[Resolved] Parle — regarding krackjack biscuit

My father in law is wholeseller and we sell different biscuit and good thing is that if any biscuit other then parle g that get sell most is krack jack but we are facing lot of problem because krack jack biscuit is very fragile and it get crushed even in packed box as well... So due to which that biscuit are not taken by any of retailers so that biscuit go bad debt for us... Same thing is face by retailers as well if they take their entire pack as well they get some biscuit which would be broken... So would like you take care on that part if you can avoid making krack jack fragile then it would be great Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (4)

I like this biscuits and I eat daily
But today it was some salty taste and I tear the full cover and am shocked bcoz something is inside like green colour

We recently purchased the krack jack biscuits from Dmart. What we observed was very shocking. Broken pieces are packed. Initially we thought that it Has broke due to transit but later we realised that a broken biscuit is packed, literally!
Highly disappointing. We would never ever purchase and would spread this message on every platform.

Today I brought a krack jack biscuit from dmart, but found a thread inside one of the biscuit. Do you know the repercussions of this, if it would have been consumed by someone by mistakenly what would have happen then? Would you have make up for this if someone would have got some serious health related issues by consuming it? I need a proper explanation for this improper act.
