I had bought a parle hide and seek pack which should give me a cashback of rs 15 on paytm. But i didn't find any promo code in the pack. I am from cuttack, odisha. I looked at the terms and conditions and confirmed that the offer was valid. I did scan the qr code in paytm mall app. But when it asked for promo code, i searched everywhere inside and outside the pack, but couldn't found one. I am rustam from barpeta road, assam. I have just bought 10 packs of parle bakesmith marrie biscuite with the valid paytm cash back offer printed over it. But when i have opened the packs there was no promo code printed anywhere in the pack.in such a condition, this is a case of complete fraud as the customer have bought the product but it had failed to fulfill customers needs....

I am john. This is for the second time i'm buying the parle bakesmith 30₹ pack having free paytm money of 18₹. This time also i was cheated as both the time the show the promo code as invalid one. When i didn't get for the first time i don't care now again when i bought another one and tried also same response. They are doing big sort of cheating to prompt their product....

Please let me the that unique code is of how many digit as the first letter is not visible.

Today i purchased parle bakesmith biscuit. I find 18rs paytm code inside the packet and tried to reddem the same. But sadly it shows that invalid code. Why is it like that. I have bought a blacksmith biscuit which offers rs 18 as a paytm cash. First of all it is very difficult to find a code in this wrapper. When you find it & after using all your vision capacity you put the code to redeem in paytm sight it says invalid code. Totally fake company. I will never buy a product which will offer pytm cash. Totally distaster....

Similar to the complaint earlier. I bought parle hide and seek packet as it stated 15 paytm cash back. But neither got any coupon inside or printed inside. The scan app from paytm mall does not work either. Please stop this false marketing strategy to increase sales otherwise the trust the company had built in so many years with customers will go and no one would ever buy parle products.

I have purchased hide ans seek packets from d mart store in banglore.
I tried to redeem paytm cash to my paytm wallet but its not working.
I tried it with several packs. This is a chit with the customer.
Parle is such a big brand & such a fraud just to increase sell of it's product?
Such a shame.
Resolve the issue if at all something is left within you....

(1) "defective adulterated & inferior" export quality parle - g biscuits

(2) "defective" parle monaco biscuits for "foreign" material is embedded

I recently purchased a parle hide and seek pack worth rupees 30. There was an offer of rupees 15 paytm cash on that hide and seek packet. I brought the packet and entered the code inside it via my paytm app. It showed invalid code after i entered the code. I tried five times but still it was showing invalid code only. After many attempts the result was same. Parle company is playing fraud tactics to attract customers. I want my fifteen rupees...

With reference to the above subject, i have purchased a parle g biscuits-800 grams - rs.60/- packet on 29.08.2017 at 01.30pm this afternoon from one shop in bhandup west - mumbai 400078. I had 2 packets of biscuits with my parents, we got vomiting, then i suspectly just check the biscuit pocket. I was shocked..? The manufacturing date of this parle g biscuits - biscuit packet...

If they didn't intend to give the cash back why they are advertising it.. Strong action should be taken against such fraud done by companies...

Yesterday i purchased 2 packets of parle hide n seek biscuits of rs 30 each. Now a days the parle hide and seek choco roll are offering 12 rs paytm cash. I have bought 6 packs and i am facing problem with the paytm code which is inside the pack. Every packet has 2or 3 letters missing from the code due to oilyness of the biscuit and in every packet i bought so i want to redeem my coupon code but the code r missing so do correct it and take a strict action on this problem coze frankly speaking i bought those for paytm...

Have not found paytm code inside bakesmithmarie paytm offer biscuit packet. This packet is 18rs cashback on paytm. Without promo code it's not possible to redeem cash. Attached image of packet with no code. U can check on the image also. Pls don't do this for the other packs. We understand it's all many packs and at times this common mistakes happen. So just resolve the issue....

Aapke product parle platina ke hide &seek mai scheme "free ₹ 12 paytm cash" jisme ki product ke inside me code diye hote hai. Wo code kisi bhi packet me clear ho rakhe hai. Maine kal 5 packete purchase kiye the unke code clear nahi dikhane ke karan me kisi bhi prakar ka cash back nahi le paya hun. Aap log meri complain ka solution kare nahi tau aap logo ke khilao me consumer court me jaa raha hun.
