Parveen Travels — change of the bus that affected the last seat 4 passengers

i booked a ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai on 22 march 2015 the bus was scheduled to depart by 22.15 pm the bus arrived and my ticket was verified, seat no:41 ... went to the last but could not find a seat with that number on it ... while one of the bus operator told us to take the last seat (i mean the seats in last row) the seat did not have push back, but the bus was a multi axle semi sleeper volvo while all the other passengers had a comfortable seating, we last row passengers (all 4 o[censored]s from Coimbatore till Chennai) had a difficult time paying close to 900 rs (891 was the fare) and coming in a normal seat was not fair enough the operators did not bother to inform us, when checked one of them said that the bus was a last minute change since the usual one is on a repair i asked for a small compensation as to reduce my ticket fare and get me at least 200 rs back as i am not going to have a comfortable seating as others but what is was offered was to adjust with it or take a full refund, whom would go for a full refund of the fare if i have to make it to the office next day or as i am very sure after 22.00 hrs i do not have much options of getting a seat in a bus to Chennai (that weekend was a muhurtam spl weekend and all tickets were sold out) i had a great difficulty through out my travel, being a 6'2 tall person i found it hard to be seated and the worst part was : the passenger in front of me made full use of the semi sleeper, though i could not tell him to do so i expected a partial refund from my end which i feel is fair enough This is something parveen travels has to look into as soon as possible and make sure such things are not repeated in the future
