[Resolved]  Parle — parle g - biscuit expired & outdated product

With reference to the above subject, i have purchased a parle g biscuits-800 grams - rs.60/- packet on 29.08.2017 at 01.30pm this afternoon from one shop in bhandup west - mumbai 400078. I had 2 packets of biscuits with my parents, we got vomiting, then i suspectly just check the biscuit pocket. I was shocked..? The manufacturing date of this parle g biscuits - biscuit packet on 04.02.2017 vide batch no. Ab 4a p1 which this biscuit was already expired over the period of 7 months.
We have met the retailer by this evening at 6pm. And asked him to replace expired biscuit. But, the retailer was refused to change but after i insisted then he told he will give this expired packet to parle company person / agent. After 15 days i met the retailer again and asked for the status, then he said in this, company person / agent was failed to take back the defective expired from the retailer.
So in this situation, i have no option and i am forced to launch a complaint against this with indian consumer forum.
Hence kindly request you to replace the expired biscuit packet with new one.

I hope you will understand the seriousness of this issue, and act immediately.
