Parle — Parle G/Product Damage

Let me first tell you that i am a frequent customer of most of the parle products and I am very much satisfied with the products. And I am a regular customer of parle-g biscuit for more than a 10+ years now because its crunchy and tastes good.This time i bought 800g packet from big basket which was packed on 17/05/21, batch no.BE 17 CB.
I found worst packing & unusual taste.All the 8 packets had damages.First 2 packets I just ignored later on the 3rd packet noticed the damaged packaged. I never got such bad experience ever, please look into the matter & resolve as far as quality is concern.
