Bus conductor/driver misconduct with the passenger in a way of bad behavior and frequent use of abusive language.
I am warning this letter to alert you against your bus conductor & driver bad behavior and frequent use of abusive language with the passenger at the journey time. I hope the management will pay some attention on this compliant to take the necessary action on MR.SRIDHAR and MR.PRABHAKAR who has in charge for the SAME-CHENNAI bus on 22nd DEC, 2021 which was crossed TALAIVASAL TOLL between 20:14 and 20:18.
It was SALEM to CHENNAI NEW bus with Blue & Gary collared and I believe it should be controlled by the SALEM depo which was introduced by the government exactly one year back. Yesterday (22/12/2021) I was started my journey from TALAIVASAL TOLL to CHENNAI(TAMBARAM) around 20:18 but the conductor did come to me to give ticket since he was in a deep discussion with the driver. I was worried about the checking and went his seat to ask the ticket. He refused and asked me to go sit. He did not come till the bus reach to KALLAKURICK bus stand. After the bus reached the kallakurichi bus stand he came to me to collect the money to give the ticket. Still I have the ticket and I can attach if this portal allow me to attach. So the ticket was released at 20:44:47 and it’s almost 30 mints from my on boarding time. The same time the conductor issued me the ticket he went to make an entry at the kallakurichi monitoring authority note book. So if you cross verify the kallakurichi monitoring reporting authority then you could get the complete details about the BUS.
As I noticed the sheet (where the conductors will make the ticket vs the money collected) I have come to know that their name are SRIDHAR and PRABHAKAR. So if you enquire the kallakurichi bust stand monitoring authority point then he should make the entry between 20:44:47 and next few mins. As mentioned it was SALEM to CHENNAI NEW BUS which was introduced by our government one year back.
I get into the bus at TALAIVASAI TOLL and I go the seat next to the front steps which is located at the RGHT side of the front steps doors. After I was question to the conductor about his irresponsibility in issuing the ticket immediately he asked me to go and sit other seats but unfortunately other seats are not much comfortable to sit to travel long distance. I refused to move to other seats since he was seated next to the driver where the conductor seat is located. They have put the bus in a hotel for dinner after villupuram. After they restarted from the hotel the conductor came to me and asked me again to go and seat but I refused again since the available seats are not comfortable for me. Now he went to the driver and asked him open the door even he know it’s winter and very difficult to sit if driver opens the door. Still they did it and also they did not closed the door 10 to 15 mins once they open the doors for any stops.
This is how they both are harassed me mentally and physically. I did not slept till I get down at TAMBARAM because the conductor was hit me a time when I was asked him to close the door. At the time he was used very bad words like THEVIDIYA PAYA ONNA INKEYE YERAKKI VTTUDUVENDA. SUMMA VARYAA ILLA OTHA MUNJA ODAKKATUMAA. I never expected such behavior from a conductor and even I ever met this situation before in my 30 + years traveling experience in the same bus root.
So my humble request to the management please pay some attention on this compliant to take the necessary action on both Sridhar and Prabhar to do not happen their misconduct/language abuse n for someone else in future.
I am going to write the same complaint to the Transport Minister and also file a complaint in CMCELL.GOV.IN since I was harassed completely around 4 to 5Hrs in a bus mentally and physically by the mentally disordered conductor & driver.
I strongly believe the management will take the necessary action. Still I am going to monitor this compliant closely to make sure for the same. I am available to answer to you over the phone and also ready to come directly on need based.
