I just found a small worm 🐛 that too living worm in melody. Thank god I check it every time before I eat. First I thought it was chocolate waste but then when it moved I realised it was a worm. Please maintain atleast proper hygiene. Not acceptable from Parle

I recently purchased a 300 gm. Pack of monaco cheeslings, and towards the end of the box, i found two cheese rusks stuck to each other. It turns out, there is a hair between them, connecting the two. I have taken pictures just in case the hair strand comes out, but this product quality is atrocious. It seems that there has been no quality check to ensure that no other particle gets in during production. As i have encountered this at the end of the package, i wonder what i have consumed until now. I request the concerned authorities to take the necessary action, as soon as possible.
