[Resolved] Parveen Travels — very worst service.

I booked a multi axle semi sleeper bus at parween travels departing at 4.30 pm on 16th feb 2018 from gandhipuram (Cbe) to madurai.
But the bus came at 6.30 pm and it was a basic tourist bus of parween travels since the multi axle semi sleeper bus was under repair.
This is really a stupid reason i ever heard also one of worst service from parween travels. Me, my spouse and kid travelled with lot of discomfort. Please do not provide such a worst service and cheat consumers. Requesting to refund money back since we travelled in your basic tourist bus.
