We purchased a Parle Krack Jack biscuit which is well within its expiry date and to our shock when we opened the sealed packet we found worms inside the biscuits. It was so shocking that it has pulled me off from consuming any biscuits now. This is to register a complaint regarding bad taste of a parle g biscuit packet of Rupees which I bought today.

I am a regular user of Parle G biscuits and used to always enjoy the taste . But the packet I bought today was of very bad taste which my colleague also confirmed after having one . Also of late have noticed that the taste of biscuit has changed and is not that good as it was before and today the packet I bought was of very bad taste which I never expected from Parle G products

Kindly look into the above matter and please do the needful so that we can enjoy the old taste of Parle G and also will enable you to mantan the quality of Parle G biscuits as it used to be .

I bought two parle g Biscuit Pack but there pack size not same ..

The quantity of Parle Happy Happy cookies are very bad. So please take action and increase our products quality and quantity for parle happy happy cookies.

I recently bought a hide and seek biscuit packet and it tasted like it contains chalk like substance and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It is my favourite biscuit nd I can't accept the tje taste. It is not expired and very far from expiry date. Kindly look into the issue.

I a big Fan of Monaco Biscuit from last 50 year but now days the quality is not coming up to mark most of the time Product inside packaging is having the Moisture content & taste is very bad, Some time the Product is giving the bitter Smell Please Check whats going wrong.

I just got a hair in my 🍪 biscuit and it's too unhygienic and disgusting as this was one of my favourite brand. Just hoping to not buy it any more.

Even mailed at parle site.

I found a plastic inside the biscuit. Here I am attaching a picture of the same. It's quite frustrating and a matter of concern that this kind of thing is happening. It is injurious to my health if consumed by me. This is pathetic. I want an explanation for this & ready to hear the so-called explanation given by the company.

I am writing today to complain about the very terrible 20-20 butter cookies I bought recentl from Kottayam, Kerala.

When I have opened the packet itself I felt a bad odor. When I have tasted one, the taste was odd... It's pkd date is 20/10/22 and use by 18/4/23. This wasn't expected for a parle product. I have to throw away this complete packet(net weight 150g mrp ₹25).

I've tried contacting the parle customer care service both through mail and through call on April 13 2023. However no actions were taken from their end on this so far.

Few days ago I had bought a box of good day biscuits and after opening of the box I found a live worm above one of the biscuits.
Such a reputed company can't digest this fact, the packing date was 30.01.2023

How can such a reputable company provide such type of quality, it seems that the quality check is not proper and the company is least bothered about their customers.

I'm writing this mail with very disappointed and broken heart. From last one decade, it was a beautiful bond with Parle Krackjack Biscuits as it was always in stock of the kitchen ready to eat.
As a regular practice, I purchased a packet of Parle Krackjack Biscuits in last week from a local retailer.
Unfortunately, when today we were at high tea, Parle Krackjack Biscuits served with tea to our guest, we noticed human hair stuck inside biscuit(s). It was really horrible and shocking. I checked manufacturing date, it was 20/11/2022, and expiry is expected on 18/06/2023.
It was really not acceptable from Parle. No one has right to compromise our health.
It would be great if you can investigate this and take strict action against reasonable person. I still believe, it was not usual practice for Parle.

I ordered a pack of Hide n Seek biscuit from Swiggy Instamart on March 5, 2023 and found the choco chips present in the biscuits were completely covered in fungus. Attached pictures below.

Upon searching on this issue did I notice that it isn't the first time this has happened and Parle hasn't done much to get it fixed.

I tried reaching out the Swiggy but their customer service cut me off and refused to help any further.

Wouldn't even have bothered lodging a complaint here if it weren't for such a serious health hazard.

I found a worm in the Hide n seek biscuit i purchased on 9th Feb, 2023. The manufacturing date is 27/11/22 and the expiry date is 25/06/23. I wanted to bring this to the notice of people so that others don't suffer as I did. It was never expected from such a reputed company which will drive me to not purchase or trust this company hereon because the sight of the worm was horrendous.

I have been consuming most of the Parle products since more than a decade and have been fan of it. But now here I am drawing your attention towards one of the Parle product called 20-20 gold cashew almond cookies family pack purchased from D-MART Pune. While eating the cookie I felt gruesome and when checked, I was astonished to find a hair in it which made me vomit.
I have even mailed on the customer service mail id provided on the pack [protected]@parle.biz but got no reply.
I am disappointed in the service as well as the product.
Kindly look into this matter.

Found small pieces of plastic in hide and seek choco chip creme sandwich. The worst part is my baby consumed two biscuits already. I hope nothing goes wrong with her. How can such a huge company be so irresponsible and careless. What a shame. Plz look into this. Disheartened by this

This is realy horrible and unhygienic thing which we are consuming. I urge to people never have parle products any more because you can see what it's look. After complaining on their customer care email address they are not given response, i am going in GRAHAK MANCH for complaint parle is unhygienic biscuits no one keep definitely.

Usually I am big fan of Parle g and specially hide and seek biscuits. But on 28th Feb 2023 i purchased a packet from a local shop in my area and I gave it to my little brother to eat the biscuits after reaching home when packet he saw biscuits has white spots on the cholate part n whole biscuits has the same issue i showed it to Mom and she told just to throw it.
Parle this is 1st time I am facing this issue and I am very disappointed by the quality you Guy's are charging premium cost for it so please provide quality too.
