I m from warangal, pin code 506002. We are not getting parle g biscuits from last 3 months. I have called the distributor several times and gave him the order, but they are not supplying the biscuits. I used to buy 10k- 15k biscuits per week. Now I'm getting it from wallmart.

Hello sir, I am living in delhi ...I am consuming Parle -G since childhood, but I think now the product I am consuming is duplicate ...taste is different ..it seems ash was mixed with biscuits..can you pls check the quality or where I complain for quality check ?...

This complaint regarding parle g biscuit i patching full box for my grocery shop. in this box many pack are smelling like fully old biscuits. when many customers returned the biscuit i also testing and its really full fraud doing parle company. some package are good but some are full darty . this is full frauds doing parle company's. i sheared all details on social media plz don't bay this products. now i am not sell parle company any products. kindly contact me Team if you are really trusted company. I am consuming parle products from so long today I purchased krack jack of 10 rs I found a hair inside the packet..
I have a video recorded of it! I have every proof of it.. let me know if you want
I want compensation for this also im thinking to post on this twitter by tagging parle company .

I have raise a complaint for my agency code in block due to only improve the sale and i will promise to increase my sale in few months this will due to corona virus covid 19 all school and college cloed our s o will increase the sale i will promise to our s o he did accepted and block my code and stop the stocks since5 months also i approched to s.o asm and d sm and my issue not finanlised so please finalise my issue and do the needfull.

I have been consuming parle products since childhood, same like me many others even the kids!, two days back i purchased hide and seek biscuit from NESTO, sharjah, UAE, while eating, PARLE HIDE AND SEEK BOURBON biscuit, i found a hair in the biscuit, first i thought it was my hair, after throwing it away again i found hair which is fixed on the biscuit, ill attach the cover and hair photo, i thought of sharing on social media, but i think its better to inform you first, thank you

I bought for nearby store and the biscuits were bunt so i bought another pack from another shop and to show the difference i never expected this for and good company I wish u could resolve the problem i have attached the package details

This is realy horrible and unhygienic thing which we are consuming. I urge to people never have parle products any more because you can see what it's look. After complaining on their customer care email address they just ask to send my address to get sample, same i have send them but nothing happened after this, complaint is still pending no one come to collect sample and who will keep that sample, if they are not collecting means parle unhygienic biscuits no one keep definitely i am going to destroy that. Then after this if they will ask me to provide that sample do you think I am able to provide. Hence the are not doing any thing I do understand your strategy parle. Later on you will ask me to provide sample and that time won't be able to give it because of delay in your process. I request you all never buy parle products its cheap and unhygienic to eat, pathetic.

When I opened it I came to know that all the biscuits in that packet were without chocolate Chips (Or with rarely one chocolate chip in it which is not at all in line with the Quality for which Parle company Known For) and Chocolate Chips are essential ingredient in Hide & Seek Biscuits, absence of which is really disappointing for me as a consumer and the product did not match with Quality of Service for which I have paid the Due Price.
I Sincerely request you to look into above Matter at the earliest and take necessary steps to Compensate me for the same. Attaching herewith the photograph of Defective Product (Hide & Seek)

I am was buying this packet when I open it and taste it this was hilarious it taste like cocroch killer spray or something also smell like cocroch killer tablets aur like phynyle it's taste too disgusting and also shopkeeper refuse to exchange this...

our distributor m/s eminenza enterprises did not deliver the products timely when ever we call the sales man they reply very rudely, i am very disappointed that
we are bound with parle family since last 10 years
and then also they are behaving like this.
Tell me what to do...

I am a regular consumer of the Parle Hide & Seek Cafe Mocha variant. i have observed that based on the batch number, i am able to see significant difference in the quality of the biscuits.

For Eg : I purchased a pack of 10-12 30 rupees pack, which have the batch number : KP 4A

I saw that all these biscuits are undercooked, some of them as bright as off-white color ! Also, the amount of choco nuts in them is also different. I have purchased other batches, and they all seem to be fine. They are cooked to the ideal colouration and are dark brown with adequate choco chips.

Why is there such a difference in the quality. And the best part is, there is consistency in that batch. I had around 10 packs with the same batch number, and all of them turned out to be the same condition. Ultimately ended up throwing them. I still have that batch packets left, let me know i can get them shipped to the location for validation, if required. I have attached the photo of a biscuit from this batch, and you can see from the biscuit the amount of choco chips on it and the extent to which it is cooked. Pathetic !!!

I buy a Parle-G Biscuit (MRP:Rs.5). It's original Net weight is 65 grams but biscuit that I bought it's net weight is only 50grams..Why?
This is happened me with 4 times in 1 month.I need an answer from company and want to solve this problem and also want that this weight problem never happened with anyone in future..

A few days ago I bought a Parle G biscuit packet (30pkt @ 2Rs.) for my kid. One packet of biscuits was empty, and that packet was completely closed. Parle G company is a reputed company, everyone believes in you, But this type of mistake / deception...

Dear Parle-G team...

As earlier Parle-G biscuit quality is not satisfactory, not sufficiently baked...
Parle-G gold is now a good quality biscuits...
But not a normal Parle-G biscuit, expecting to improve the quality of NORMAL Parle-G...

Your company not see making product i'm see unfortunately parle-g biscuits in hole and not perfect make no sweetness please check your item and transport in market and village shops okk.

A strand of hair was found embedded in one of the Parle-G hide and seek biscuit purchased on 26 April from a store in Trivandrum, Kerala.
It is extremely shocking to find one of the reputed food companies having total disregard to consumer health and indulging in irresponsible practices causing possible mental agony and distress to their consumers.
Please take appropriate measures to resolve this matter.

I bought parle Elaichi premium rusk near by super market, I took one big thread and some waste dust in rusk while I am eating, do not do this again because we are humans ..so kindly resolve this query and answer.i[censored] won't reply I will take step in higher level, I won't post a image .
