I was traveling with my friend on 12/01/2019 06:00 pm, ernakulam to pondicherry, (Pnr:bspt[protected], seat no:u6, u5) on parveen's bus. While reaching the destination (Even though it was mentioned as a direct bus, they asked us to shift to a van and we were told that it is a connection bus) i noticed that my wallet was missing. Me and my friend had to search for the wallet 10-15 mins all around the bus and the lower deck. After this terrific situation one of the staff in the bus asked us about the situation. We informed him about the incident and he insisted us to search for it on our seat itself. Surprisingly we found our wallet on our place which me and my friend was searching for long as mentioned above. As we were in hurry and we were asked to move into the connection van we couldn't chek our wallet. After reaching the destination we came know that our money in wallet is missing. To be noted that all other documents and rs 20 was left and i had lost rs 950. Cross checking the incident we strongly believe that the money was taken by the same staff itself. I have reported to the parveen booking office and i would like to file a complaint against that staff.
This is the first incident with parveen in my 6 years of experience. If you continue to treat your customer in this way you will loosw all your status in your service. I hope you will take further actions asap.
