Passport Office Ahmedabad Complaints & Reviews

I ( ARVIND AGARWAL ) have submitted an application for passport on 21/07/2022 at Palanpur Post office and my police verification was over within 5 days. after waiting for a certain period I checked my status online and it is same as before i.e., 'Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office'. Every time I check online status it is showing this message.Please let me know the reason for delay in issue of Passport.

My PCC application has been under review at RPO ahmedabad since March. Sent several emails, ofc no response. Called a thousand times, no response. Called police station, passport office etc. etc. Everyone pointing to RPO who is either sleeping at job or is just someone who happen to have this job awarded to him due to the infamous quota!

This one piece of missing document has resulted in damages these incomplete ****** cannot even imagine.

I have applied for passport in the month of May 2022 yet I have not received passport and even they are not answering calls and responding to emails. Why toll free numbers are given if they dont want to answer or reply.

I gave my passport for change my parents name on 16th sep 2021. And it’s about a year passed but not received any update about it. I visited passport office 4 times but not getting proper response. Now neither they are answering phone nor i can book appointment. What can i do?

Dear Sir...I have applied for reissue my passport after doing all the necessary things...and i applied on 1/04/2022 and till date no updates from passport office i applied at Rajkot Psk and i emailed them and tweet them even called them many times but nobody is responding no email if anything is missing or have any issue regarding documents it's an headache to apply for an passport cus I am waitin for my passport to arrive so i can apply for visa as my invitation letter already arrive and need to apply for visa as soon as possible because to the person i wanna visit is not in a good state health issue so please if you can please help me with this...thanks

I am Pranali gandhi applied for renewal of passport as I have to change my personal details after marriage and also I want to correct my DOB . I applied since 22 Nov 2021 at Ahemedabad RPO they are not giving me satisfactory response and they are creating delay in my case they don't give any update for that I am suffering from 6-7 month I am requesting to you please issue my passport as soon as possible...

One them named Dolly she was very rude with me I have complaint about her 100 of times but still doesn't get any response I want Justice and apology from her and the Boy shivam in their staff he broke my right to privacy by snatching my phone I really want to take serious action on both of them pleased 🙏

I am entering my correct pin CODE for Bil Village, Vadodara District - 391410

but it says, 'In present residential address, the entered PIN code does not lie in the selected district Vadodara in Gujarat. Please re-enter.'

Kindly fix it. So, pin code - 391410 is accepted.

I have applied for my son's passport on 21/3/2022, by Gandhinagar POPSK, but since last 3 weeks the status is same. Customer care don't have a clue how much is the application processed and no one recieves phone in RPO office and no reply to mails. I have to urgently go abroad due to my family member health has detoriated. Kindly urgently issue passport for the same.

I’m trying to take appointment with RPO Ahmedabad since four months but there are no slot available anytime. I am trying since 4 months daily. Also had mail 30 to 40 time and called 250 to 300 time but got no reply. I also tweeted but from there also i got no response.

Also i made a grievance which is showing pending and not solved since 4 months!!!

Where I can file a case against Ahmedabad RPO?

Hi I had visited PSK vadodara for Re-issue passport but still status shows "your passport application under review at regional passport office".

Very Bad experience. We have visited twicely, . Radhika madam on c counter has asked us to cone any show your original passport only. Rest all process is complete.
But today she is on leave and Mr Naresh APO IS NOT cooperative, he didn't want to understand.
If the presence of minor is again required, they should inform us properly...
They should guide public properly, why we should suffer because of them...
APO IS NOT COOPERATIVE, HE SHOULD CALL MRS RADHIKA SOUTH INDIAN MADAM, AND CONFIRM THE ISSUE FROM HER...BUT THEY DON'T TAKE LIABILITY OF THERE STAFF

I sent mail more than 20 days but dont respond of mail. I call every day 3 to 4 time in day but dont not receive call. They thing we are uneducated people

I have applied for the renewal of my previous passport around two months ago and documents have already been verified at RPO Porbandar File no:AHH[protected] The status is still showing "put on hold at RPO" please validate & forward for further processing.

There's an employee name Dolly and Shivam they both are arrogant and fell themselves king i have complaint thousands time but cannot get any response and your also not taking any action against them please make sure that they have to be warned and apologized to me because they insulted me in front of everyone this is my last hope

They have been behaving like we are there servants i have all the documents although they just send me from one table to another although all documents they have asked is with me.it is my dream to study abroad and learn their technology and come to india to apply it here do something for my country. But due this people i feel i will never get passport and my dream will be vanished

My father had submitted the passport on 12th of march at ahemdabad passport office for reissuing passport with some changes in names in the passport but they are not responding us even my father went their 2 to 3 times from vadodara to check the passport status but they are like saying after a month after a month but today 21st april 2021, 42 days are completed from passport submission date still we are not recieving any message for passport

Dear RPO,

Need your help as I have applied for the reissue of my passport 4 months back and yet there is no answer or revert from your side. I even have visited RPO Ahmedabad several times, but employees have not given any appropriate answer and ignored my request. File No: AH[protected].

Please look into this and let me know the status of the same.

We have applied for pcc for my daughter on 5th november from dubai, uae thru consulate gen of india, dubai. The application was to be made on mea portal and then go to consulate and outsource agency bls intl.

As a part of the above some lady from police department called my friend whose number was given by us in application. (One local number was to be provided) and that lady asked friend to come to police station with original pp of my daughter (In this case naranpura police station, ahmedabad since our residence is in that area).

Now how come a friend here is expected to have pp of my daughter who is at dubai? And upon explaining that lady told we dont know the process and we will call back after checking with seniors. And no one called till date.

Now last week we came at ahmedabad with daughter and trying to contact same police station and after three/four time calling one person informed that we have returned the file to passport kendra!! And we do not do police verification for person who are not here and we have explained the case in details and i am sure we are not a unique case.

My worry is no one is aware about the pcc and verification process for the person who are abroad.

Now we dont know the fate of our pcc which is already delayed so i will need some input on this and also we request that adaquate information should be provided to the officers who are handling this.
