[Resolved] Parveen Travels — restroom not available but charged extra | |||
I travelled on 28.9.19 from chennai to bangalore @5.25 am in parveen travels. While booking ticket it was mentioned bus with rest room n pantry. But bus didn't have that facility. While you failed to provide the agreed facility still charged extra fare. This s unacceptable n you guys never bothered to refund the extra money charged. When travels fail to provide facilities as promised need to refund the extra money collected otherwise stringent action needs to b taken for failure to meet the commitment Was this information helpful? | |||
