[Resolved] Parle — lizard fry in parle elaichi rusk

I have bought a packet of parle elaichi rusk. Actaully my wife is a pregnant women, have been eating rusk to avoid morning vomiting tendency. But today she has found a lizard fry from rusk packet. Why you are selling this much cheap quality product? Rusk is a food product which is commonly using for sick persons, children etc. So it is very hard to conceive this packet contains such a thing.

I have red your complaint against Parle biscuits.

I am consumer from US, I have also found Defective' biscuits.
I have lodged complaint with Parle.I haven't received reply from Parle.

Parle bears global recognized Certifications such as ISO:22000 & FSSC:22000
plus there is inspection of Export Inspection Council of India.

Parel Company and these agencies try to cheat consumers

It is "Breach of Trust "

I am planning to lodge a Consumer Complaint in Consumer Court.

If, you are interested please, contact me immediately.
Kindly invite other Parel biscuits complantants.

Hi,
I don't know why this complaint marked as RESOLVED. Parle agent had collected the contaminated rusk packet from us for the verification.But after that they are not responded till this moment and compliant is marked as resolved.What a customer care support of Parle !!!
