Incorrect meter reading and billing for Aug 2022

Address:H-172, Nar Vihar Part 2, Sect 34 Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP 201301

My account No is [protected]. My last meter reading for 06 Jul 2022 was 86091 and as on 6 August 2022 was 85672. However I have been billed for meter reading 92739 as on 06 Aug 2022. On interacting with supervisor of the area, he regretted the error as meter reader was new and that the correct meter reading as on 06 August was 85672 and that amendment has been sent for regeneration of bill. Money deducted not credited for prepaid meter recharge

Fast meter reading

Not able to recharge the Genus prepaid meter online

I have not been able to recharge my Genus meter online with the ABC code generated from my meter.
So, I want to recharge it offline as online recharge is not working.

I have visited various PVVNL offices in Ghaziabad but still did not any solution on how to recharge it offline.
I have called PVVNL customer care also and I have ben told that they don't handle Prepaid meter related issues

Complaint for regarding improper supply of electricity from phase

Good morning,
My self Deepak Jain having meter number [protected] and I want to inform you that in my area electricity is supply from 3 phase but at current time electricity supplied form only 2 phase that's why electricity is always fluctuate and due to this improper supply of electricity we always facing many problems.

Online payment Issue

Dear sir/ma’am
I Had done online payment On 21 june 2022 A/C NO. [protected] Amount [protected] of RS.2929/ . The amount was deducted from the bank account. The uppcl website is still showing that the bill is unpaid.

Please resolve the issue...

No supply of electricity since 5 am morning today

I am a resident of A-274 Laxmi Garden, LONI Ghaziabad UP-201102 and a consumer of PVVNL vide account ID[protected] Nai pura bijlighar, LONI.
today at around 05 AM there was an fire in the main line wires at the pole infront of our house and the same was immedieately reported to concerned JE telephonically. He told to call at Bjlighar for shut off. we called bijlighar about it they shut the same and fire was stopped. But electricity...

Complaint for excess electricity bills or change of defective meter

My electricity connection bearing account number [protected] Subdivision SDO1509211. I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill for an amount of Rs.4840/- and same day I have already made online complaint against the bill which tracking number is [protected] dated 02.06.2022 but till date there is no response from PVVNL. Very Low Voltage In Area.

Hi,
Block A, Lohianagar Ghaziabad is facing a very low voltage issue daily for 5 to 6 hours in evening. Due to which we all are facing multiple electric equipment failure. Some of the residents here have old members in the family, who needs 24×7 medical life support systems. These systems are failing during these fluctuations. Even voltage stabilizers are not able to rectify such fluctuations as the voltage goes even lower than...

Online bill payment issue

Dear Sir,

For my electricity account no. [protected] and bill no.[protected] May, 22) i have paid the bill amount of Rs. 218 online from my Canara bank net-banking today on 31 May, 22.

I have downloaded the payment receipt also, but the bill is still showing outstanding and not paid the website,

Yesterday there was a thunderstorm in my area and the electricity pole from where my main electricity cable is connected got uprooted a little, disconnecting my main electricity cable and cutting my electricity. I have called local PVVNL office, and spoken to JE but there has been no resolution. JE said they will wait to install a new pole first. But I have had no electricity since yesterday. Please resolve asap.

Electricity cut

Sir we are living in khera dharampura Gautambuddh nagar. We're facing a big issue from 10 years. In my area PVVNL provide us averagely 13 hours. But government promises us to give 18 hours electricity. Please resolve our issue kindly provide us at least 18 hours electricity. We're honestly paying our electricity bills. But not any minor improvement PVVNL provide us....
