Dear sir / madam,
With due respect, i satish kumar arya is bring it your kind noticed that couple of days before we have faced down electricity power supply and low voltage problem in our area dlf ankur vihar, loni dehat, ghaziabad, u. P. 201102. However, our electric items such as cooler and t. V. Are getting crash or damages and could not work properly, we have already submitted complaint to the concerned authority but they could not taken any action regarding this and simply told us that we will look after this issue.in spite of that many family's are suffering from this problem and they are not able to find solutions this outrageous summer heat and warmness.

So, in the above mentioned facts, we all are requesting to you to resolve this problem at earliest.

    Actually I want to change my meter wire coz squirrel haso been cut them and it's so risky now to use these wire... now we cant use heavy items coz wires are totally cuted and also the meter boy who check our meter to make a bill, also told us that change the wire as soon as possible because it can be so risky or can be short circuit.. so please kindly send any employee to change the broken wire...

      Today my electric connection was disconnect .my A/C no is [protected].
      we have full bill payed Rs 1890/- in feb-2017 and march bill also came Rs 270/- which was un payed due to very low amount we seggest april month encuded payed April-17 but without any information he was disconnect my connection .pl. take action on urgent. address Plot 248f-4 Nitikhand first indirapuram gzb.

        It is brought to your notice that, we are getting the electricity bills of our rural exchanges with nr (Meter reading not shown) since long time. We are continuously getting bills with excess charged units (Not on actual basis). We have informed many times to your office for rectification of all the bills related to cholas & luharli exchanges. Every time arrear was added without resolving the nr bills. After calculating average of previous paid bills, we have paid rs. 300000 & rs. 500000 dated 18/10/2016 against cholas and luharli exchanges. But the details bills issues of previous nr pending bill are still not resolved and details bills is not provided to us.
        Therefore instead of providing the details of all nr bills, recently we have received the notice from tehsil dadri, regarding recovery of bills. The copy is enclosed.
        So i request please provide us the details of every pending invoices till date and withdraw the notice till the bill issues not resolved. Also consider the cheque till the bill issues resolved.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          May i have your attention please, there is a large corruption in Sector - 63 electricity office. First of let me introduce my self. Hi my name is Rajkumar and I lived at Chotpur Colony, Chhajarsi, Sector-63, Noida last few month shifted in new house. when i was visit Sector -16, Customer care department regarding issue a new post paid connection, Customer Care Executive give a form to fill-up and submitted in our Customer Care Office but there is one condition you should put signatory of SDO and Er. than we will be issue. When i visit SECTOR-63 (SDO) RAHUL DEV office he told me we no issue any post paid meter in Chotpur Colony why should not take a prepaid meter i agree with them but let me know any body if post paid meter not issue so there is any CIRCULAR is issue from government department (u.p.) that time i was asked him he told me that i have this is my work. that time i am speech less. but i am asking to anybody if this not his duty so who is responsible for that work. He told me that you should contact (ER. MR. Y.P. SHARMA) regarding postpaid meter. when i was meet with mr. sharma he told me i have issue a prepaid meter i agree with them. When i was asked NEW PREPAID METER charges he told me RS.15000/- but Customer Care told me Charges of PREPAID METER just Rs. 6900/- i told Mr. Sharma all conversation which is held with Customer Care. He told me you are right but we Chotpur Colony is under development with SAMITY (MR. UPPADHYAI JI) i am asking who is Mr. Uppadhiya Ji, is he any type of LEDER, is he any government officer, is he worked in electricity department he told me NO so who is UPPADHIYA. I told him why should i have pay EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS. 8100/- he told me if you are not paid i can not provide you meter. Other people have already paid i told him other people are BLIND but i am not BLIND.

          First of all i decided to complain in your complain board after that you should not provide me satisfied answer than i will be complain with your higher authority and write a mail to directly Chief Minister online complain care.

          Therefore you are requested to kindly take a necessary action regarding this CORRUPTION and provide me new connection at earliest basis. I am only contact via- mail with you because there is a problem if i have provide my cell no.

          Your earlier response will be highly appreciated.

            I am constantly approaching from the last 8-9 months to rectify billing error, for which the department is not responding to attend the same. I have given 5 letters regarding correction of bill / overcharging due to overload shown in the bill 37 KW in the month of July 2016 and subsequent months also. Now the bill of March-17 is comes to Rs.44982 for Nov-March-17 I have only 900 units consumed by me and I last paid amount in Oct-16 is 8800/- also paid by me.

            The staff of Shalimar Garden, bijli ghar is not listening anything.

            Kindly get it resolved my complaint at the earliest.

                On 10/3/2017 there was blast happened outside our company after which supply got stopped in complete area.However when the electricity supply was restored again in the area, our supply still remained stopped and no one attended to our complaint.

                    I am a serving soldier and sufferring from pvvnl ignorances. I requested so many times since sep 2012 for diverting domestic power supply cable from my house due to which i could not completed construction work of the same. Addresses is as under :-

                      A wrong assessment is done by
                      Pvvnl officials on the basis of mri of two days 2-8-2015 to 4-8-2015 they made the assessment for one year the period of 2-8-2015 to[protected], nothing is mentioned in m r i report after 4-8-2015, i have informed this fact to ee (Test) vasundhara sec 19 and to every official in mohan nagar arthla branch but no one is rectifying the assessment amounting 930928/-, instead

                      They disconnected my electricity supply which is incurring great losses for factory and uttar pradesh government in terms of revenue,

                      I'm ready to submit regular bill at this point of time but need some time to look this assessment matter.

                      I can prove my point that this assessment is wrong if a fair chance is given but i very much doubt the intention of the officials involved as they are making unnecessary trouble for me, there is no specific timing when you can meet them.

                      I m filing this complaint with a hope that higher officials of pvvnl will understand my pain and correct the assessment.

                      Kindly connect the electricity supply as soon as possible.

                        Hi,

                        Today i am writing complain against Electricity department in Suryanagar, Ghaziabad.
                        Recently i shifted to new flat (May-16). When i shifted, electricity meter was not working and i received average bill for 3 months because meter was not working from last 3 month as per electricity department. So i requested for new meter and in month of June, i got new meter. So after 2 month of new meter run, i requested for average bill adjustment.

                        Currently all bills are on the Name of old owner of flat "Lata Bansal"

                        After my request, Babu from electricity department didn't produced bill for 2 more month and everyday he gave next date. Finally he gave us bill and he gave us bill of last 41 months and it is 30000 rs. When i asked why he gave us last 41 month bill though in March-16, previous owner cleared all previous bills which was of 13 months, he replied nothing and says you have to submit.

                        He even told that you should know why he was not produced bill for last 2 month?

                        I have checked all previous 41 months bill and all are payed correctly, even i showed to Babu also.
                        There are 2, 3 occurrence where bill correction happens but all are happens at electricity department then why should come in my bill now?

                        My on that counter question, he said go to anybody as i made in such a way that nobody can find that i done wrong thing in bill.

                        We went to SDO also 2, 3 times but he don't know anything and every-time he ask to check with Babu.

                        We are totally frustrated.
                        Its look like normal man cannot survive.
                        Only bribe can work.

                        I want someone please help us. At-least tell us to pay all bills as all in electricity department are deaf and all request from normal man not reached.

                          Dear Sir,
                          The Load sanction for Multistory building at plot no 5/01 and 5/02 has been passed under name of M/S Anupam associate. Total 14 Families are living on the flats built on these plots. A new transformer and Poles were installed in July.

                          When we approached JE and asked for connection to the poles in front of our house, An amount of 5000 is being asked by the electrical thekedaar of the area.

                          For getting transformer and poles sanctioned a good amount was already paid but depsite of that the work of providing connection from new poles is not being done as they need more Bribe now.

                          Please take a necessary action for this. Get our connection done to the new installed transformer and pole

                            I have an account no. [protected] of flat no. 101-B, Block D-1 Sector – 52. Noida. I had rent out this house. The tenants left this house without any information and they had not given me the passward and the secret answer regarding above account.

                            Now I am facing problems regarding paying bill online. Please reset my account so that I can register myself online again.

                              In our colony, too many people use faulty meter, past 2 yrs. Meter are fully dead, but meter boy gave min bill, and charge rs 200 for every faulty meter house. This is the misusing of power which required to save by every citizen as per the direction of our indian government for future.

                              This is for your kind information. Address is given below where the culprit house and theft the electricity. Take necessary action against him.

                                Dear sir,
                                In out locality a new transformer, poles and wire were installed after lot of efforts and waiting for one year. Now the height this new transformer, poles and electric wires are still not operational even after two months. On top of everything in our area morning the power is cut and entire day the power cut remains. Only in evening electricity is given.

                                Kindly notify our chief minister to take action against this department. They have made our life miserable. Despite of all our efforts no action by sdo and je in this regard.

                                Lot of families are effected. Please do something seriously in this.

                                  I am a resident of sai upwan society, yusufpur, chak shaberi, greater noida west. Our society having over 1000 flats is being powered by only 2 transformers due to which the transformers is getting damaged in every 2-3 days and the rwa is repairing it with our money. Pvvnl is also not sending the electricity bill. For many residents the meter has been installed but the personnel from electricity office is not coming to seal the meter even after several reminders. From the past 2 days the entire society is in dark as we have no funds to get them repaired. Kindly, take this issue seriously else suggest we should take any legal action against pvvnl.

                                    Pl. Clearify why the cleark received payment of electricity bill amount shows of due date where as bill was paid well in time.
                                    Receipt no.[protected] counter no. 15092211 collection date 19/07/2016
                                    Account no.[protected] tender control id [protected] for rs 2923/ was paid
                                    With in time, bill amount with in due dt. Was 2916/-and amunt after due date is
                                    2923/-. Under which circumtances the excess amont rs 7/- was charged by your cleark. Pl. Solve the problem.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Please be informed that in our area there are 24 houses which are getting electricity from single same electricity pole. The cable length of each house is beyond what electricty department allows.

                                      Electric poles in our street and a transformer got installed almost a month back but that is just to show in papers.

                                      Please be informed the transformer is still not operational and the electric poles and cables on that pole is still non operational.
                                      All 24 houses are consuming electricity from same pole which is too far from our houses and resulting in lot of fluctuation and will lead to serious accident some day due to negligence of sdo & je here.

                                      Please requesting you to get this transformer and electric poles working and give us better services.
