Parveen Travels — bus postponed and no intimation given | |||
Order ID 726923 Booked one confirmed ticket from Coimbatore to Madurai to travel on 06/08/18 at 5.45 a.m. through railyatri and confirmed seat No :10 and paid Rs.387/-. Received a greeting intimation message from Parveen to reach destination 15 mins before travel time. Accordingly reached boarding point at 5.30 AM and alas till 7 am no bus arrived. Tried calling given helpline [protected] & [protected] & [protected]. Long time no one picked the line. One person attended in line [protected] and very casually informed time of bus was re scheduled from 5.45 to 7.30 A.M. NO MESSAGE OR MAIL OR CALLS RECEIVED WITH REGARD TO CHANGE IN THE BUS TIME. CUSTOMER CARE WAS INFORMED THROUGH MAIL. NO RESPONSE. I HAVE UNDERGONE IMMENSE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL AGONY AND LOSS. PLEASE EXPLAIN YOURSELF Was this information helpful? | |||
