Parveen Travels — Bus stopped halfway for 3hrs and changed due to no reason

On the way from sankarankoil to chennai on 17th september, they stopped the bus near vilupuram for more than 3hrs for no reason, afterthat they arranged for a new bus and told that there is no problem in the bus, the owner immediately call them to madurai. And the driver also behaved in a harsh manner to the passengers. Don't book parveen travels.
