we purchase some pack biscuits marked green of parly g , priya gold etc. The E Number mentioned in packet is E 471,E222,E481 etc. These E numbers are for Animal Products. Why the company Marked Green , Where as they should Mark Red. We are sending a file in which details are shown.
Please do needful Or suggest us That where we should file complaints, so that we may not loose our faith on Green Mark.

from many past years i am a regular consumer of PARLE G biscuits a pack of 1 kg without PARLE G biscuits n tea my morning doesn't start.but really it was regretted to say that today 28/11/11 i found many solid particles and pieces of cardboard paper it seems, inside the biscuits. as a regular eater i know the test very well, but i found different taste. Also the colour was black. please take note of it. Batch no. KR 20 A, PKD on 7/11 Net Wt. 846 g. So please once again look into the matter as the product is very famous n my favourite also. Regards. I bought a packet of hide and seek biscuits from reliance fresh, on opening it ,I found the chocolate layers were white in color , on careful examination you could see a fungus formation on biscuits the batch no is I313 and packing date is 711 the biscuits were opened in fully packed condition.
On calling the customer care number[protected] and reporting the matter the executive on the other side of the phone had a very casual...

This is Satyanarayan Bansal from Jhazgarh, Distt. Jhazzar, Haryana. I want to complaint against Agarwal Agencies, Beri, Jhazzar, Haryana. That dealer of Parle G Biscuit is not handling the orders properly. I have placed him order for parle G Biscuit so many times but he will never deliver the goods. He will just take the money in advance but not delivering the Parle G biscuit. It has happened so many times. I want you to take some action otherwise we have to go to consumer court to solve our problem.

I worked over 3 years to get Parle Product biscuits and confectionery into a very large

Supermarket Coles in Australia. We imported one shipment from them. We got a Trade Mark on

the name of Parle to protect us. When we asked them for the second shipment, they

threatened us that they would withdraw stock, unless we withdrew our Trade Mark.

Our buyer told us that that would happen.

They destroyed our business by withdrawing stock.

After a few years, they stealthily got their biscuits into small Indian stores in Australia

and contravened our Trade Mark.

Then they put up a case against us with IP Australia. We could not afford legal backing.

They used expensive legal firms.

We fought the case and lost.

Today they are now claiming $2795 from us !

These Companies make you do work for them for free and use you and once you get their

products in, they intimidate you so they can supply directly to the large Companies.

They are ruthless !

DO NOT do any work for this Company. They will burn you and the sting will be worse than

the bite.


Their packaging is bad.

We found insects in one of their biscuit packets. They ignored us when we asked for a lab

report on that contaminated packet.

We helped them to improve their packaging for sales to Coles. We helped them arrange bar

codes, food authority permission, labels, food ingredient displays etc.

We went shop to shop to sell their products and market them to small Companies. We made a

loss in the end.

What did they do for us ?

They destroyed us.

I have been a regular consumer to Parle products since my childhood. And i have never confronted any such complaints. I bought the Pack of 93.75 g of Parle Hide & Seek biscuits. When i started eating the biscuits, i lost my tooth because of the iron piece inside the biscuit. It should have come while making only. There is no external damage done to the pack.

Can you people bring back my tooth. It is so painful to loose a tooth. i do not know whom to approach to get compensated. I have my lost tooth and the iron piece with me.

I would just like to bring this complaint in to your notice so that next time such thing doesn't happen, as this will deteriorate your goodwill in the market, numerous people go with your brand blindly, so please do keep your quality intact.

I have been a regular consumer to Parle products since 25 to 28 years. And i have never confronted any such complaints or anything towards your company but this time when i bought the Pack of 376g Parle G biscuit i found out that the taste of the biscuit is not the same. It is having some type of change in it and obviously not a good one. As if it has been changed while making only. There is no external damage done, the change of taste is for sure from the factory itself.
I would just like to bring this complaint in to your notice so that next time such thing doesn't happen, as this will detoriate your goodwill in the market, numerous people go with your brand blindly, so please do keep your quality intact.

Dear Sir ,I have purchased Appy classic(Mfg date 17-9-10/lot no -hyd 10340)from Big Bazaar Agra.
While consuming drink I have found jelly like substances in juice.
I got fever ,stomach pain & infection after drinking appy classic.I have informed in consumer cell of parle agro limited.they discuss every thing on phone and one day a executive came to agra and asked me to return remainning juice. and offered me freshone. I asked for treatment cost then he contacted me to their manager on phone and his manager asked I will not give any thing and as u have opened this pack we are not responsible.

i live in surat.my complain is to the parle company and surat municipal corporation that batch no o[censored]r product parle hide and seek i302 packed on 6 june 2010 is expired and it is still in market so if any 1 get poison then ur only responsible for it so kindly give me a answer why this product is in market which is expired or i will send a legal notice from consumer court and what are the workers of health department of surat municipal corporation doing.our honourable smc commisioner miss aparna please take it serious.i am living in vada chauta area of surat in central zone and this expiry product is available in large quantity in this area so please telll ur worker and officer to take action and charge penalty to the shopkeeper thanks regards

I recently purchased a pack of Parle Marie Biscuit from a bakery at Kanmanike, Bangalore. I found 3 over baked and burned biscuits in that pack. The biscuits were very uneven in shape and badly burned on the edges.
After few days i bought one more pack of biscuit fron the same shop and even this pack had many defects. One of the biscuit in this pack had a black patch in between the curved MARIE and PARLE writings on the biscuit.

The package date is 19/10 and batch no is H2 19

I Prafull P Bharati would like to inform you as I am a big follower of Parle products as when from I was a childhood...I.e. Parle-g, Monaco or any other products of Parle, As in my office hours we are regularly getting most of time Parle Monaco biscuits at with tea time.
On October 11,2010 i.e. on Monday it was been very worst experience for me as when I found one small piece of hair in your Parle Monaco biscuit.
Herewith I am attaching all the snaps which were been taken from my cell for your reference and also as far as evidences is concern. You are hereby requested to look into this matter & do further action against to them who’s looking after this part.

we took kismi chocolate of parle compony from the nearest shop of our home and in that chocolate we found worm which is hygienic for health. so we are requesting you to take some action against it.

The shop nearby to my street sells parle-g and milk above MRP
for instance the price marked Rs 4 on parle-g pack He sells at Rs 5. whenever i agitate him he tells me want to buy or else you can leave the store. he also do black marketing of Soft drink by saying consumers that they need to pay 10% more for paying refrigerator bills for instance if a cost of pepsi is 37 Rs he will charge Rs 40. 3 Rs extra for making pepsi freeze in the refrigerator

We are helpless and we are not able to stop them i[censored] can help us we would be thankful to you

This is regarding the Parle-G 209 gm.dated 1/10. batch no AM 14/B.The entire biscuits were overbaked
not tasted good and specially 2 biscuits which were in the center were no less than a charcoal.How can the reputed company make such a mistake it is really disheartening cause its a 5th generation habitual to your product its kept in front of me and will keep it show it to my kids that though the products ar frm the reputed co.see before you have it because if said in words it will be unbelievable for them too.It is not
a big deal but it does not speak good of the company

Dear Sir, In Kempegowda Bus Station Bakery walas and stationary store keepers are charging more prices than MRP. in one shop they have black marked MRP Price of Parle Cream Biscuit. It costs around Rs.5- Rs.6. He is selling at Rs.10. In another bakery on a biscuit pack MRP is Rs.10 He told Rs. 12. When i argued he reduced price to Rs 11. When companies are fixing MRPs. why do they charge more than that. It os really unfair for all o[censored]s. pls do justice

The 82.5 gm (4 Rs) pack is torn. The same torn cut is on 3 packs, I have. In last 2 months I have thrown around 10 packs due to same condition. I complained about the same to Parle G complaint# in bombay on 2nd Sept. But till today no one came to see those packs.

I had purchased the double pack of the chocolate Parle Hide and Seek for my son who is around 5 years old.

When he was biting one of the biscuits he showed me the hair strand which was inside the biscuit.

I first thought that it must have been on top of the biscuit but it wasnt, it was stuck inside the biscuit.

I have kept that biscuit piece

I wanted to raise this as a concern and complaint so that there is more care taken with respect to hygeine.

Have you ever heard of this saying "boond boond se sagar banta hai", Pune's PANWAALA's have taken that seriously and modified that by saying "MRP se thoda jyada charge ...bar bar karne se jyada amdani hoti hai"
I had a similar experience not once but on many occasions.
The Pan Shop "NEW RUBY PAN SHOP" near ruby hall in pune, pan shop in front of bal gandhawa rangmandir and shops in front of pune station are charging Rs. 4.50 for 75gms of Parle-G Biscuit packet instead of the MRP Rs. 4.
I took two packets of the 75gms Parle-g which made the bill to Rs 8, hence i gave him 10rs to which I expected 2 Rs in return.
He simply handed over 1 rupee, on questioning him why..he said it was for Rs 4.50 He kept on arguing and said its rs 4.50, On showing the shopkeeper the MRP tag, he in retaliation snatched the packets from my hand and handed over the money to me, "Yeh 4 rupeyee 50 paise ko hai, Kharidna hai toh kharido".
I would request the forum incharge or whosoever runs this to take strict action against such CHEAP PATHETIC public robbers.

sir i am running departmental stores since past 15 years . the products which the agency has suplied me was bad quality of biscuts.i made request to take back the products but they did not visited my shop since past 6 months so please make me arrangments to repalce the products of parle products pvt.ltd.
