This is joy rexline (Chennai, tamil nadu) here applied for pan card in the webportal applypanindia parsh tax solutions llp date 15.7.2020. Which says that the application form must be sent by post, and hearby, i'm unable to send the manually photo attached and signed filled form to the pan address given in the application, because of lockdown due to the severe pandemic of covid19 and no courier services available, so please consider my request for the refund and i wil make sure to apply back for the card as soon as the things get better. Wil be awaited for the refund... And i'm including the receipt of the payment made through google pay. Thank you.
