[Resolved] Parle — no promo code inside the packet as claimed by company

I bought a parle hide seek packet worth 30 rupees which said that i would get 15 rupees as paytm cash. However after opening the packet i could not find any promo code printed inside the packet. Never expected fraud promotional and marketing tactics from such an established company. If they didn't intend to give the cash back why they are advertising it.. strong action should be taken against such fraud done by companies to increase their sales.. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Bought Parle hide and seek cafe mocha. No Paytm code inside. Feel cheated.

I have brought 2 packets of hide n seek cookies and one of hide n seek rolls. I have got paytm cash back on hide n seek rolls. And for one hide n seek cookies it is showing that promo code is invalid though i have entered absolutely correct and for another it is showing that it is already being used whereas i have not used it yet. Is it fraud ?
