I have book the ticket Chennai to vallioor and book with Mercedes benz but they are arranged Volvo after that ac completly not working it's cause breathing issue for all passanger and getting vomit sensation till now driver arrange another bus now the bus is on the way to Trichy

Please accept our apologizes for the issues happened. There was an unexpected electric circuit issue and the same could not be rectified with the Local Mechanic. Moreover we have arranged an alternative bus from our end.
