Hi

Yesterday there was a thunderstorm in my area and the electricity pole from where my main electricity cable is connected got uprooted a little, disconnecting my main electricity cable and cutting my electricity. I have called local PVVNL office, and spoken to JE but there has been no resolution. JE said they will wait to install a new pole first. But I have had no electricity since yesterday. Please resolve asap.

      Sir we are living in khera dharampura Gautambuddh nagar. We're facing a big issue from 10 years. In my area PVVNL provide us averagely 13 hours. But government promises us to give 18 hours electricity. Please resolve our issue kindly provide us at least 18 hours electricity. We're honestly paying our electricity bills. But not any minor improvement PVVNL provide us.

        पिछले 20 तारिक से आज 23 तारिक तक ट्रान्सफर खराब होने के कारण हम पुराना हैबतपुर के लोग बिजली परेशानी का समना कर रहे है और हमारे बिजली घर के कार्यकर्ताओ दावरा कोई सममाधान अभी तक नहीं किया गया है नो ही कोई कर्मचारी इसका समाधान बता रहा है हम इसकी सूचना अपने बिजली कार्यल्य पर दे चुके है

              माननीय मुख्यमंत्री साहब मेरी आपसे ये शिखायत हे

              जी में यहां का रहने बाली हु मेरे घर पर रोज बिजली ऑफिस के लोग आकर परेशान करते हे

              आज के तारीख में ट्रोनिका सिटी के sdo अरसद मालिक जी जिनका नंबर -[protected] ये आये थे और इनके साथ राम पार्क j e विनय इनका नंबर हे -[protected] ये आये थे इनके साथ 4 से 5 लोग और आये थे जिनमे से 1 पर बन्दुक थी

              सर इन लोगो का कहना हे की में बिजली चोरी से चला रही हु और इनका कहना हे २ लाख रुपये का चलाना कराओ या फिर बहार कुछ ले देकर इसे ख़तम कराओ २ दिन में

              सर मेरे घर में 4 किलो वाट का मीटर लगा हुआ हे और हे और हर महीना में 6 से 7 हजार का बिल भी भर्ती हु अब इनका कहना हे की हमारा मीटर अबेद हे आप जरुरत से जायदा बिजली खर्च कर रहे हो

              तो में इनसे बोली अगर जायदा खर्च हो रहा हे हमे इसकी जानकारी क्यों नहीं दिया या इतने समय से क्यों नहीं बताया और आज मेरे मीटर को लगा हुआ २ साल से ऊपर हो चूका हे ना कोई नोटिस ना कोई इनफार्मेशन दिए बगैर और आप लोग डायरेक्ट इतने सारे एक दम घर में आये और बत्तमीजी करने लगे और जब मेरे बेटे ने कहा की अपना id कार्ड दिखाओ तो गाली देकर बोलने लगे तू कही का मंत्री हे अब देख देख तुझे तुझे अपना id कार्ड ही दिखाऊंगा और पावर दिखाऊंगा जो तू हमसे id कार्ड के लिए बोल रहा हे

              और मेरे बेटे से बोलने लगे 2 दिन में या तो 2 लाख दो नहीं तो पुलिस केस कर देंगे और तुम्हारा मीटर काट देंगे

              सर मेरे आपसे अनुरोध हे मेरे जल्द से जल्द परेशानी का solutaion किया जाये मेरे घर पर सब लोग बहुत टेंशन में हो गए हे क्युकी ये लोग धमकी देकर गए हे

                It's been three days already and power cut starts around 8.30pm then after 11.30pm we expect them to provide us electricity. But even though it's 12.12Am right now and we couldn't get electricity back at Radhey Shyam Vihar Muradnagar Phase 1, Ghaziabad..
                Kids are crying like hell we people work in the office and not able to sleep at night.. what we are supposed to do now... you can do this power cut during the day time if that's required but don't do it at night.. let us sleep at least... What you people think before doing this... at least think of the children and let them take sound sleep too...

                  I would like to draw your attention towards the electricity in Ram Park Extension Loni Ghaziabad. It is a very big issue in this place because the electricity down for long period every day. I don't understand the problem.
                  Every day with the same issue that a major default in main supply which I don't get it.
                  I would like to provide some suggestions:
                  1. Please maintain more transformer.
                  2. Please make sure maintenance will be timely so a major default would not effects the work from home facilities.
                  3. Please have some good professionals in electricity department to make such issues correctly asap.

                      My ID ac id - [protected] and my meter no is EL5788, few month back it was go faulty status and we are continuously paying the bill generated by your team . then suddenly one day they informed us that your meter is faulty and we have to pay huge amt of difference .

                      Again now same has been faulty as per status in bill generated on 07 mar 2022 .kindly get this checked and replace the meter on priority as its getting faulty frequently .. also calculate the bill as per winter season consumption and get this resolved it ..

                      previously it took many month to resolve the matter pls take it up on priority ..

                        Dear team,

                        My ac id - [protected] and my meter no -3638952 go faulty in nov 2021. Bill generated on 7 dec 2021 shows less readings, meter backed
                        ( nov -13858 to dec - 8201 ) status also faulty in bill .
                        Complaint was done with meter reader but no action taken .Then on 25 dec 2021 compliant again provided to JE and also got signed by JE and video recording of meter is also made by your staff. Application signed by je submitted to other officials but still after so many follow ups meter was not replaced by your team .
                        Matter has been also informed to local SDO but there is no action taken in last 4 months. Due to which huge amount is showing pending at our side however your department is not taking necessary action at their end . .Kindly get the meter replaced on priority basis and also bill should be corrected as per consumption in winter season only ..

                          I'm raising a concern about wrong bill generated for Bill month March-2022 by your system. Bill for March 2022 is extremely higher than usual bills I have been paying. A huge Fixed/Demand charge and penalty has been imposed on the bill which I never ever saw in any previous bill months and furthermore, I have been regularly paying the bill on time and before due date.                                 My self Vijay Kumar resident of, A-305, Agrawal Heights, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, pin code 201017.
                                I have taken domestic electric connection from PVVNL . after 4 months of connection the meter got defected and I have complaint at 1912 number to rectify the problem and resume the electricity supply in my flat. But more than one month have passed, still meter is not rectified /replaced. No one is taking responsibility in UPPCL to resume electric supply to customer.
                                Pls rectify the same at the earliest.

                                    Since the installation of new electricity meter the bills are highly inflated, at least double. No action has been taken on the complaints submitted at Sector-39, Noida sub-station. Request meter to be replaced or 'check meter' be installed without any further delay. Connection no. [protected].
