I am a retail outlate owner in rajkot gujarat.. My shop address is shop no 25, shastrinagar ajmera nanamava main road.. I am not getting delievery of parle g 5 rs biscuits from the suplier since last one month.. So please help me to solve the problem. I keeo on asking some of tbe sales persons but they alson dont reply positively... So now i am raising my problems in front of you.

The hide & seek biscuits have a smell of plastic in them, and taste bland.
We expect that the tray in which the biscuits are laid is releasing fumes. Probably the summer heat is warming the plastic tray way beyond the manufacturer's set limits.
Please see to it that the company is duly informed about this problem, because it may cause bad word to mouth about parle platina products' quality leading to loss of faith amongst its stakeholders, including ourselves!

My name is jyotish menon from gandhidham - kutch gujarat. Me and my family are regular user of parle products as we trust for its quality. We bought a big packet of parle mango bite candy from a near shop as we use to keep toffees to give it to children whoever visit our home. One morning while we uncovered a toffee cover we were surprised to see a fly inside it. It was really shocking moment for us as we never ever imagined in our dreams too that such a big company is not maintaining the quality. We were about to post it through social media but then decided to 1st complaint to the company directly against its quality. We mailed them on 27th april 2019 with photographs. They had given us one reply which also states "the unfortunate experience you had with one of our product is an exception rather than the rule." i must say for such a big company it should be the rule as their simple negligence may harm customers health. If the same was consumed by any of the child without notice, the child would have been hospitalised for food poison or any other serious health issues then who would be responsible??? Further to their mail they had also mentioned one of their executive will visit us to collect away the defective product as sample and will analyse into the matter. As per our thinking we may not handover the sample to them as the company will get a good opportunity to hide their mistake from the world. We need to file a complaint against them as for us this is a very big mistake made by such a reputed company. My home address is sdh 34, ward 4b/c. Sadhu vaswani nagar - adipur. Kutch - gujarat. I had purchased parle 20-20 butter cookies, when i was eating it suddenly i felt something stuck between my teeth when i took it out i was shocked it was a stapler pin inside biscuit. If that pin stucked in my throat or stomach then who was responsible for that. It shows that quality control on your product is nasty. U r doing falter with the health of people.

I bought some melody toffees from a shop and found a small worm inside the toffee that i was about to eat.
This is so disgusting and i did not expected this thing from such a reputed brand.
Company should maintain proper hygiene i request the company to take a proper action against it as soon as possible.
Otherwise i will file a case against the company.

Dear team,
I had purchased a box of mazelo toffee. But in that few toffee is in very poor packing. It has product in seal and back side seal is completely open form. I never expected such poor product from parle company.
Also the product which is packed in is of very poor shape. It has irregular shape. Request to please correct these. As these were offered to the guest who came to my house. And it was very embarrassing at that moment to see such product.

Today my son opened a tetra pak of frooti which we had purcashed from a local dealer (Jalaram foods) also known as k k bakery. When he placed the straw inside the pack and started to drink, intially it was fine and after couple of sips he found that the liquid coming was black in colour. When he informed my wife and we opened the pack she was surprised to see that colour of the drink was black in colour and maybe leach or soemthing elese present. Immediately she made my son vomit and took him for medical aid. At this point of time he is fine but dont know if he would have drunk a little more what the consequences would have been. This is shear lack of irresponsibilty of parle. I seriuously doubt the qc of the products manufactured by parle.

I demand for a immediate action on the same else i am going to complain about the same in the consumer court.

All the biscuits in the packets are always crushed and no attention is paid on complaint e - mails.
Such a brand and such a customer satisfaction index.
No escalation matrix is available. Whatever complaint email address is provided on wrappers are totally fake as there is no response even in months.
Customer is supposed to accept whatever # is provided

I have purchased 1 packet of Parle 20-20 cashew cookies biscuits but during consuming time test found bitter details are below.
Test is also like bitter or abnormal and in this packet all biscuits pieces looks like very old product

I found a metal piece inside your 20-20 biscuit.
I was about to have it just when i saw the metal inside the biscuit.
This is not the quality check standard expected from a company like parle. Millions of people consume your products everyday. Consumer must feel safe while having your products.
I am attaching the picture of the biscuit for your reference....

Salesman in our area is not working appropriately. We dont get schemes given by company with our orders accompanying that order. If we complaint about this issue to salesman or distributor they either deny to give schemes or not respond to our complaints. They even deny to take our orders. We want to get schemes given by company with our orders. Somestimes we even dont get our order on time.

The parle company at satna is not responding as i sending my worker 2-3 times then also they are not giving the product. So we are facing lot of problems. Kindly help us. So that the product is easily available and we could get the product easily and get the service easily.

Parle krack jack biscuits, containing net weight 200g + 50g extra= 250g, with batch number z929ab, purchased from lulu, kotturpuram, surprisingly contained burnt biscuits. The biscuits were dark black in colour, very oily and tasted bitter. Such bad quality control is not expected from a reputed company like, parle. 50g extra and burnt biscuits is not what is expected.

The green park restaurant's shop of Karnataka is no Urikonda checkpost of Karnataka, India refused to give me the offered extra biscuit packet of NUTRICRUNCH DIGESTIVE COOKIES which are to be given free along with PARLE HIDE & SEEK Biscuit packet instead they said they have not received the respective free biscuit packet.I don't think PARLE won't take action as this may further lead to the damage of the very purpose of introdusory products.Hoping the regarding action is taken..thank you

Recently i bought a box of kismi bar toffees mix varieties. When i opened a toffee (elaichi flavour), it's wrapper was a little bit damaged... After looking at it i found an insect on its top... That's completely disappointing..
I always have been a fan of parle products, but this has made me feel disgusted.
I would like to get my concern resolved.

Hello there. This day i've got a hide & seek pack of worth rs.30. Inr and there was an offer which says "get nutricrunch digestive cookies worth rs.10 with this pack*". So when i asked the shopkeeper for the cookie packet as mentioned above, he says that it isn't written "free with this pack" and i haven't received any free packets for this which sounded so awkward and insulting. What are you guys upto? What is this company upto? Whose mistake is this? Can i file a complaint over this on behalf of consumer complaint policies?

Biscuit ki quality kharab ho gai hai turant gal jate hai biscuit. Kabhi ek dum dark brown aate hai. Plz notice is mai aapke compny kaa itne saal kaa naam kharab ho raha hai. Be aware of such kind of things.
Please inform to parle to resolve such kind of problems. Tell them to give attention.
From last 5 to 6 month the same prblm with every packet of parle.

I bought a packet of parle kaccha mango bite and discovered that one of the chocolate that is seal packed has no chocolate inside it. I am completely shocked after receiving such a faulty product from such a renowned company like yours. This is not the first time it has happened with me but it's high time now, you have to resolve this issue as fast as you can and ensure that this mistake is not carried in future.

Parle कंपनी को में अपने बचपन से देखता आ रहा हु और उसे उपयोग भी करता आ रहा हु. इसमें कोई सक नहीं हे की parle की प्रोडक्ट में कोई कमी हो. में जब एजेंसी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर लाइन बिज़नेस स्टार्ट किया काम करते करते मार्किट में जब देखा तो पता चला की प्रोडक्ट तो सारी अच्छी हे और बहुत उत्तम हे पर कंपनी माँ मार्केटिंग सिस्टम की तरफ देखा जाये तो कंपनी की सबसे बड़ी कमी नजर आती हे. उसी कमी के चलते parle को मार्किट से जितना बिज़नेस मिलना चाहिए उसके सामने करीबन ३०% सेल की कमी हो रही हे. जिसके कहते parle की दूसरी कॉम्पिटिटर कंपनी को मार्किट करने का मौका मिल जाता हे और वह parle की जगह दूसरी कंपनी मार्किट में सेल कर लेती हे.
parle कंपनी के पास बहुत अच्छी प्रोडक्ट बनानेकी तकनीक हे फिर भी ख़राब मार्केटिंग के चलते और ख़राब सिस्टम मैनेजमेंट के चलते मार्केटि में ३०% सेल नुकसान हो रहा जिसका ऊपर लेवल के मैनेजमेंट को पता नै हे.
मेरे हिसाब से सिस्टम थोड़े से सुधार और थोड़ा सिस्टम में बदलाव से parle कंपनी को नुकसान हुए सेल को वापिस पाने में मदद मिलेगी .मेने पूरा मार्किट सर्वे कर रिपोर्ट बनाई हे उसके आधार पर में ये कह रहा हु
