Dear sir,
I already visited Govind Puram electricity office 3-4 times for the complaint that my mere readings running very fast but they are not understanding the problem and are not ready to register my complaint. I want to apply for the check meter. Please register my complaint and provide me a new check meter.

    I have not been able to recharge my Genus meter online with the ABC code generated from my meter.
    So, I want to recharge it offline as online recharge is not working.

    I have visited various PVVNL offices in Ghaziabad but still did not any solution on how to recharge it offline.
    I have called PVVNL customer care also and I have ben told that they don't handle Prepaid meter related issues

    Please provide the solution on how to recharge the Genus prepaid meter offline.

    Dear sir,

    I am consuming electricity vide account ID [protected] in D-187, Lajpat Nagar, Ghaziabad. The above connection in name of perious owner Ishwar Singh.
    I had puchassed this propery in 26.06.2002 vide General Power of Attorney in my name Umesh Kumar.
    Now when I went to electricity office in Lajpat Nagar for change to my name. They asked me to collect affiidevit, copy of PAN & AADHAR of Ishwar Singh.
    I am not in touch of Ishwar Singh, so please advice me what to do for change of name in electricity bill.

    As I earlier told you, I have registered Power of attorney in my my name authosed to to apply for electrification vide clause No. 11 .

        I Had done online payment On 21 june 2022 A/C NO. [protected] Amount [protected] of RS.2929/ . The amount was deducted from the bank account. The uppcl website is still showing that the bill is unpaid.

          I am a resident of A-274 Laxmi Garden, LONI Ghaziabad UP-201102 and a consumer of PVVNL vide account ID[protected] Nai pura bijlighar, LONI.
          today at around 05 AM there was an fire in the main line wires at the pole infront of our house and the same was immedieately reported to concerned JE telephonically. He told to call at Bjlighar for shut off. we called bijlighar about it they shut the same and fire was stopped. But electricity of the area lost since then. We have made a complaint vide coplaint no.PV[protected]. But no action has been taken till now. It is requested that burned electric line be replaced immediately.

              विषय – बिजली बिल अधिक आने पर शिकायत पत्र।

              माननीय महोदय,

              मेरा नाम शशी पोखरियाल है मैं मकान नम्बर 202, प्लाट नम्बर 141 सेक्टर 4 वैशाली में रहती हूं। इस पत्र के माध्यम से मैं आपको सूचित करना चाहती हूं कि पिछले कुछ समय से मेरा बिजली का बिल अधिक आ रहा है। जिसके कारण मुझे आर्थिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
              ऐसा लगता है कि बिल में अचानक से वृद्धि हो गयी है, हमारे घर में जो भी बिजली उपकरण लगे है उसका औसतन बिल प्रतिमाह 780 रूपये से लेकर 1300 रूपये तक आता है परंतु पिछले 2 माह से ये 3600 रुपए तक बढ़ गया है। मेरा 27 अप्रैल 2022 से 21 मई 2022 तक 24 दिन का बिल 91 यूनिट के साथ 780/-रूपये आया और फिर 12 दिन बाद 21 मई 2022 से 02 जून 2022 तक का बिल 691यूनिट के साथ 4840/-रूपये आया। 02 जून 2022 को इस अप्रत्याशित बिल को देखते ही मैंने पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम की वेबसाइट पर ओनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करवा दी थी लेकिन आज तक पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम की ओर से कुछ भी कार्यवाही हुई और नहीं किसी ने फोन पर भी कुछ जवाब नहीं दिया।
              महोदय, हमारे घर में कोई भी अतिरिक्त बिजली उपकरण नहीं लगाया गया है जिससे ज्यादा लोड बढ़ें। मेरे घर पर केवल रात के समय तीन ब्यक्ति रहते हैं और दिन भर बिजली का प्रयोग भी नहीं होता है लेकिन फिर भी बिजली का बिल चार गुना आना रीडिंग में गलती या मीटर में कोई खराबी को दर्शाता है।
              अतः मैं आपसे निवेदन करती हूं कि कृपया मेरे इस मामले को गंभीरता से देखे और इस समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द कर दे इसके लिए मैं आपका सदा आभारी रहूंगी।

                  Hi,
                  Block A, Lohianagar Ghaziabad is facing a very low voltage issue daily for 5 to 6 hours in evening. Due to which we all are facing multiple electric equipment failure. Some of the residents here have old members in the family, who needs 24×7 medical life support systems. These systems are failing during these fluctuations. Even voltage stabilizers are not able to rectify such fluctuations as the voltage goes even lower than their input ratings.
                  We all have lost many of our electrical appliances due to such fluctuations in past month. Such issue was not there last year or before that.
                  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, to avoid further damages of equipments and medical life support systems.

                        Yesterday there was a thunderstorm in my area and the electricity pole from where my main electricity cable is connected got uprooted a little, disconnecting my main electricity cable and cutting my electricity. I have called local PVVNL office, and spoken to JE but there has been no resolution. JE said they will wait to install a new pole first. But I have had no electricity since yesterday. Please resolve asap.

                                    आज के तारीख में ट्रोनिका सिटी के sdo अरसद मालिक जी जिनका नंबर -[protected] ये आये थे और इनके साथ राम पार्क j e विनय इनका नंबर हे -[protected] ये आये थे इनके साथ 4 से 5 लोग और आये थे जिनमे से 1 पर बन्दुक थी

                                    सर इन लोगो का कहना हे की में बिजली चोरी से चला रही हु और इनका कहना हे २ लाख रुपये का चलाना कराओ या फिर बहार कुछ ले देकर इसे ख़तम कराओ २ दिन में

                                    सर मेरे घर में 4 किलो वाट का मीटर लगा हुआ हे और हे और हर महीना में 6 से 7 हजार का बिल भी भर्ती हु अब इनका कहना हे की हमारा मीटर अबेद हे आप जरुरत से जायदा बिजली खर्च कर रहे हो

                                    तो में इनसे बोली अगर जायदा खर्च हो रहा हे हमे इसकी जानकारी क्यों नहीं दिया या इतने समय से क्यों नहीं बताया और आज मेरे मीटर को लगा हुआ २ साल से ऊपर हो चूका हे ना कोई नोटिस ना कोई इनफार्मेशन दिए बगैर और आप लोग डायरेक्ट इतने सारे एक दम घर में आये और बत्तमीजी करने लगे और जब मेरे बेटे ने कहा की अपना id कार्ड दिखाओ तो गाली देकर बोलने लगे तू कही का मंत्री हे अब देख देख तुझे तुझे अपना id कार्ड ही दिखाऊंगा और पावर दिखाऊंगा जो तू हमसे id कार्ड के लिए बोल रहा हे

                                    और मेरे बेटे से बोलने लगे 2 दिन में या तो 2 लाख दो नहीं तो पुलिस केस कर देंगे और तुम्हारा मीटर काट देंगे

                                    सर मेरे आपसे अनुरोध हे मेरे जल्द से जल्द परेशानी का solutaion किया जाये मेरे घर पर सब लोग बहुत टेंशन में हो गए हे क्युकी ये लोग धमकी देकर गए हे

                                      It's been three days already and power cut starts around 8.30pm then after 11.30pm we expect them to provide us electricity. But even though it's 12.12Am right now and we couldn't get electricity back at Radhey Shyam Vihar Muradnagar Phase 1, Ghaziabad..
                                      Kids are crying like hell we people work in the office and not able to sleep at night.. what we are supposed to do now... you can do this power cut during the day time if that's required but don't do it at night.. let us sleep at least... What you people think before doing this... at least think of the children and let them take sound sleep too...

                                        I would like to draw your attention towards the electricity in Ram Park Extension Loni Ghaziabad. It is a very big issue in this place because the electricity down for long period every day. I don't understand the problem.
                                        Every day with the same issue that a major default in main supply which I don't get it.
                                        I would like to provide some suggestions:
                                        1. Please maintain more transformer.
                                        2. Please make sure maintenance will be timely so a major default would not effects the work from home facilities.
                                        3. Please have some good professionals in electricity department to make such issues correctly asap.
