Dear customer care

I have purchased hide&seek biscuit packet and it is mentioned that rs.15/- will be added into paytm. It is mentioned on the pack that code is given inside but when i opened the pack, there is no code given inside the pack. Are you fooling customers?
It is not the matter of 15 rupees. It is the matter of customer's trust on such esteemed company.. Please revert back.

I have purchsed hide & seek biscuits on which it is mentioned that paytm cashback of rs. 15/- will be given. However whenever i am entering the code given inside the packet is is saying that the code is incorrect. I am entering the correct code and i have tried many times with different combinations like o as zero and o but all in vain. This is the second time this is happening. I have heard the same complaints from other friends of mine. Such a thing is not expected from a reputed name like parle.

I recently bought a 20 20 cookies that was unusual.. It was not roasted completely and seeming like expired. I couldn't eat those biscuits n i had to throw them. Still i'm thinking that how parle brand can do these kind of mistakes. I would like to suggest all the customers who is reading this comment right now that don't go for these biscuits. It made my mood worse and worst experience ever.. Completely unsatisfied

I bought few packets of hide and seek, chocho rolls and few othwr biscuits. On them it was written get paytm cash in your account.in forst packet the code wasn't clear and few characters were mot printed.in the second pack i got 12₹ in my wallet. Now when i open third pack and tried to redeem the code it says this ckde can be used only once. I haven't used it still it says can be used only once. Same tjing happened with another package when i tried to redeem it error comes can be redeemed only once.

I never expected such type of business trick by parle. That's very rude towards their customers. Now i want patym cash which i should get by biscuits. Never again i'm doing such mistake of buying parle product.

Today i bought a packet of hide & seek biscuit from local store and opened to get the code to have the cash back on paytm mall app but i seen a half rubbed off code inside and the black ink also made a biscuit surface blackish. As an quality executive of pharmacy background i can suggest that the code should be printed at the down side of the inner pack which may reduce the chance of rub off the code as well as the product and the consumer will be safe from the harmful ink also. And moreoverl consequently i was unable to get the cash back too.

I purchase bakesmith marie biscuits of parle product. There is a cash back coupon of rs. 18/-.
We tried to redeem the voucher but we are getting it's invalid coupon. Whats the problem how to get my cash back. I reported in paytmmall app till now i didn't get any reply. 10 days back also i got same problem in hide and seek but didn't complained about that now in this what is happenning such genuine company is frauding people like this.

I bought a pack of hide n seek choco rolls. It appeared to give Rs 25 paytm cash back. But when I scanned the QR code and entered the promo code, it said 'it can be used once per person's but I had not used it before. Parle has disappointed me. Please tell me a way to get 25 Rs. Parle — fraud company tactics
I recently purchased a parle hide and seek pack worth rupees 30. There was an offer of rupees 15 paytm cash on that hide and seek packet. I brought the packet and entered the code inside it via my paytm app. It showed invalid code after i entered the code. I tried five times but still it was showing invalid code only. After many attempts the result was same. Parle company is playing fraud tactics to attract customers. I want my fifteen rupees back which they owe me. Please do take my complaint seriously. I want my money back!!!..

I bought parle bakesmith biscuits with valid paytm cash back offer printed over it. But when i opened the pack there was no promo code printed anywhere in the pack. Following which, i reached out the paytm customer care in twitter on sep'24 - however, paytm refused to provide any response. Following that, i reached out to parle customer care over email - they replied with an invalid promotional code on sep'26. When i reached back to them, parle refused to take any further responsibility. This is a clear case of defrauding customers with collusion beween parle and paytm. I am planning on taking legal actions against both of them. Let me know if anyone wants to join in.

Write a mail to paytm by following the link, they will revert to you on such queries." - I have been writing to their customer care, both over email and twitter handle regularly since Sep'26th - however, they show no intention of responding.

On your second point, "'7. For any assistance/Queries reach out to www. paytmmall.com/care. Write a mail to paytm by following the link, they will revert to you on such queries." - I wrote an email to your customer care - you replied with a voucher code which was invalid and then directed me to paytm.

Since i bought Parle's product, the liability and consumer satisfaction should lie with Parle and not with Paytm.

I didn't get my hide & sike and snikkers cashback which you had give a scheme of 15 ruppes and 20 ruppes scheme i used it for only once and still it's not working they says that plz put it correct or it is used before, when i took the product it is packed and i didn't give it to any one but still that code it not working, till now i only get 1 coupon right other 4, 5 code was not working. What can it get wrong plz check it out... If you want that code to check i can give you, waiting for your response so plz help me out

I had bought a parle hide and seek pack which should give me a cashback of rs 15 on paytm. But i didn't find any promo code in the pack. I am from cuttack, odisha. I looked at the terms and conditions and confirmed that the offer was valid. I did scan the qr code in paytm mall app. But when it asked for promo code, i searched everywhere inside and outside the pack, but couldn't found one. Intentionally or unintentionally you have done a business which is regarded as fraud. Look into this matter.

When i didn't get for the first time i don't care now again when i bought another one and tried also same response. They are doing big sort of cheating to prompt their product.

So fraud people, they are asking your ATM no, CVV No and then asking OTP that has been received on the mobile no. Please take some action against these fake people as they are drowning the name of the company and making people fool by asking OTP .

Unfortunately, your product has un hygenic because we have found on one picec of biscuit patch mark of vehical oil on it (It must be a shut down conveyor or maintenance activity done on same conveyor line).

Dear Shinde Mohan Krishna, Your complaint requires inspection by regulatory authorities to verify and take action against the manufacturer / distributor as the case may be. Please file complaint with your area District Designated Officer (Food Safety) for resolving the issue. Dept / Manufacturer will respond only if you directly contact them rather than posting in public forums.

I bought Hide and seek biscuit worth Rs 30 and said there is a cash back of Rs 15 in Paytm. But when trying to do as per the instructions I noticed there is no promo code inside the packet. This a true case of cheating the customers by false advertisement. I hope Parle come with a solution to this.

I have bought a blacksmith biscuit which offers rs 18 as a paytm cash. First of all it is very difficult to find a code in this wrapper. When you find it & after using all your vision capacity you put the code to redeem in paytm sight it says invalid code. Totally fake company. I will never buy a product which will offer pytm cash. Totally distaster.
