Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have already mentioned my concern about through your customer care... Again i would like to remind the same. On boarding point i've reached earlier (20:1 pm) to my boarding time. Further i've waited until my boarding time for my bus... But the bus was not reached.. So that i've called the bus operator on 08:58 onwards (Attached screenshot for your reference) the call was connected on 21:00 and the person collected my trip details and simply asked me to wait.. I've waited more than 3 hours after the call and trying to connect keep on the same number their not picking the call.. Later i came to know the number which is received in sms which is belongs to branch office not to bus driver or bus ticket verifiers.. The person who spoke to me.. He given aha wrong information about the route and bus timings... When i connect with the bus operator branch one of the person unfortunately informed they bus operator changed the route becouse one of the traveller changes the boarding point which i've selected the same... This is so pathetic... There is no use of having branch contact number to get the status of moving vehicle... I never faced this kind of issue from red bus or other providers.. Only paytm is having this kind of issues
