    हमारे मोहल्ले का बिजली का फेस जल्दी-जल्दी उड़ता रहता है बिजली घर पर फोन से कंप्लेंट करने पर बिजली घर वाले कंप्लेंट नहीं लिखते हैं कहते हैं बिजली घर आओ अब जो लोग ड्यूटी करते हैं वह बिजली घर कैसे जाएं जबकि उन्हें फोन पर ही कंप्लेंट लिखनी चाहिए लाइनमैन को फोन करने पर वह भी फेस सही नहीं करता है। लोग स्वयं ही खंभे पर चढ़कर बिजली सही करते हैं जिससे उनकी जान को खतरा बना रहता है। कृपया बिजलीघर के खिलाफ तुरंत कार्यवाही की जाए जिससे कि वह फोन पर कंप्लेंट लिखा करें और फेस को सही करें

          I made a complaint to the The Managing Director, Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Meerut on January 8, 2021 and till date have not received a response.

          Subject: Residential House no:184 Sector 19A and electricity meter connections[protected] and [protected]

          I got back possession of my above mentioned property on 23rd September 2019 and paid off all the arrears on October 3, 2019 of Rs 8384.

          The whole house lay vacant and locked from September 2019 till date and when I inquired about the bill I was given a bill of Rs 42375 and Rs 90507 for meters[protected] and
          [protected] respectively, which I promptly paid and took up the matter with your office in Sector 18 n 16 who further raised outstanding of Rs 29365 and zero. All factious claims

          I am a senior citizen and running very poor health and through the Covid epidemic I was made to run around from your offices in Sector 16 and 18 who kept producing fictitious bills and finally to get a “no dues certificate” I had to submit a letter to adjust the amount of Rs 29365 against the monies owed by you.

          I find this attitude atrocious and look towards you to see that I get justice and refund of Rs 90507 plus Rs 42375 total Rs 132982 plus the security amount of Rs 2400 total Rs 135382 at the earliest.

          Healthwise I am in no position to travel but to resolve this issue, I shall make provisions to call on you in Meerut or in Noida, if you are visiting Noida.

            Sir,
            Electricity service connection no BL[protected] & Electricity Meter no 1988205 was fitted in the illegal house of late Kulomani Khulve s/o Durgadutt of village Pipalia Nao, tehsil Bilaspur distt Rampur 244921 by Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Khand, Bilaspur distt Rampur U.P., because Sri Kulomani Khulve had no ownership documents of that house in which the above mentioned service connection with meter are fitted. As per attached civil court order that house is of Sri Jayanand s/o Balram, a retired army person, whome central government had alloted one room with bramdah in year 1952 in grant, in liew of his army service. Later he had made 6 more room in the vacant land attached to that room. Whom he had handed over to Sri Kulomani Khulve (who was his sister's son) to look after in his absence from village Pipalia Nao, because he was appointed in govt service in CPWD Nepal country. During his absence from village Pipalia Nao, Sri Kulomani Khulve had illegally captured his house & got an electricity service connection & meter fitted in his name in the illegally captured house of its real owner & alotee Sri Jayanand s/o Balram by Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Khand Bilaspur distt Rampur. In this office no real ownership documents in the name of late Sri Kulomani Khulve s/o Durgadutt is available.Then question arises that how & on which leagle basis the Electricity office Bilaspur distt Rampur had alotted the above mentioned electricity service connection with meter to late Sri Kulomani Khulve. In this respect I have already sended my online IGRS complains no [protected] dt[protected], [protected] dt[protected] & [protected] dt[protected] to Executive Engineer PVVK Bilaspur distt Rampur & complains no [protected] dt[protected], [protected] dt[protected] & [protected] dt[protected] to Superintending Engineer PVVML Rampur. Even these complains above officers have not done any enquiry in this fraud. Hence you are requested to arrange an enquiry in this fraud matter & after finding my above mentioned complain true, kindly arrange to cancellation of above mentioned electricity service connection with meter & intimate me accordingly.

                I am writing this on behalf of my mother in law, who is 85 years old and living with me at Panchkula since March 2020 due to COVID-19.
                I have cleared all bills till Nov 2020 . In Dec, 20 three bills raised on 7th & 9th December, amounting to Rs 41902/- .the house is unoccupied since 20th March 20 & meter appears faulty. Kindly raise correct bill as per actual consumption/ average for the last year/ last 3 years, enabling me to deposit the correct amount.

                    I received the bill from[protected] to[protected] of amount 52, 292/-. The bill amount is too high for the month. I visited the local office to correct the bill, officials ask me to deposit 10000 and assured me to correct the bill after multiple bvisit but still it is same amount. This is impossible to consume this much unit and this wrong bill. Pls correct the bill. I will assure you after correction I will deposit it.

                          Hello - I reside in a society at Sector 110, Noida where we are suffering from numerous Billing issues. Following are the details of the same
                          1. The KWH to KVAH ration for every month is varying and hence the KVAH/unit charges for us go upto Rs. 7.68/unit whereas the KWH unit rate is Rs.6.3/unit
                          2. While we are a society connection with 32 flats, we are being categorized under Industrial connection and our attempts to change our connection types and downsize the total applied load from 800KVA to 400KVA is pending from several months.
                          3. individual Meters for each resident is also a provision sent by the government however even this request has not been taken up since long.
                          Will need urgent and utmost attention in this regard.

                            After NGT ban on use of diesel gender, it is the responsibility og Electricity companies to provide uninterrupted supply. However, this is not happening. In Antriksh Golf View 2, Sec 78, Noida. When we enquire from maintenance they keep giving excuses that there is some fault in wires. This is really surprising when other society keep getting regular supply.
                            This needs to be ensured by PVVVNL when everyone is almost working and studying virtually.

                                My electricity connection account no. [protected].
                                My above flat was not occupied from the last week of March 2020 till the first week of July 2020. Thus there was no consumption of electricity during this period. From July 2020, we have only visited the flat for cleaning etc for a few days in between.

                                The 4 bills listed below were received by me only in May and June 2020 and presumably without taking readings. Further since no one was living there and there was no consumption of electricity, the meter was showing NIL readings and I was billed on assumption and based on previous consumption average.
