Parveen Travels — Money debited

I have booked ticket from pondicherry to madurai on 11th oct via upi payment, my money been debited and credited to ur account, but without allotment of seat.so I booked the same ticket by paying twice.so kindly refund my money of rs 599 .pls send ur mail I'd.
