Parle happy cakes chocolate flavour cake from batch: w3 4a manufactured on 4/11/19 was found with bread mould on cake on 25/01/2020. The product has the sign “best before 90 days” i. E. It has to last till 02/02/2020 but was found spoilt before expiry date. The product was sold at h5 xerox shop

I had bought a rs.30 milano chocolate chip cookies packet (Batch no. 8a4) which had 6 separate cookies. One of those packets had been previously opened and then resealed with some slimy fungus like material which can be clearly seen from the picture uploaded. A huge chunk of the cookie was also missing.

I am really shocked and highly disappointed that such a fan-favourite and popular company like parle could do this. I am never buying any parle products ever again.

I found a hair in the cookie, it is totally unhygienic that such a huge brand is not at all concerned about the hygiene of the consumers. I am really shocked by the fact that parle being one of the oldest companies to produce biscuits has shown such disregard towards its consumer. There are a lot of people who love hide and seek biscuits and it is mainly because of the taste and also the brand that it has established.

I am permanently boycotting it from my use. I can never expect this from parle.

Today morning i bought krackjack biscuit packet for the first time in my colony local shop but i was shocked to see hair that present inside the two biscuits attached each other i realised that after completion of eating half of the biscuit packet my request is to stop the negligency while preparing certain foods that which is not safe, especially don't play the health of the public.

I bought happy happy cakes from d-mart. After opening the cake packet i noticed that the cake was not of good quality so i registered a complaint to parle customer number i. E [protected]. But when i called them for the followup they did not entertain.

Earlier once i had made a complaint of hide and sick biscuit as it was moist and not according to the expectations.

This is to inform you that we observe an odd and disgusting smell from hide and seek biscuits when opened and while eating the biscuits.
Pkd date 9/9/19 best before 7months (Suspect: generally we see 6months) as mentioned on the cover.

We are buying this from a nearest provision stores and we observed this odd smell last month and this month as well
Children are not showing interest to consume them and we do not no the consequences. At home they started drying them openly to get rid of the smell and the biscuits got soiled by getting soft and smelly.
Instantly, i did not believe when this was told to me at home, but i just opened a new packet and observed it myself. At home family members thought some kerosene like smell, but seems very odd to me, as well.
Could you please look into the matter an solve the problem

We had bought milano ₹50 packet packed on 24/5/19 and batch number kp24a. Out of which one packet of cookies was more than half empty on touching it. It was shocking to see that a packet of cookies only had crumbs in it. As i opened it to not my suprise i found that it wasonly crumbs and filled with air. This is a scam of my money and i i feel ripped off by buying this product

I have purchased this potato wafers pack costs around 5 rps as my on the go snack. And while eating i found a hair / thread kind of a substance in my package. Manufacturing date of a pack is 25/09/19 and it says it's ok to consume for 120 days. I have never encountered such unidentified substance in my food previously. So i would like to raise a complaint against Parle products. Kindly look into this matter seriously.

We actually ordered parle products from sanchit agencies. And actually they are not giving the products.
We are running out of parle products. How your product will sell without giving your product.. Do something for this.. Smitha purath is the sanchit agencies owner. She is not willing to give products.. Before the bill was paid and she is telling that our payment is not done..

There was a plastic piece inside the packet first i thought it was my packets lid but when i saw the lid, it wasn't broken or cut from any side. The plastic is sharp from from either sides it went in my mouth but i spitted it or it would have went in my stomach the plastic piece is red in color sane like the lid of parle cheeselings, but surely it is not my lid

I recently purchased a 300 gm. Pack of monaco cheeslings, and towards the end of the box, i found two cheese rusks stuck to each other. It turns out, there is a hair between them, connecting the two. I have taken pictures just in case the hair strand comes out, but this product quality is atrocious. It seems that there has been no quality check to ensure that no other particle gets in during production. As i have encountered this at the end of the package, i wonder what i have consumed until now. I request the concerned authorities to take the necessary action, as soon as possible.

Parle-g gold biscuits with packing date of 08/05/19 came with inappropriate biscuits.
Biscuits were covered with some web like coverings.
Bad quality biscuits.. Harmful if consumed.
Biscuits were covered with something like fungus.. Plz correct the quality of that batch product.
Most of your customer buy your product with lot of faith.
If this is the quality we won't buy it anymore.

Today i had bought this parle happy happy choco-chip cookies and from one cookie, there is a piece of plastic you can see i have added photos and videos of it below.

Now how can one parent believe and buy this again for thier children, this type of harmful products that are not quality guaranted which is not at all ever good for ones health never gonna buy this again, quieting all packed products from now.

Everyone should beware even its important for parents those who buying such packed products for their kids and family.

I bought a parle chatkeens salted peanuts packet of 5 rupees today and while eating these peanuts suddenly i found a worm type of object inside a peanut. I ate some of the peanuts already from the packet, now i don't know whether i already have eaten other peanuts with worms or not.
I used to love these peanuts but now i won't touch them again.

I bought parle hide and seek of RS.10 but I am not satisfied with quality of product.The biscuits has a very strong smell like of like nail paint.The biscuits quality are not qualified and are not edible.I don't expect this quality from such a renowned company.This happening destruct my trust from parle, so I want to file a case against the company for my grievance.

I regularly purchase parle g gold biscuits 1 kg packet always all the biscuits are good in conditions but from last one month i seems that there are some packets of parle g simple biscuits. Its not fair that we are purchasing parle g gold biscuits and you gives some packets of duplicate biscuits

The hide and seek biscuits we bought had a dead fly inside cooked with the biscuit. This is lack of both hygenie and also an health hazard.

We had bought the biscuit from dmart and were having this. While eating we discovered something wierd with the choco chip. When we looked into it, it was a dead fly which had been baked into biscuit.

This is sheer negligence and these are biscuits consumed and shared with children. Please look into this to ensure that the utmost care is taken while preparing food consumed across all ages.

My family member brought 4 parle hide and seek biscuits for 105rs on 7/8/19 from a nearest store having offers. It was pkd on 13/7/19 of batch hy13ap. While i got a pack out of 4 and while consuming those whole (Without breaking) i found a white hairy matter which was inside biscuit and i am still having that peace with hair inside biscuit.
According to fssai food standards, if we get an unidentified matter inside the food substances which is not a ingredient of that food then the food is considered adulterated. It is said that the food is risk if this condition appears. I am still in doubt that how many would have gone to my stomach so i request u contact me and pay the compensation for selling an adulterated product. I bought a packet of parle milk shakti biscuit and to my surprise it has a spider in the biscuit. How could they not maintain quality. What if I get sick . Not even responding to my calls. This is not a small matter don't know how many biscuits were like these I don't think we should be sitting we should make sure this reaches to parle company. Parle's reputation is not good.
