Hi, i am dharmesh dholariya. My passport application number is 1234..

Rajkot passport office had transferred my passport application file to ahmedabad passport office due to error in name of mother in my birth certificate. Then after i had visited ahmedabad passport office 8 to 10 time from my village which is 300km. Far from ahmedabad but i have not received any response from passport office even after multiple applications.

L have read advertisement of lok adult and i had submitted written application and original documents to lok adalat but they have not proceed my application.

Finally they have rejected my passport application. I have spent my time and money for getting passport which i really need.

Request to please take appropriate action..

I have received reissued passport on 28/09/2017. I found pin code no 390006 in stead of 390025 printed in passport is different. However i have mention correct pin during fill up the application form. Now what to do for correction?
& how its come if i mention correct pin code no?

I applied for reissue passport on 15th may 2017... I call costumer care for know my passport status.. But he also not help... I try to send email to rpo.. But not rply too.. Still not get passport.. Online status same... Ur application under review at rpo ahmedabad.. My dob-14/03/1986... My file number-ahd[protected].. My request to rpo officer.. Plz take seriously.. Its an emergency.. Plz plz plz

My name is chintan patel, and i had applied for police clearance certificate on february 2017 from indian embassy at vancouver, canada. They sent my file to the rpo in ahmedabad on march 2017. Since then we have been constantly emailing the authorities at ahmedabad rpo regarding the police clearance but there has been no response at all. Also, my relatives have tried contacting directly at the rpo and every time we have been getting different answers. There is no way of communicating with them at this moment. I am completely helpless since these guys are not responding at all. My canada pr application is pending only because i am not able to submit my india pcc. I have just no freaking idea how to resolve this issue. Is there anyone who can please help me???

27th march 2017.. I was apply twice for passport payment though bank of baroda from my account. But any problem they should not apply on application num. (17-[protected]). I was complain in bank customer care but 40 days nothing happens after i was go at my branch of bob but same result.
They tell me bank doesn't give refund then how add refund in ur account.
Now after 40 days i want my money back in my wallet.
My humble request plz give me fast response.
Solve this problem keep fast.
It's to much terrible i should call lots of time in bank customer care.
Now give me my money back.

I applied for fresh passport. Payment of fee was made but even after deduction of money from my bank account, the status on website was shown as 'failed'.
ARN NO-17-[protected]
Transaction date being02/03/2017, amount Rs. 1512.
I have not yet received refund even after passing 7 days.
I have sent several emails to online. customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in and tried many times calling help line no.[protected] but of no use.
Pls look into the matter.

I lost my passport and apply for new passport and i have submitted all my papers according to their need on 5th jan, 2017 and on 19th jan i called three time at R.P.O but i got different ans one by one..some one of them told me that u can get your passport within 10 days but still i couldn't get it.it is an urgent requirement so this is my humble request to you please do some favourable for me.

Hello Sir/Mam,

I have filled my cousin's passport application form online because he is not able to do it by himself.
But mistakenly I did not mentioned his present address where my cousin was doing the job so I applied with permenent address. After that he went through pre police verification. And in Police verification he stated to police men politely that he is residing on other address but i belong to this address because my parents are living here and twice in a week I have been here.
So in police verification report sent to passport office they mentioned the provisional address of my cousin. And after that one objection letter was received in which passport office mentioned to visit the regional passport office along with present address proof and two references.
So my cousin went twice for resolving the query and now passport officer is asking to pay 5000 INR penalty. but in the received objection letter it was not mentioned anything about penalty. When he asks passport officer for the reason for penalty then he replied rudly stating that you must have to pay this penalty for getting your passport without providing proper reason.
After searching some rule I came to know that passport office is only allowed to fine 5000 INR if applicant suppresise any criminal record. Where in this case it wasnt.

Now my cousin also asked them to close this application so he can apply fresh passport again with all correct details. So also for closing this application they are asking for the penalty.

Can anybody help me what should be done ?

It is extremely disgraceful for passport office employees of ahmedabad branch.
The employees are not professional.
They are not properly trained at all about how to behave with consumers.

My mother (age 60) was asked to reschedule her appointment because the order of name was not proper in one document. My mother then made an affidavit and appeared on the rescheduled date with corrected document.

The lady employee (must be 22-25 years old) sent her back without checking the document asking my mother to go and get an ackowledgement reciept. My mother went back home (in the bus) in a rainy noon, got the reciept, reached to passport office again. She sttod in the long que, outside the office (no sitting arrnagement). When finally she reached to this same girl (employee) after a long wait and hassle, the INSENSITIVE, girl shamelessly told my mother, "Take your documents back. Come again tomorrow with another appointment. your time is over. We can not process your documents".

IS THIS HOW YOU ARE TREATING YOUR SENIOR WOMAN CONSUMERS ???????

My name is malisha nitin kumar parmar. i have applied for fresh passport 30/08/16 at vadodara psk and send a query on 12/9/16 at rpo in ahmedabad (gulbai tekra), gujarat but till today i have not received my passport. i have been checking online status of the application but from the beginning it is showing that ”passport application is under review at regional passport office”. i have already completed police verification but till today there is no change in online status. my file number is ah[protected]. my birth date is 30/10/1994. its been more than a month i need my passport urgently as i have to apply for visa.

Sir good day. Sir i applyed for re-isue passport on dated 13/07/2016 and 16/07/2016 pvr submitted by police. I getting my passport before submitted pvr report. But after two days i getting by post showe cause notice regarding pvr. I am confused because my agains two casses but case is finish before one year. So how can panding case agains on me. So i am going to police station and explain there i have no any case panding. My two case is finish before one year so why you wright case panding agains on me in pvr report. After police cheked crime list so find case but its not my case misticks by police same name so other man case enter in my pvr. Its misticks. Thane after police wright one latter no any case panding agains applicant previeuse pvr enter wrong misticks by police. I getting latter and submitted pso ahemdabad. But today i getting massage by pso ahemdabad pay 5000 panulty. So why i pay 5000 panulty its not my misticks its police varification misticks. So please give me information what i do? Thanks. I am complaining on behalf of my husband dhruval mehta living in ahmedabad. I am here in aucolander from last 3 months. When he applied for pcc to come here and join me, passport officer said he has to reissue the passport and add spouse name in it. He applied for tatkal passport and paid 4000 rs and when he went to the passport office on the scheduled day they said police verification will come in 2 days and then passport will be delievered. He waited for 4 days abd went to police station they said they didnt have any imformation. he went to passport office and those people said your passport is damaged and you need to submit one affidavit. He will submit the affidavit this week and it's been almost a month. Why disn't they say at the first time only about the damaged passport issue and why these people taking extra 2500 rs if they are not able to give passport within 3 days. I am waiting and struggling here all alone. I am on student visa and I dnt know anybody here. Can you people realise the seriousness of the situation? First i'll tell u my the dates:
Facts:
1) i joined indian institute of technology bhubaneswar in august.
2) i called 26300603 number more than 100 times and out of that i received a response only 5 times and all 5 different responses.
3) i went to khurda and jatni police station 5 times on my cycle in scorching heat of march.
4) i never received a call from jatni nor khurda police station.
5) i was going to go to america for my sister's graduation.

A man in vadodara passport office asked me where i am studying and i responded iit bhubaneswar and he asked me to fill it as an address which was wrong as i had stayed in bhubaneswar for only 4 months and as per the law he is not supposed to write that as my address. (His mistake)
26 december :
Police verification in vadodara
26 december - may
No call from jatni or khurda police station
I called on 26300603 and this is all the responses i got.
Response 1: your enquiry is in khurda
Response 2: since you had stayed in bhubaneswar for only 4 months when you applied for renewal so no passport inquiry will be carried out and the person asked me to go to ahmedabad with all the documents and said that i'll get my passport next week.
We went to ahmedabad and were directed to second floor where the person did not cooperate a single bit.
He said to write an enquiry for police station transfer from khurda to jatni and said that he'll call if the enquiry cannot be transferred.
I called jatni 5 times and still my police verification has not reached there and i did not receive a call from the person on second floor.
Response 3: your file is gone out of system and i'll talk to my boss and do the necessary.
Nothing has been done yet.
Response 4: the received slammed the phone as soon as i started explaining him.
Response 5: the receiver pointed out it was a mistake of the person in vadodara office and now i again need to go to ahmedabad for writing an application for changing the police station from khurda to jatni. Again

Please do the necessary or i am posting this on twitter.

I have registered to issue my wife's passport. They have sent back us 2 times.1st time we don't have birth proof so we had complete the procedure and made document. At that time they didn't check any other document and when we went 2nd time they said now you don't have valid address proof.My wife had bank passbook at that time. as our marriage held last year. we have marriage certificate and my passport still they are asking address proof.also this time they told that there is no mother's name of my wife.and someone from representative told that this marriage proof will not work.I mean how pathetic suppose we have some document missing than they should give us information at 1st time only.Now this is my 3rd time to visit Rajkot.We are living at Veraval and rajkot city is very far from my native.Every time they are mentally harassing to my wife.
