Parveen Travels — behavior to the customers

The bus driver and his co associate were shouting at us for being late while the bus stopped for dinner. Such poor service provided by your company. The driver was so harsh at us and we never felt like travelling in the bus till chennai. I hope you look into the matter and make necessary decisions. And also the lights were switched on till 8 pm and when i asked them to switch it off they were like we'll do it later. Poor poor service... Really bad experience with your service.
