Dear sir,
Recently i bought a pack of mango bite b. No:ul 7a pkd date: 01/18 from my d-mart store. I found when that, from few chocolates a black colour particles coming while eating. The particle is like hard to touch and charcoal like black in colour. The brand parle got a great name in india. We believe blindly that parle is brand for quality. By seeing those chocolate i was really shocked and upset. Please do not play with children...

I found a hair strand embedded in a biscuit of parle-g. This incident happened on the 20th of february 2018. This is completely unacceptable. The hair was actually stuck inside the biscuit and this was a shocker coming from such a highly reputed brand of a biscuit which is well known and consumed across the country.
I expect a full length explanation to why this happened and an assurance that this won't repeat in the future....

Sir i bought parle hide n seek Rs 30 pack, when i used Paytm offer of Rs 15 cashback its show that Promocode is already Used, this is cheating, and i want Rs 15 Back. How come packed sealed code can be used????? request you to kindly look in to the matter very seriously, because this fraud and its also harm your reputation in the market, therefore kindly credit 15 rs in my paytm account number [protected].

Bought parle hide & seek packe worth rs. 30. As part of a promotional offer i should had got rs. 15 cashback.
But the promotional code provided in the pack isn't valid when entered through paytm app.
Being such an established company i never expected such a cheap thing from parle.
Could you please help in resolving this issue and let me know what to be done....

Today 21/12/17 brought a packet of hide and seek biscuits of mfg.9/9/17 and found white granular mould type growth on the chocolate chips on the biscuits and i informed about this to shopkeeper but he is not accepting about this. Is matter par jab salesman ko kaha to usne kha ki aap comlaint kar do isme meri koi falt nhi h phi bhi kuch nhi hoga so sir pls look in to the matter sir ye ko responsbility eala jawab nahi
Aur parle jasi large company empty pouch kaisi pack kar supply kar sakti ha

Respected officials of parle, i am ganesh shenoy from mumbai, maharashtra. I have bought parle bakesmith the english marie biscuits pack with the valid paytm cash back offer printed over it. But on opening the pack there is no promo code printed anywhere in the pack. This is a case of complete fraud and misguiding the consumer as per the commitments on the product sold. It was never expected of an old and reputed company like parle....

It's so rude. Shame on you. Why you are taking fraud means of promotions? First of all you have to respect your customers. I bought a hide and seek biscuit which have paytm cash label outside the cover. But inside the cover i haven't got any promo code. It was a cheating. If this was your mistake, please acceptd it and don't make your customers a fool anymore.

I have valid code, and tested it by changing 0 with o to clarify all doubts whether im using correct code or not.

But however i use correct code it says invalid code. I have the biscuit packet outer cover with me, which shows a clear code still. But says invalid when we enter.

Please do the needful to add my 18 rupees cash back to the below account/let me know if i shall send the code to any mail id.

Recently i brought two packets parle hide &seek biscuts worth rs.50/-. Top of the packet mentioned rs.25 paytm cash back, the code inside the packet. But no codes inside the packet. This problem already informed to the company with packet image but i couldn't get any favorable reply from the company. Company cheating the customers through wrong way of marketing. Very bad......
