my name is umesh, i had applied for passport since 10-15 days and my file number is AH[protected].i didnt get any msg and call from your side for the police verification.

My passport application status shows that "Pending for physical police verification at respective Thana under SP Office, District Ahmedabad".

Now sir plz let me know what will be my next step and when i will have...

From last 10 days my passport status is "Passport has been printed and applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched".

Generally passport will dispatch after 3-4 days of printing.but its more then 10 days and i have not received yet

I have filled my cousin's passport application form online because he is not able to do it by himself.
But mistakenly I did not mentioned his present address where my cousin was doing the job so I applied with permenent address. After that he went through pre police verification. And in Police verification he stated to police men politely that he is residing on other address but i belong to this address...

The employees are not professional.
They are not properly trained at all about how to behave with consumers.
