I by mistake made my online Bill payment to the wrong DISCOM. I was supposed to make payment to Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd., but instead the payment was made to Poorvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd. on the same Account Number. I made payment to Account Number [protected] for Bil No:[protected] for Rs. 2403 against Receipt No: YIOB[protected] on 2nd July 2023 from my Indian Overseas Bank account.

I applied for my sanctioned load to be increased and two persons came to my house from hydel muradnagar saying you need to pay 1200 rupees and i did and then they told me i will be receiving an email receipt which I didn't neither my load has increased as the latest bill came and it is mentioned that the sanctioned load is still 2kw as it was before they came on 24 may and today it's 25 june and the person who came when I called him he still...

We are fed up now because of this fluctuation problem in vasundhara sec 1 ghaziabad electricity authorities are not doing anything to resolve this problem they just need to instal.some transformers but they always make new excuses we are facing this issue for many years we have no one to listen our electronic appliances got damaged we are not able to operate our Air conditioning pls resolve this issue...

Mai ram nagar Kanker khera meerut se complaint kar raha hun yahan ki electricity pichle 4-5 hours se nahi aa rahi hai pls check karke batayen kab tak aayegi...

This flat which was earlier in the name of A K Mathur is purchased by my son Manpreet Singh Merwah. The electricity bill of Rs 622 was paid twice by me on 15.7.22 and on 21.7.22 thro net banking.

The name of electrical connection no. [protected] was got changed to Manpreet Singh Merwah from A K Mathur no. [protected]

It is request kindly refund Rs 622 or adjust it in next bill.

Due to poor power factor i.e.0.26 bill is coming high on account no. [protected]...

I have been punctual in paying my electricity bill regularly with out any fail as per the amount billed by the PVVNL. From June month onwards they started billing exorbitant amount and in the month of August they Billed Rs 12646 in the name of arrears. Why arrears when I have regularly paid all the bills and dues. Dear team,

Thee average bill for my parents 3bhk is close to around Rs 3000 in summers and Rs 1000 in winters. Recently they had travelled to south with me and our house was ideal with minimum power usage.
