Hello,
This is a Jay Parwani a bakery shop owner from Adipur (kutch) Gujarat. We are not getting avialable parle cheeselings tin and sixer tin available since long. As we ask the agent of parle, he gives excuse that it is not being supplied from the company. Here i want to ask you why is this happening. And another thing is that your local representative of company i.e. company's officer never visits our shop since two years. If we have any complaints then whom should we tell. parle products — bad packaging

Parle G buiscuits Batch No 10/10 FZ20A 940grams,Purchased on 30th Jan at Reliance Mart faridabad ,

The full pack when opened was found in powder form and no full biscuits in any secondary packs.

Similar issue here. I have been regular consumer almost daily. But of late i noticed some packets have a different taste not that good. As pointed out here this one too seems to be directly from the factory...may be some proportion of the mix gone wrong...or the content of mix not of good quality. The pkd date is 20/12/12 purchased in Delhi. Since I've been buying it almost daily.. i get few packets which are not good ones and other times I get the normal one with the correct taste. Please check up your quality standards and do investigate if something was different over the lots supplied during this period.

Parle agro doesn't seem to maintain standards

Parle biscuit — Extra charges on Parle biscuit

This is regarding 'additional markup on Parle biscuit'.
I as a citizen of India and as a consumer would like to complain against to those retailers who are selling Parle biscuit packet in Rupees five, charging one rupee extra on print rate in DLF cyber green, Gurgaon area.

Yes the shopkeepers at Kempegowda Bus Stand & City Railway Station in Bangalore are very well known for their Goondaism, charging extra money, my sincere request to everybody is to avoid purchasing any thing from these people.

I found a shining piece of polythene in Hide & Seek Buscits of Parle( Batch no. 'BL 5', Packed : 5/09 ) on 19th July. This was so strange and breath taking to find a piece of polythene in it and was a disheartning experience with the Parle products.

Can someone help me with the information : how to make it to consumer court ?

Just wanted to make all the consumers aware of the fact that how careful these big companies are towards the maintainence of products quality.

I have purchased parle MONACO classic regular biscuit, near from my office at vatva, Ahmedabad, The batch no. of BG 26 DT. 06/06.


The quality of product is very bed; the salt contained is very high, not to eating.

Me regularly purchased this biscuit but salt contained in this pack is very high.

Me having a sample of this pack for your kind consideration when u came to my office / home, i will show u.

My request you being a multinational co. why happened this?

For your kind knowledge me having a high B.P peasant, and my health effected for the heavy salt.

Kindly reply it.

If not received any reply i will file the complain to higher authorities.

I had purchase Parle Monaco on 03/07/09 from Andheri (E) Mumbai.

I had found an Insect in that Packet Details of Packet is as follow:

Pkd. 06/09 Batch No. VP 23 Weight 120g MRP Rs. 10/-

It is very surprise to see an insect in the packet. Since Parle is having such Brand name, quality then why that insect is in a packet? There are chances of poor Quality checking department or Packing department.

We also having doubts about what happening in Production unit Its very unhygienic to have/eat Parle Biscuits.

I had Fw. this Complaint on Friday 03.07.09 Morning and Parle Exe. had visited and collect the parcle at even but he is saying Quality Dep. is close and the action will be taken on Saturday.

I had received a call at noon on Saturday, again Parle exe. told it will take 2 working days to take an action so I will Get the result on Wed. i.e. 8/07/09.

It's shows that parle Management is lethargic.

Parle had offer me another 8 packet of biscuites which are also having bad test.

My suggestion is - better to eliminate the parle product and make public aware about the same if parle is not taking proper action.

The test of this biscuit not proper and very salted.

Pl. check this batch no and call back all pack from the market.

I[censored] not having sampled pl. inf. me i am having the sample pack of this batch.

Pl. clarify and inf. me yr comment.

I not realized my money value.

I worked over 3 years to get Parle Product biscuits and confectionery into a very large

Supermarket Coles in Australia. We imported one shipment from them. We got a Trade Mark on

the name of Parle to protect us. When we asked them for the second shipment, they

threatened us that they would withdraw stock, unless we withdrew our Trade Mark.

Our buyer told us that that would happen.

They destroyed our business by withdrawing stock.

After a few years, they stealthily got their biscuits into small Indian stores in Australia

and contravened our Trade Mark.

Then they put up a case against us with IP Australia. We could not afford legal backing.

They used expensive legal firms.

We fought the case and lost.

Today they are now claiming $2795 from us !

These Companies make you do work for them for free and use you and once you get their

products in, they intimidate you so they can supply directly to the large Companies.

They are ruthless !

DO NOT do any work for this Company. They will burn you and the sting will be worse than

the bite.


Their packaging is bad.

We found insects in one of their biscuit packets. They ignored us when we asked for a lab

report on that contaminated packet.

We helped them to improve their packaging for sales to Coles. We helped them arrange bar

codes, food authority permission, labels, food ingredient displays etc.

We went shop to shop to sell their products and market them to small Companies. We made a

loss in the end.

What did they do for us ?

They destroyed us.

Supply from India is very doggy. I ask for samples in my name. But they send me samples with their name on it.

I can not supply to supermarkets with their name on it.

There is no money in that, because once the product gets known to the public, they will shut you out and supply directly.

I don't think thats a problem with China.

Insect in Parle G biscuits
I found worm in Parle G biscuits which was baked along with biscuit
On 21st December 2012
I used to give these biscuits to my 1 year old daughter,
But now I am very much disappointed on this big brand company…
Which is not only irresponsible but unhygienic also, It is very risky now to buy any Parle G products…
So I have decided not to buy Parle G products from now onwards…
Be aware everyone !!! it will effect to you and your child’s health !!!

Parle G operates through very lethargic distributors who do not handle thier products in proper manners.

Parle G have no control on storages undertaken by thier stockiest / distributors. I think we need more demonstrators India level to pull this
G...down...or else they have to perform.
