There was hair present while i was eating hide and seek cookie.

Subject: Complaint regarding false and misleading advertisement of "Original Gluco Biscuits" of Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern about the advertisement for the food product Parle-G biscuits of Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. -
"Original Gluco Biscuits" - on the wrapper of "Export & Domestic" quality food products. ( manufactured by sub-contractor)

I have purchased a packet of these biscuits from a nearby store and found that there is no ingredient named "Gluco nad/or Glucose" in the list of ingredients.

This is a clear case of false and misleading advertisement, which violates the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

As a consumer, I feel cheated and deceived by Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. company, which claims to provide quality products to the customers.

I request you to take immediate action as per FSS Act 2006 to rectify this issue and direct the company to stop using the term "Gluco and/or Glucose" on
the wrapper of biscuits. Conduct, annual food inpection and Re-lab test for Sugar Contained in the food products soon as possible, as per FSS Regulation 2011.

If you fail to comply with my request within 15 days of receiving this letter, I will be forced to take legal action against you in the appropriate forum/court.
All the legal & sundry expenses incurred by me shall be recover from you with interest.

I bought a packet of hide and seek biscuits costing me Rupees 30 and after i opened it i found fungus on every biscuit and i ate those without knowing. i got stomach infection by those fungus in your biscuits. i really found it disappointing and pathetic. you are playing with the health of humans.this is so disgusting. everytime i see fungus in these biscuits.

I bought two pack of parle hide and seek biscuits packet from jio mart and the expiry dates show that the biscuits will expire in June 2024, but when i open the packet the chocochip of the biscuits has some white substance upon searching it on Google i got to know that it's fungus but until then me and my family had already eaten one pack of hide and seek.I want a complete refund.

I ordered krack jack biscuits frm zepto which is within the expiry date but I saw a dead worm in the biscuit...

I bought this packet of Parle Hide & Seek from my nearby store. I was eating the biscuits then I suddenly focused on some white granules around the biscuits, Internet is showing this white granules as the Fungus particles. This is cheating with public health, We blindly trust these brands since our childhood. This is not fair.

When I sat down to drink tea this morning, I took a parle G biscuit to eat with that, then I saw that there was only half of a biscuit inside the unopened packet.Only one was half and the rest were full.. Then when I opened the packet and tried to take the biscuit, it suddenly broke.

I purchased a packet of hide and seek biscuits for my 2 year's old kid, and when she was eating biscuits I caught something plastic in the biscuit I just shocked my kid was eating of don't see that plastic. It's very serious about our children health. Very bad making and I had some video and photo proofs. Parle is making very bad product.

This not acceptable when i opened the wrapper to eat the chocolate suddenly i felt something moving and it was a worm what if something had happened after eating to me kindly compensate

I was about to have and suddenly my eyes went on it this is not acceptable having a worm inside the chocolate kindly compensate for this

When I opened the chocolate there was worm in it and this is not at all acceptable from a big brand. What if in case if I had eaten the chocolate and something unusual had happened

Today when my daughter opened wrapper of Melody chocolate live worm found inside the chocolate. This is very disgusting and blunder from a reputed company like Parle.

I happened to purchase a hide and seek from Vishal Mega Mart, Mandi (Himachal Pradesh). The packet looked fine and the expiration date is of next year. However they taste different and stale and it looks like some fungus is growing on it.

So the quantity company offers not fulfilled

The parle g biscuit packet i bought have a very different kind of taste like they were overly burned and as i remove some of the top 3-4 biscuits the a very kind of hole which was going all through the biscuit beneath them.

I received an empty packet in my Hide and Seek Milano biscuits. There were only six packets, and one of them was empty and sealed without biscuit
