    1. I am trying to pay my Jan 2012 Bill, BUT this site is not working.
    2. Regarding pvvnl.org web site - it is a good means to pay the bills BUT this site is GENERALLY not working.
    3. Sir, why is it that the department cannot keep the website functional.
    4. Also this site today ( 07 Feb 2012) is showing a bill of Rs 1959.00 as pending while this Bill was due on 17.01.2012 and was paid on 17.01.2012.
    5.Please get this up and going at the earliest.

        Complaint against Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitram Nigam Limited

        This is to inform that Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitram Nigam Limited( EUDDD-2) in Noida is doing harassment of the innocent public.

        Compalint:

        Every time as my electricity bill is generated, I will do the online payment on the pvvnl.org. But even the online payment my electricity is cut down due to the payment defalters.

        Electricity men has cut the power in the evening and before the last day of due date.

        Please look into this matter seriously so that no one in the society will face this problem in future.

        This is for your information that Street Light not working last 3 months from A-17, Hosiery Complex, Phase-2, Noida to Metro Station NSEZ, This road is very dangerous for Ladies, Ladies walking alone Boys disturbed.           Sir both these payments have not been updated in your system. And we have again received bill dated[protected], of amount Rs2935/-. This bill is showing that Current total Rs660/-, Last bill appears Rs 2255.96.

            Dear Sir,

            I have a electric connection in Indirapuram, I used to pay my electricity bill online by Credit Card. My meter was not working since January 2011 but i didn't receive any paper regarding this but i was paying bill a certain amount of approx 1500 as my actual usage are very less, when i came to know this i got changed my meter and one person told me that everything will adjust in your previous payments but now they are saying that you have not deposited bill after July-11 even i have the proof now they are asking for 2500 Rs. to adjust my original transactions.

            Please help as it is very painful for me to follow them.

              Electric bill for the October,November were generated without taking into account the meter reading. It was assumed that 800 units were used and bill generated even though the current meter reading showed otherwise. We keep going out so there s hardly any consumption of electricity.

              We inquired with the department, they said "pay the current amount and we will deduct the extra money from future bills".

              My question is why should we pay the extra money when the PVVNL is at fault. They can easily correct their account and issue us the corrected bill after considering the current meter reading.

              I am attaching the screen shot of the recent month where the current meter reading is a assumed one.

                  My Flat No is F -4 /548, Krishna plaza, Shalimar garden - 1 , meter no - e02105We have repeatedlycomplained to the highest officers upto S.D.O. regarding the
                  false billing done by PVVN, EUDD VI.Even when our flat is locked and ther's no electricity usage ,we are billed a basic charge of rs 1058/-
                  with no explanation as to what those chargges are in regard to.Also,i[censored] just use a tubelight for few hours daily,the bill amount sent after juston one month is close to 3000/-. This is i suppose highest electricity charges in all of india.We have all proofs to substantiate our claims.

                    I have an electricity connection [Connection # 602406] at my residence, A1/28-F1, DLF, Bhopura, Ghaziabad, since September, 2009.

                    My monthly electricity consumption has been consistently below 400 units. But recently, on 10/11/2011, I noticed that the electronic meter had shown abnormal reading [43857 units] from the previous month's reading of 5400 units [as on 8/10/11]. There was a jump of more than 38000 units in just one month's time. Surprisingly, now the meter works normally after the jump.

                    On 15/11/11, I have submitted a written complaint to SDO, Vikram Enclave, Ghaziabad, about the matter. In the meanwhile, I have also spoken to the meter reading person and was told by him that the meter is working perfectly at present. He suggested to me to either pay the bill [Around Rs 1.5 lacs] or bribe him (and his associates) with Rs 15000 and he will resolve the issue by installing a new meter.

                    I am wondering, why I should pay extra money to either Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (PVVNL) or this guy for no fault of mine.

                      Refer to my complain no. 399996 dated 11 mar 2011 at pvvnl, edd hapur by online. He was installed check meter now check meter removed on 07 jul 2011. After removed check meter, he is not given adjust bill and every 10 days coming his person for taking money from my home and he is saying i will cut your cable other wise give money if you don’t want to cut your cable.
                      It is requested that give him instructions for sand my adjust bill.

                        This Arvind Kr Singh, I have electricity connection situated at 6/256, Girdhar Pur Road chapraula, connection No.085085 Book No.4012. The Division is Ghaziabad V.We are facing frequent problems i.e. we have 3 phase connection but we have received current in 1 or 2 phase because of poor connection from Transformer. We have approched to PVVNL people several time but problem is not resolved. Photoes are attached for reference.

                          I am a resident of abhay khand 3 near st, francis school indirapuram ghaziabad . I would like to inform you about the pathetic situation of street lights in our area .There is a problem in the electric pole no. 473 ,492 as they do not even glow making it very dark and unsafe in our region and few more poles like pole no. 494 & 493 glow negligibly dim. Therefore i would request the authorities to please take immediate steps for the welfare of people living here as i am complaining on behalf of the whole locality.

                              Sub:- Power Cut in the Shalimar Gardan Extn.I, Ghaziabad.

                              Dear Sir,

                              With reference to the above, we would like to submit our humble requests to you due to continuous power cut in the colony.:-

                              1. The Electricity Supply is just not sufficient for a day and night. The cutoff ratio is 5 hours in day and 4 hours in night.
                              2. It basic needs of a people, we cannot survive without electricity.
                              3. People agile more than 60 have to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours to survive and without electricity supply they are unable to sleep and consequently their health is going bed to worst.
                              4. The entire colony face security problem at high risk.
                              5. There is no schedule cuts.


                              People living in NCR i.e. very near to country capital and getting only 4 to 5 hours electricity supply in a day, is really ashame for them as well as for the country. It is our humble request to you, please arrange to short out the problem at your level best so that we are able to get undisturb power supply.

                                  I Anand Prakash Singhal suffering from a complaint of electric meter which is not working even display is not coming for last four months. I have complained to SDO (Mr. Manoj Agarwal, M-[protected]) but no action was taken in this regard. JMT (Mr. Yogesh Kumar) is also refusing to change the meter while we have changed the load from 2 KVA to 5 KVA just six months ago and the paying the bill regularly. It is very serious matter and we are disturbed physically and mentally. So kindly look into the matter and take serious action.

                                  I Dr. Shokat R/o 20 Futa Road Prem Nagar Loni Ghaziabad, suffering from a complant of electric meter .Which is not working for last year . I have complant to S.D.O. date 13/03/2010 but no action
                                  was taken in this regard.Now J.E.Mr G.V.Sigh and Mr . Subash are demanding 1000/Rs for change the meter
                                  Sir it is very serious matter and I am disturebed physicaly and mentally .So kindly take action against accused.

                                  we are suffering from a complaint of electric meter which is not working even display is not coming for last six months. I have complained to the electricity department in writing and orally. but no action is taken in this regard.we are paying the bill regularly. It is very serious matter .                                     WE ARE HAVING A SHOP IN SECTOR 27 ATTA MKT NOIDA I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT SOMEBODY HAS CUT THE ABOVE ELECTRICITY CABLE CONNECTION. THIS WE CAME TO KNOW WHEN WE OPENED OUR SHOP ON WEDNESDAY 09/03/2011 . WE DID COMPLAINT AT SECTOR 18 ELECTRICITY POWER HOUSE . THEN A PERSON WHO CAME FROM THERE AFTER CHECKING HE TOLD US THAT SOMEBODY HAS CUT THE ELECTRICITY CABLE .

                                    WHERE THERE IS CUT HE TAPPED THE WIRE .YOU CAN ALSO CHECK IT PERSONALLY. WE ARE AFRAID THAT SOMEBODY CAN STEEL AND CAN MISUSE OUR TAPPED ELECTRICITY CABLE,.

                                      I have submitted the amount of Rs. 9175 on 26.05.02010 FOR (4+1)= 5 KWA meter at my house E-602, Elite Estate, Plot No. C-4, Sector-18, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.
                                      My connection no.is 427042 and book no.is 5018.
                                      From the next bill i.e. from the month of June 2010, charges for 5 KW meter and installation charges have been billed which has been paid. ( I am totally surprised that when no meter of 5 KW has been installed how the Bill for 5 KW can be charged continuously from june 2010.
                                      Till now i.e on .01.11 (after a lapse of 08 months) no meter of 3 phase has been installed. I have talked shri A K Singh, Chief Engineer, Shri Khurseed Alam, Shri Pandey . Every body said there is no meter. Every time every body is telling meter will be coming in two months.
                                      But I donot know how the persons applying after my receipt i.e dtd 26.05.2010 have got three phases meter in my society.
                                      On what grounds they have been alloted I donot know. But it simply gives me an indication that there is something hidden things which is driving the authority to allot the meter out of turn.
                                      My request to authority is kindly allot the meter for my address so that I can use the facility of three phases.
