Last Bill paid (05th July, 2022): INR 2, 686 (Bill number[protected]/ Receipt number WEP[protected])

Sir, i have complaint on dt. 17.o4.22 for my hose electricity meter is close no reading was showing.But no change till date. I have many time contact to PVVNL, Meerut Malyana meerut office.

Dear team,

Thee average bill for my parents 3bhk is close to around Rs 3000 in summers and Rs 1000 in winters. Recently they had travelled to south with me and our house was ideal with minimum power usage. Initially the bill which came was normal as expected, however the last bill is way out of the average consumption.

We went to get this resolved to the local office but the employees were not supporting at all and very rude to my old parents. We have deposited Rs 8500 just because they were worried if the power supply would be cut.

Please let me know If I have to add any other details

My account No is [protected]. My last meter reading for 06 Jul 2022 was 86091 and as on 6 August 2022 was 85672. However I have been billed for meter reading 92739 as on 06 Aug 2022. On interacting with supervisor of the area, he regretted the error as meter reader was new and that the correct meter reading as on 06 August was 85672 and that amendment has been sent for regeneration of bill. However, I have not received the amended bill
Request resolve the issue.

I made a transaction of rupees 2000 for electricity prepaid recharge .My money deducted by recharge is unsuccessful.please refund amount as soon as possible.I am attaching screenshots for your reference.

Dear sir,
I already visited Govind Puram electricity office 3-4 times for the complaint that my mere readings running very fast but they are not understanding the problem and are not ready to register my complaint. I want to apply for the check meter. Please register my complaint and provide me a new check meter.

I have not been able to recharge my Genus meter online with the ABC code generated from my meter.
So, I want to recharge it offline as online recharge is not working.

I have visited various PVVNL offices in Ghaziabad but still did not any solution on how to recharge it offline.
I have called PVVNL customer care also and I have ben told that they don't handle Prepaid meter related issues

Please provide the solution on how to recharge the Genus prepaid meter offline.

I Had done online payment On 21 june 2022 A/C NO. [protected] Amount [protected] of RS.2929/ . The amount was deducted from the bank account. The uppcl website is still showing that the bill is unpaid.

Please resolve the issue

I am a resident of A-274 Laxmi Garden, LONI Ghaziabad UP-201102 and a consumer of PVVNL vide account ID[protected] Nai pura bijlighar, LONI.
today at around 05 AM there was an fire in the main line wires at the pole infront of our house and the same was immedieately reported to concerned JE telephonically. He told to call at Bjlighar for shut off. we called bijlighar about it they shut the same and fire was stopped. But electricity of the area lost since then. We have made a complaint vide coplaint no.PV[protected]. But no action has been taken till now. It is requested that burned electric line be replaced immediately.

There has been no electricity supply since afternoon and due to which no water supply... It's irresistible to live in this pathetic weather with no light and water... Resolve this matter as soon as possible please...

विषय – बिजली बिल अधिक आने पर शिकायत पत्र।

माननीय महोदय,

मेरा नाम शशी पोखरियाल है मैं मकान नम्बर 202, प्लाट नम्बर 141 सेक्टर 4 वैशाली में रहती हूं। इस पत्र के माध्यम से मैं आपको सूचित करना चाहती हूं कि पिछले कुछ समय से मेरा बिजली का बिल अधिक आ रहा है। जिसके कारण मुझे आर्थिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
ऐसा लगता है कि बिल में अचानक से वृद्धि हो गयी है, हमारे घर में जो भी बिजली उपकरण लगे है उसका औसतन बिल प्रतिमाह 780 रूपये से लेकर 1300 रूपये तक आता है परंतु पिछले 2 माह से ये 3600 रुपए तक बढ़ गया है। मेरा 27 अप्रैल 2022 से 21 मई 2022 तक 24 दिन का बिल 91 यूनिट के साथ 780/-रूपये आया और फिर 12 दिन बाद 21 मई 2022 से 02 जून 2022 तक का बिल 691यूनिट के साथ 4840/-रूपये आया। 02 जून 2022 को इस अप्रत्याशित बिल को देखते ही मैंने पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम की वेबसाइट पर ओनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करवा दी थी लेकिन आज तक पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम की ओर से कुछ भी कार्यवाही हुई और नहीं किसी ने फोन पर भी कुछ जवाब नहीं दिया।
महोदय, हमारे घर में कोई भी अतिरिक्त बिजली उपकरण नहीं लगाया गया है जिससे ज्यादा लोड बढ़ें। मेरे घर पर केवल रात के समय तीन ब्यक्ति रहते हैं और दिन भर बिजली का प्रयोग भी नहीं होता है लेकिन फिर भी बिजली का बिल चार गुना आना रीडिंग में गलती या मीटर में कोई खराबी को दर्शाता है।
अतः मैं आपसे निवेदन करती हूं कि कृपया मेरे इस मामले को गंभीरता से देखे और इस समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द कर दे इसके लिए मैं आपका सदा आभारी रहूंगी।

My electricity connection bearing account number [protected] Subdivision SDO1509211. I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill for an amount of Rs.4840/- and same day I have already made online complaint against the bill which tracking number is [protected] dated 02.06.2022 but till date there is no response from PVVNL. My monthly bill amounts bill generally range between Rs.800/- to Rs. 1300/-. The bill for during 21 May to 02...

मेरी लाइट रात 10 बजे से नही आ रही है ट्रांसफॉर्मर ओवरलोड होने से रोज लाइट चली जाती है ओर जब लाइट 12घंटे आती है तो सर्विस चार्ज और मीटर चार्ज 24 घंटे का क्यों बसूला जाता है।
ट्रांसफार्मर का लोड शिफ्ट किया जाय मुझे लाइट मेरे नजदीकी ट्रांसफार्मर से दी जानी चाहिए जब मेरे घर के सामने ट्रांसफार्मर है तो मुझसे दूर से तार क्यो लानी होती है

Hi,
Block A, Lohianagar Ghaziabad is facing a very low voltage issue daily for 5 to 6 hours in evening. Due to which we all are facing multiple electric equipment failure. Some of the residents here have old members in the family, who needs 24×7 medical life support systems. These systems are failing during these fluctuations. Even voltage stabilizers are not able to rectify such fluctuations as the voltage goes even lower than their input ratings.
We all have lost many of our electrical appliances due to such fluctuations in past month. Such issue was not there last year or before that.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, to avoid further damages of equipments and medical life support systems.

Low voltage supply power in every night and everyday minimum 7-8 times power cut.
