We are fed up now because of this fluctuation problem in vasundhara sec 1 ghaziabad electricity authorities are not doing anything to resolve this problem they just need to instal.some transformers but they always make new excuses we are facing this issue for many years we have no one to listen our electronic appliances got damaged we are not able to operate our Air conditioning pls resolve this issue

Exactly, We are facing load shedding for the past few days at night and afternoon times...causing disruption in electronic devices i.e led tv and laptop adapters etc...also this is without the AC load. Fans, Fridge and Washing machine want appropriate wottage to perform effectively.

I live in in Vasundhara Sec 1, having 6 kV phase meter even though we are not getting the half of the output from the power supply.

Please requesting to take action on this matter if the transformer is of less operational unit or wattage is provided less at the station itself.

These are the heavy times of hot strings and heat waves. Please, I am just requesting to provide appropriate wattage for to operate even fans at good speed with enough power to capacitors. I hope that's not too much to ask for.

        This flat which was earlier in the name of A K Mathur is purchased by my son Manpreet Singh Merwah. The electricity bill of Rs 622 was paid twice by me on 15.7.22 and on 21.7.22 thro net banking.

        The name of electrical connection no. [protected] was got changed to Manpreet Singh Merwah from A K Mathur no. [protected]

        It is request kindly refund Rs 622 or adjust it in next bill.

            An transformer installed for plot no. 801, Shalimar Garden Extn. I, Sahibabad, Distt. Ghaziabad.

            There are continuous seepage of oil from said transform which is very dangerous for residents of building no. 801, Shalimar Garden Extn. I, Sahibabad, Distt. Ghaziabad.

                I have been punctual in paying my electricity bill regularly with out any fail as per the amount billed by the PVVNL. From June month onwards they started billing exorbitant amount and in the month of August they Billed Rs 12646 in the name of arrears. Why arrears when I have regularly paid all the bills and dues. I tried to contact the SDO and other office bearers but they never listened to the complains and ignored listening. Online complain was filed on 5th Sept 2022 regarding meter fault and heavy bill amount vide complain number number PV[protected] but two months are over and no action has been taken.
                Why such fraud and consumer unfriendly activities are being done by these bodies? Kindly help in resloution and why thwy have charged arrears and heavy amounts are booked every month? Bill is attached for detail refernce

                  Hello Sie/Ma'am,
                  I am representing my Company PS Intelegencia Analytics Pvt. Ltd. (A-21, Lohia Rd. Noida Sector-63) and I am legal Counsel of the company. Recently in the month of May 2022, the staff (lineman Mr. Vinod Kumar) of the PVVNL Noida, Sector-63, A Block asked for an illicit demand of INR 20, 000/- on the name of CTPT replacement charges and after which neither the CTPT replaced by that lineman nor the amount got returned back to the company.
                  I would like to bring the attention of the Ld. Forum that the staff of PVVNL till now have extorted an amount of INR 70, 000/- from our Company on the name of various service charges for fixing their own fault.
                  I also approached the local JE Mr. Ajay Baliya (+91-[protected]) but no avail, as all of them are transferring the liabilities on one other.
                  Therefore, I request you kindly take a proper action on the situation and instruct the local staff to install the CTPT asap. Apart from that local staff shall be instructed to not asked for the wrongful demands for their own work.

I payed my last bill amount 5295 receipt no.[protected]WS000047 date 20/08/2022 and after that dues was zero. And next day i received a text massage dues amt 6572/-i do ignore this because I payed already before a day .I think this is do not cleared and will be cleared one or two days.but next month 19/07/2022 this increases and amount of 9404/- of month 8/2022 .and present month today 19/09/2002 i received a massage 13935/-.i goes to electricity house in total solution week program in running today in this . I request to print my bill .in this bill I saw a meter issue and fixed in my home and I consume meter reading according the bill but I don't release any meter and no fixed this in my house till today .i requested many time to meter fixing in my home .but they asked every time not available anytime .and gives a believe to next time or next month. since I got connection to till today no meter fixed in my home. Then how i consumed the reading .and where is my sealing report of meter .no reply my question by SDO sir in today solution week program. I summit my complaint in this program on a paper and I hope resolved my problem as soon as .pls revised my bill to I can payed it. And fixed a meter in my house .

                        Dear Sir/ Madam

                        I Sanjukta Kapoor, resident of Sector -1, Vaishali, Ghaziabad -201010, UP, am registering this complaint regarding a over charged electricity bill for Account number [protected], Meter serial number 9084604, Subdivision EUDD2 GHAZIABAD (DIV150921), Subdivision SDO1509212.

                        Last Bill paid (05th July, 2022): INR 2, 686 (Bill number[protected]/ Receipt number WEP[protected])

                        New Bill (27th August 2022): INR 21, 809 (Bill number[protected]

                        On 20th of August people from the electricity board came and informed that our meter was not showing any reading and that it was faulty so needed to be replaced. We checked the bill online and the Bill was approx INR 780 for August. My son asked them what to do about the payment, he was advised to wait for a few days and meet the SDO regarding the new meter and bill.

                        Today on 29th of August my son went to meet the SDO Mr. Shashank Shukla as I am 65 years old and unfit to travel. On meeting the SDO my son was informed that he had to pay INR 21, 809 as it was calculated RDF as per last year June, July and August 2021.

                        My son informed the SDO that firstly due to renovation of the house the house was closed from 10th March to 20th June 2022 and that someone else use to live in the house the previous year of 2021.

                        He informed the SDO that the people living earlier were more and their consumption was very high.

                        The SDO said as a benefit of doubt he will still go ahead and charge us that amount as per last years consumption. My son again ask for a reasoning and asked why didn't the person who takes the reading every month inform us or the department about the faulty meter. He also said that since its a new meter they can calculate the bill as per the new meter average consumption.

                        The SDO got angry and said to my son that this is how it is and if you have questions to ask, call the account owner. My son informed the SDO that I was unfit to travel and that he takes care of everything. We have an electricity connection since 1998, I am old now so my son takes care of everything.

                        The SDO said he needs to collect the money as 31st of August is his last date of collecting the money and that if we don't pay he will get the connection disconnected.

                        My son informed him that he recently got married on 7th June 2022 and had spent a lot on house renovation as he planned to shift in the house and has financial problems and cant pay such a big amount right now.

                        The SDO said you will have to pay the complete amount or else he will disconnect the connection, then asked my son to leave.

                        I feel insulted and harassed, as people like Mr. Shashank Shukla (SDO) use undue advantage of their power force us to comply to their wishes.

                        I have been a respectful citizen of this country, I have paid my taxes and been a part of this growing country. I still have hope that the justice shall prevail.

                        Kindly take action against these people so that they stop forcing their own rules on law abiding common citizens. I am a 65 year old lady waiting for action. I don't know how soon that will be. The SDO will surely disconnect the electrical connection. Please help us.

                            We went to get this resolved to the local office but the employees were not supporting at all and very rude to my old parents. We have deposited Rs 8500 just because they were worried if the power supply would be cut.

                                My account No is [protected]. My last meter reading for 06 Jul 2022 was 86091 and as on 6 August 2022 was 85672. However I have been billed for meter reading 92739 as on 06 Aug 2022. On interacting with supervisor of the area, he regretted the error as meter reader was new and that the correct meter reading as on 06 August was 85672 and that amendment has been sent for regeneration of bill. However, I have not received the amended bill
                                Request resolve the issue.
