I have a shop skml departmental stores in simhachalam, visakhapatnam. Parle dealer is not coming for taking the orders. As parle products are high in demand, we prefer to serve our customers with more of your stock. But the careless dealer of this zone, doesn't come to take orders and doesn't attend calls. It's been waste of our time continuously calling him. So, i thought this would be a better choice to resolve the issue. Please take action on him and kindly do the needful at the earliest. Purchased a bakesmith marie biscuit packet with 18rs paytm cashback on march 24. After unsuccessfully applying for cashback i contacted paytm and they said that offer expired in february and it is parle's fault if even after offer ends the same offer product is being sold.
I then tried to contact parle but i have been unsuccessful in that regard as well.

Good evening. We brought parle g biscuit packet from d maet store. When the inner pack of parle biscuit was removed my husband found white worm in side the pack. Why is parle distributing such type of biscuits without even checking from the quality department the packs. I am afraid that this pack was checked by us otherwise my child would have definitely faced major health problems.

I request you all to kindly investigate this problem and what is the action for such type of case.

There is a hair stuck between the two cheeselets. First i thought it might be my hair that would have fallen, but when i noticed it as embedded between the cheeselings, it was clear the carelessness in product manufacturing. I usually prefer to give this as a snack to my kid as it comparitivily looks healthier, buy now i am really afraid, this hair can be of hiv positive or some deadly deasesed person.

This is to complain about worm being found in Parle G biscuit..I had sent the photograph to customer service and even after a week, I didn't get any response..when i called, the executive Nilesh Pathak informs me that he can not register the complaint..he wanted batch number etc..i informed that since the packet was thrown i could not provide the batch number..Nilesh Pathak informs me that nothing can be done now..I asked him to connect me to his senior..he refused and informed me that he does not report to anyone in the company..i asked him to give this in writing that complaint can not be registered. He also refuses to do it..

I don't know what to do now, except take this case to consumer court..and use my network to spread word about not to use hide and seek biscuit..

Recently i bought a pack of mango bite b. No:ul 7a pkd date: 01/18 from my d-mart store. I found when that, from few chocolates a black colour particles coming while eating. The particle is like hard to touch and charcoal like black in colour. The brand parle got a great name in india. We believe blindly that parle is brand for quality. By seeing those chocolate i was really shocked and upset. Please do not play with children health. I found a hair strand embedded in a biscuit of parle-g. This incident happened on the 20th of february 2018. This is completely unacceptable. The hair was actually stuck inside the biscuit and this was a shocker coming from such a highly reputed brand of a biscuit which is well known and consumed across the country.
I expect a full length explanation to why this happened and an assurance that this won't repeat in the future.

I purchased a pack of Milano biscuits from DMart.It was packed on 26/9/17 and today is 29/1/18 they asured us that the biscuits will not spoil till 6 month's from the packing date but still it's only 4 month the biscuits have totally spoiled due to yeast formation on it as it was not opened also. I will take further actions if not solved here.

Bought parle hide & seek packe worth rs. 30. As part of a promotional offer i should had got rs. 15 cashback.
But the promotional code provided in the pack isn't valid when entered through paytm app.
Being such an established company i never expected such a cheap thing from parle.
Could you please help in resolving this issue and let me know what to be done.

The distributor comes to my shop give me one or other excuse and i place new order and it happened for the whole month and know the distributor is asking cash in advance and the reason this time he gave me is that (The company has launch the new policy of advance payment) my shop is in matheran and my shop name is k. G. N. Bakery. So please let me know should i still hope for your company products or go on with other company products which are giving me a credit of a week.

It's really so insane... I mean when i bought it i didn't know the price but when i asked to the shopkeeper he said just only 50rs... I said ohhh only 50...
I bought it the shopkeeper said u will be getting 25 rs as cashback from paytm mall app... I was happy enough to think i wll get half of my money back on my account... But seriously bar code is not working... Is it trust worthy... Come on parle g advertiser it's reputed company we have been grown through... Don't do such things just for the market...

I bought a packet of hide and seek. I found hair strand emerging out of the biscuit. It is a single hair strand coming from within the biscuit. The biscuit piece has been sincerely preserved as a proof . sincere responses are kindly expected from your side.or else action might have to be taken from my end

Today 21/12/17 brought a packet of hide and seek biscuits of mfg.9/9/17 and found white granular mould type growth on the chocolate chips on the biscuits and i informed about this to shopkeeper but he is not accepting about this. These similar incidents have occurred as i read from the internet so please kindly rectify the problem.
And he is saying that the stock will not be taken by the company please kindly see this issue as the shopkeeper is ignoring the fact and many children will consume and cause health issues.
