Milano choco delight pkd:22/1/18, batch:kp22b, had one of its biscuits which was already cut open and wrapped properly with sellotapes so, it was not even visible easily in the first place. I had a bite and felt the wrapper may not be air tight and checked the cover and found it shocking.
I need strict actions to be taken on this. This is really unacceptable.

I bought a parle kaccha mango bite from a supermarket called "daily" at chennai on 30th may 2018 to be carried to germany for my colleagues. However i could see some of the wrapper was emptied and contains no chocolate, but has been packed.

I would like to raise this complaint and demand an explanation regarding this manufacturing bug. I believe with this bug, the company would have been least profited. Since some of the chocolate wrapper was empty, putting to a simple math, i believe with the per day production and sales of your company with kaccha mango bite, the profit would be marginally high.

This company puts dirty biscuits in packet. When i am eating parle g biscuit of 5 Rupees then i show two broken shape biscuit in packet and today 15 may i show dirty biscuit in parle g packet.

My complaint may sound silly at first but I believe it's extremely important as it is a product from the platina ( apparently luxury collection) - and biscuits can't be placed upside down in bourbon. It's unfair. If youu Have launched a product and you promise to give it a luxury feel atleast place the biscuits right., , I should get some properly placed packets where all biscuits should be placed right irrespective of machine Error beacuse there is no scope for error In luxury products or could have just let it be as parle and not parle platina... need to ensure my trust and love for bourbon again!

I purchased the parle 20-20 cashew cookies as usual as daily evening coffee snack. While i'm eating cookies with my friends, we all felt those cookies are with oil smell and feeling of nausea (Vomiting) sensations. Cookies are not even crossed the expired date. As parle products are high in demand, we prefer to serve our customers with more of your stock. But the careless dealer of this zone, doesn't come to take orders and doesn't attend calls. Purchased a bakesmith marie biscuit packet with 18rs paytm cashback on march 24. After unsuccessfully applying for cashback i contacted paytm and they said that offer expired in february and it is parle's fault if even after offer ends the same offer product is being sold.
I then tried to contact parle but i have been unsuccessful in that regard as well.

Good evening. We brought parle g biscuit packet from d maet store. When the inner pack of parle biscuit was removed my husband found white worm in side the pack. Why is parle distributing such type of biscuits without even checking from the quality department the packs. I am afraid that this pack was checked by us otherwise my child would have definitely faced major health problems.

I request you all to kindly investigate this problem and what is the action for such type of case.

There is a hair stuck between the two cheeselets. First i thought it might be my hair that would have fallen, but when i noticed it as embedded between the cheeselings, it was clear the carelessness in product manufacturing. I usually prefer to give this as a snack to my kid as it comparitivily looks healthier, buy now i am really afraid, this hair can be of hiv positive or some deadly deasesed person.

This is to complain about worm being found in Parle G biscuit..I had sent the photograph to customer service and even after a week, I didn't get any response..when i called, the executive Nilesh Pathak informs me that he can not register the complaint..he wanted batch number etc..i informed that since the packet was thrown i could not provide the batch number..Nilesh Pathak informs me that nothing can be done now..I asked him to connect me to his senior..he refused and informed me that he does not report to anyone in the company..i asked him to give this in writing that complaint can not be registered. He also refuses to do it..

I don't know what to do now, except take this case to consumer court..and use my network to spread word about not to use hide and seek biscuit..

I have found more number of burnt wafers in packet. It almost dark black color.the taste of wafer is too bad and color is not looking good. The wafer are mostly over fried.

Recently i bought a pack of mango bite b. No:ul 7a pkd date: 01/18 from my d-mart store. I found when that, from few chocolates a black colour particles coming while eating. The particle is like hard to touch and charcoal like black in colour. The brand parle got a great name in india. We believe blindly that parle is brand for quality. By seeing those chocolate i was really shocked and upset. Please do not play with children health. Already nestle brand lost its trust and i do not want the parle to do the same with some people negligence please take care of the brand.

I found a hair strand embedded in a biscuit of parle-g. This incident happened on the 20th of february 2018. This is completely unacceptable. The hair was actually stuck inside the biscuit and this was a shocker coming from such a highly reputed brand of a biscuit which is well known and consumed across the country.
I expect a full length explanation to why this happened and an assurance that this won't repeat in the future.

Respected sir,
I want to complain about product of Parle 20-20 biscuit pack of 40 grams with No biscuits in the pack ( the packet was filled with air).This situation is not first time it has happened many times but Parle company is not taking certain measures at time of packing biscuits has it is mistake of company or worker. The company should have to some measures to solve this type of small problems or issues. because it may effect the goodwill of an company.

Sir i bought parle hide n seek Rs 30 pack, when i used Paytm offer of Rs 15 cashback its show that Promocode is already Used, this is cheating, and i want Rs 15 Back. How come packed sealed code can be used????? request you to kindly look in to the matter very seriously, because this fraud and its also harm your reputation in the market, therefore kindly credit 15 rs in my paytm account number [protected].

I am a regular user of parle jeffs biscuits. However, with much regret i have to inform that this product is not available in bhilai area of chhatisgarh since last two months. As per, biscuit sellers, there is even question mark over availability of this product in future too. Kindly address the issue as the reputation of a globally renowned firm like parle is at stake!

I bought a full pack melody. And Didn't find chocolate inside many of them. First I thought only one or two may dont have. But many of them didnt had chocolate inside them. Quality of this toffee have downgraded. Very upset. Wasted money on buying this.

The biscuit are not baked at all.When dipped into tea are melting down like dough.I can share my pic if you want me to do so.Please respond to my problem. Also Kids are complaining that it's sticking in the mouth and is tasteless .
