Hi Team,

This is to report that, I had bought 01 Kg Parle Chatkeens - Sev Bhujiya from nearest retail store and while consuming we feel some mud content/ particles in the same while eating.

However I dropped an email on 30.Aug.2021 to inform Parle Support Team on Email - [protected]@parle.biz but unfortunately I got an undelivered reply for the same.

Later I submitted a complaint on both the below company sites dated 30.Aug.2021 but till date I did not receive any response on the same from both links below.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Request your support required on Stock Return.

We bought the Milano biscuits 192packs (details attached below ) directly from Parle Dealer: VARSHA AGENCIES, (GST-33AFLPT2269J1Z0, BO#3/36, 3rd Street, GKM Colony, Periyar Nagar, Chennai: ph: [protected]). Bill dated: 2 June 2021, But they delivered 10th March batch biscuits which got expired soon by 10th Sep. Though dealer promised of taking the return goods initially ; they are not responding now with different reasons. That Parle G company is not responding to their mail and they are not accepting return etc. Request your support on the same please.
Also there are about to expired good in stock, Those are also need some action please
Issues:
-Dealers delivered very old stocks (March stock in June)
-No response after discussion on product return.
-Sales person visit to shop is completely stopped. Due to which other Parle biscuits orders are also getting delayed.
FYIP: we need to order other Parle G brand biscuits

Hidden sick large biscuits are not well packed due to which all the biscuits are got soft .

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I had purchased Parle Hide & Seek Biscuit and found a foreign product in it. It had a fiber string baked along with the biscuit. Request you to look into this issue.

Very poor quality is getting worse day by day of parle krack jack biscuit plz impove quality of krack jack thank you

I brought a krack jack biscuit packet of 10 rupees and when I opened it there was one full and in other one there were only half biscuits. I have proof also

I found this insect in melody chocolate, the insect is so similar to the color of chocolate that if it was a kid, would have eaten the insect with the chocolate. How can the company be sooo careless !
The company deserves to be sued and fined for a mistake like this.

I bought Parle g 1 kg pack few days back for my 1 year son from a mega store in agra . He was eating it for 3 days and was sleepy all the time but i didn’t notice than after 3 days my husband ate the biscuit and he found kerosene smell so loud he could not even smell it or eat it . My kid would get ill. Company like Parle g should have taken care of basic hygiene .

I bought a packet of Monaco biscuits and after opening of the packet I found a live worm above one of the biscuits.

How can such a reputed company provide such type of quality, it seems that the quality check is not proper and the company is least bothered about their customers.

I don't understand why chocolate chips are reduced in the biscuits it has subsequently in past year
You might think this funny but you are degrading the reputation and standards set before .don't ruin this biscuit

From Karnataka = Bangalore, purchased 10 leach jack biscuits pack each of 10 ruppee and found a copper metal inside the biscuit. Request to please consider this complaint on high priority and please take necessary actions. As many individuals especially kids will be eating the biscuits, it will badly affect there health. Request to please take necessary actions against this incident. Looking forward for the response.

Distributor refuse to give scheme

Let me first tell you that i am a frequent customer of most of the parle products and I am very much satisfied with the products. And I am a regular customer of parle-g biscuit for more than a 10+ years now because its crunchy and tastes good.This time i bought 800g packet from big basket which was packed on 17/05/21, batch no.BE 17 CB.
I found worst packing & unusual taste.All the 8 packets had damages.First 2 packets I just ignored...

I have purchased parle ji mrp rs.5 and printed on the packet 20% extra( 10 nos. ) biscuit from my nearest shop.parle ji biscuit packet size is short and after two days i have purchased same 24 nos. 18 % extra printed Parle ji biscuit from another shop its size ok.attaching video of two same types of biscuit tell me which one the original.

Hi, We own a shop in Chikali area of Pune. There was a recent change in distributors in my area and the new distributor is refusing to give replacements for expired biscuits bought from previous distributor. Request you to please look into it

Dear Parle Team,
I bought few packets of Parle Platina Black Bourbon from Big Bazaar, Narendrapur; as my child is very fond of it.
It is very unfortunate that during consumption we found broken plastic pieces attached with the cream & it is very difficult to distinguish.
We are lucky enough this time as few biscuits were consumed by me & I got the plastic piece during chewing otherwise it would have been a severe food safety incident causing harm to my family.
How can a company design some premium variety with this poor quality of packaging? It is really disappointing.
Please do the needful to avoid such incident in future.

Note: Already emailed the same complaint on 03.07.2021to [protected]@parle.biz but no response till date. Is it the way a company operates? Very unprofessional & unfortunate.
