Dear Parle Team, I bought few packets of Parle Platina Black Bourbon from Big Bazaar, Narendrapur; as my child is very fond of it. It is very unfortunate that during consumption we found broken plastic pieces attached with the cream & it is very difficult to distinguish. We are lucky enough this time as few biscuits were consumed by me & I got the plastic piece during chewing otherwise it would have been a severe food safety incident causing harm to my family. How can a company design some premium variety with this poor quality of packaging? It is really disappointing. Please do the needful to avoid such incident in future. Note: Already emailed the same complaint on 03.07.2021to [protected]@parle.biz but no response till date. Is it the way a company operates? Very unprofessional & unfortunate.
