On 4th the bus / trip was cancelled by you and intimation received from your end through SMS
and over phone . When contacted I was told full amount will be refunded in two days time. I am yet to receive the amount. Even today I called your Koyambedu office and getting the answer that I will be getting the refund of 1750.40.
