[Resolved]  Parle — parle and paytm defrauding customers together

I bought parle bakesmith biscuits with valid paytm cash back offer printed over it. But when i opened the pack there was no promo code printed anywhere in the pack. Following which, i reached out the paytm customer care in twitter on sep'24 - however, paytm refused to provide any response. Following that, i reached out to parle customer care over email - they replied with an invalid promotional code on sep'26. When i reached back to them, parle refused to take any further responsibility. This is a clear case of defrauding customers with collusion beween parle and paytm. I am planning on taking legal actions against both of them. Let me know if anyone wants to join in.

Kindly follow the link provided at No. 7 on the packet under the caption of 'How to add money?' it says, '7. For any assistance/Queries reach out to www. paytmmall.com/care. Write a mail to paytm by following the link, they will revert to you on such queries.

Also contact our customer Care Cell for any assistance/help as per the details given on product packet.

I don't think you have read my complaint very carefully. "'7. For any assistance/Queries reach out to www. paytmmall.com/care. Write a mail to paytm by following the link, they will revert to you on such queries." - I have been writing to their customer care, both over email and twitter handle regularly since Sep'26th - however, they show no intention of responding.

On your second point, "'7. For any assistance/Queries reach out to www. paytmmall.com/care. Write a mail to paytm by following the link, they will revert to you on such queries." - I wrote an email to your customer care - you replied with a voucher code which was invalid and then directed me to paytm.

Since i bought Parle's product, the liability and consumer satisfaction should lie with Parle and not with Paytm.
