The bus was cancelled by you on 4th and intimation was also received over phone and by sms. When contacted I was told refund will be made in two days. So far I have not received the amount.Today also I spoke to your Chennai Koyambedu office and keep on telling me that I will be getting the refund.
Kindly confirm the refund of Rs 1750.40.
