बागपत जिले के खेकड़ा rural बिजलीघर के मसूरी फीडर के अन्तर्गत मसूरी गाँव में ट्रांसफार्मर में पिछले 5 दिनों से स्पार्किंग हो रही है जिसके कारण पूरे गाँव में केवल एक फेस में लाइट आ रही है । खेकड़ा बिजलीघर का फोन तथा sdo खेकड़ा का फोन दोनों 5 दिन से बंद हैं तथा कोई लाइनमैन भी नहीं आ रहा है । साथ ही मसूरी गाँव में शासन के द्वारा निर्धारित रोस्टर के अनुसार बिजली नहीं आती है। चिलचिलाती गर्मी में लोग बिजली का फिक्स बिल देने के बाद भी कम तथा केवल एक फेस में लाइट आने के कारण पीने के पानी को भी तरस रहे हैं।कृपया समस्या का त्वरित समाधान कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

    I am manju sharma have purchased a home in noida sec 12 y block no is y-83-a, i had given a application for increase the load and name change on the bill. This application is registered date of 7-6-2018. And the receipt no is 485394.

    Till the date not any concern person came and call me against this issue and i am regularly going their office regarding this issue and nobody entertaining me.

    Old meter is disconnected and put that side of the wall and have current at now. That cause a major incident at any time.

    Please concern this issue and help me as soon as possible

          Dear team,
          I (Sudhir kumar chaudhary) resident of b1/18, ankur vihar, loni, ghaziabad.
          I recieved electricity bill on 9th june 2018 amount of approx rs 6000 where as average bill is approx rs600.
          Complain was logged same day, i got a call from electricity board to reach lal bagh electricity office.
          I reached office on 12th june 2018 to get the receipt of energy meter repair/replacement. Counter person directed to je (Junior engineer) & je directed to sdo (Mr. Gopal ji).
          Sdo given instruction to meet at 3pm which is really discusting.
          I followed instruction right from call centre to je & sdo but did not get solution.
          Why govt. Officials are not serious to their job & wasting consumers time.

          I have paid rs 6000 just to avoid late payment.
          Please arrange to replace/repair energy meter at earliest.

            I am a resident of house number 570 gali number 16 new karhera colony mohan nagar ghaziabad up pin 201007.
            Last night 07/06/2018 my electricity meter had a sparking issue. Its extremely hot weather and i could not use electricity appliances, so i request the concerned authorities to take the necessary steps as soon as possible.
            Its 40+ degree centigrade in ghaziabad region and it is quite unbearable. Immediate actions are requested at the earliest.

              52. There is no fear of any law and order in the employees. For the new connection of electricity, for the
              New connection of the government rate, apart from the fixed amount, in the name of other expenditure, six to seven
              Thousand rupees are charged. Those who go directly in the pocket of junior engineer, line man and the
              Person who was unable to pay the bribe the person who does not want to give is
              Unnecessarily harassed and that person is forced to bolster the office. You are requested to take any
              Concrete steps in this regard. So that the general public remains confident in the government and the
              System.

                Sir, on[protected] i have deposited rs.3835 vide cheque no 845169 of corporation bank, chandni chowk delhi against my account no.[protected]. About 2 month after the payment of above bill i have received a bill on[protected] showing the outstanding of above amount along with rs.877 as cd charges. Sir, the cheque in question is not presented before my bank for clearance as the bank official told me i have salary account in the and more than lacs of amount is always available. Moreover till date we have not received the bounce cheque. You are requested to kindly investigate the matter and waive the cheque cd charges rs.877/= as asap

                        I am extremely distressed by the frequent power cuts in niti khand, indirapuram for extended hours. On one hand pm modi is advocating more and more electric connections in remote areas and on the other hand the areas which have connections is hardly getting continuous power supply. When i call central pvvnl number, it does not even know. When i called the junior engineer @ [protected].. He hung me up. It’s not even peak summer yet, it’s pathetic. Few months back there was a discussbion of new power substation in kala pathar for better power supply. And yet i see no difference. I think power supply is illegally being supplied to local industries and while residents are suffering. Do something or else i will do something.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            This is to bring to your notice that there was a power line snap at the electricity pole in my block and the department failed to fix the error. For more precise information my account id is [protected], book no[protected].

                            The fault was brought to the notice of je and sdo but both the parties could not take any prompt action to restore the electricity supply. The local lineman were made to attempt the complaint but could only satisfy to the extent that there is a cable fault and cannot be dealt at immediate time. The incident happened at around 06:30pm on 25/03/2018

                            I hereby request your prompt action/resolution to fix the error.

                            In addition complaint no [protected] is still open and has not been fixed till date. With the registration date of the complaint you can well understand how the designated officers in the area are performing.

                              But in billing address it is written e-1 in place of c-1 which is wrong.
                              Kindly arrange for correction in record so that i may not be in trouble in future.

                                Sir.
                                I would like to thank you for installation led in indraprastha colony, under naipura station. But, regret to say that somewhere led properly not installed or some of them not working regularly. Most important is that so far central pole and led/bulb not installed in park front of n & o block., whereas some other park have poles and decorated led/bulb. You are requested to please advise to concern authority to install pole/led in above park as program held here and babies play regularly and darkness seems here. Same way please arrange led at park where pumping set installed because start system in darkness.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  My company is located in phase 2 noida. The transformer located near my company had sparking problem due to which my company electricity was having problem and my production affected. The repair person come and said if you give me money i will repair this early otherwise you have to wait whole day. The transformer is having problem almost every week and repairing engineer ask for money about rs. 500 to 1000 every time. I want to ask if we have to pay money to them every time then why they are receiving salary from government? Is it not their duty to repair transformer sparking problem? That person is saying if we do not pay him money he will not for repairing in future. It is ab industrial area and many companies face the same problem. Either they ask for money to repair or they just say register your complaint, when we receive call from customer care to repair then we'll come and repair. Till that time there will be no electricity in my company and no production. When we call toll free number to register our complaint we have to wait for 20-30 min to get our call connected and then also the customer service executive ask technical terms and say first provide us this data then only we will register your complaint. They are saying only through account id we can't register the complaint. Is this the way pvvnl works?

                                  Please look into this matter and provide a solution which is beneficial for both customer and pvvnl.

                                  I think PVVNL don't know the results of bad word of mouth that's why they are taking this matter lightly and not taking any serious action in regard to this complaint.
                                  How much will PVVNL take to resolve this issue? It's more than 24 hrs already.

                                    This is with respect to the continuous electricity theft case in the locality of shankar nagar line par moradabad in the house of namely shiv kumar and others. This bad practice is in continuation since past 7-8 years and most of the people who are involved are operating electricity without any registered electricity connection here in the locality. Recently their connections were also disconnected but since some of the department officers are also involved so these people were provided connections in the evening. I request you to kindly look into this matter and kindly punish such people who are responsible for the loss of our government and economy.

                                        Dear sir. This is inform you that date 4/12/2017 some electrical person worked on electricity poll . After completing their work they can't cover the both (+'-) line with tape . And these line were open just 2 feet upper from land level. Regularly electricity passed . Sir this is dangerous for every one including my family. Their is 2 years old baby in my house. Sir pls urgently complete this work imediatly other wise any casualty may be happen.
