I found a worm in the Hide n seek biscuit i purchased on 9th Feb, 2023. The manufacturing date is 27/11/22 and the expiry date is 25/06/23. I wanted to bring this to the notice of people so that others don't suffer as I did. It was never expected from such a reputed company which will drive me to not purchase or trust this company hereon because the sight of the worm was horrendous.

    I have been consuming most of the Parle products since more than a decade and have been fan of it. But now here I am drawing your attention towards one of the Parle product called 20-20 gold cashew almond cookies family pack purchased from D-MART Pune. While eating the cookie I felt gruesome and when checked, I was astonished to find a hair in it which made me vomit.
    I have even mailed on the customer service mail id provided on the pack [protected]@parle.biz but got no reply.
    I am disappointed in the service as well as the product.
    Kindly look into this matter.

      Found small pieces of plastic in hide and seek choco chip creme sandwich. The worst part is my baby consumed two biscuits already. I hope nothing goes wrong with her. How can such a huge company be so irresponsible and careless. What a shame. Plz look into this. Disheartened by this

        This is realy horrible and unhygienic thing which we are consuming. I urge to people never have parle products any more because you can see what it's look. After complaining on their customer care email address they are not given response, i am going in GRAHAK MANCH for complaint parle is unhygienic biscuits no one keep definitely.

          Usually I am big fan of Parle g and specially hide and seek biscuits. But on 28th Feb 2023 i purchased a packet from a local shop in my area and I gave it to my little brother to eat the biscuits after reaching home when packet he saw biscuits has white spots on the cholate part n whole biscuits has the same issue i showed it to Mom and she told just to throw it.
          Parle this is 1st time I am facing this issue and I am very disappointed by the quality you Guy's are charging premium cost for it so please provide quality too.
          The manufacturing date of the biscuit was 16\12\22

              I bought hide and seek in a nearby shop, i found some unwanted suspect things on every biscuit. I think they are not looking edible and i have seen the manufacturing date and used by date. Every thing is good as it is supposed to be but the biscuits are not looking good to eat.

                So in the '10 rupee hide and seek' biscuit pack which i was eating' had a abnormal taste. and i later found that it was due to the plastic tray in which it comes. found the smell of the plastic tray matching with that odd taste in the biscuit(So i think it to be that the plastic is getting into the biscuit). Kindly find a way to omit the plastic tray or dont sell the ten rupee variant. I might raise a complaint to fssai if the issue is not looked upon immediately.

                    I want to file a complaint regarding hair in my hide and seek biscuit. I wasn't expecting a famous brand to make such an unhygienic mistake. I couldn't avoid but to raise an issue against it. Be more cautious about it as you have already made this mistake in the past. Kindly look into that.

                      I purchased hide and seek biscuit which was manufactured on 9/4/22 and it is clearly written on the packet to use it before 5/4/23 but still it got fungus on its choco chip even the packet was fully packed.

                        Hello sir, i purchased hide & biscuit packets for my son.. when i opened the packet then colour of the baking product was not as usual.. it was faint which is usually dark brown shade.. after i gave biscuit to my son he immediately got throat infection and today he got 101.3 fever as well.. please take action on product quality so that it doesn't make bad effects on people. Please take strict action

                            I had purchased Hide and seek creme sandwiches (4 fun flavours) pack from Flipkart.
                            But when I opened it, there was only 3 flavours (chocolate, strawberry and Vanilla) but on the pack orange flavour was also mentioned.But orange flavour biscuit was missing.I have attached the image of the product which was received by me.
                            Please look into the matter as soon as possible as it very disappointing and not expected from such a famous brand.

                              I would like to say only the Parli biscuit test has been change . first
                              biscuit before 2020 the biscuit test was nice but after 2020 won get that test, test has been low no test I have eating from childhood the biscuit but now I am not getting that test so it's an humble request to you please bring back back test of before year 2020 thank you.
