ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ನನಗೇ ಸಿಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರದ ಹದಿನಾಲ್ಕು ನೇ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ನನಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ ತಾವು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೀಡಿಯಾದ ಮೂಲಕ ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ..ನನಗೆ ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೂ ಪರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಈ ರೀತಿ ಬೇರೆಯವರು ನೊಂದಿದರಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ..ಬಹಳ ನೊಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನನಗಿಲ್ಲ.. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಆಫೀಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರಹಿಂಸೆಯಿಂದ ನೋವು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ..ನನಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಸಿಗುತ್ತೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನನಗಿಲ್ಲ ಈ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಎದುರು ಹೋರಾಡುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ನನಗಿಲ್ಲ ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವನು ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಇದನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು (ಆಗಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ) ಹಾಗೂ ಆದರಣೀಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಬರೆದ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ನನಗೆ ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯ ಆಶಾಭಾವನೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಹುಸಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನನಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೇ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಿದೆ..ವಿದೇಶಿ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಕೂಡ ನಾನು ಒಂದು ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಹಾಗು ನನ್ನ ನೋವಿನ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೆ..ಆದರೂ ಅದು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿ..ನೀವಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಸಹಾಯ ನಾನು ಕೇಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ..ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ಶಕ್ತನೂ ಅಲ್ಲ..ನನಗೆ ಬದುಕಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡಿ.. File no bn79c[protected] is pending since more than 80 days. System is showing online status as pending for review. I urgently need to travel and need the passport. This is 3rd renewal of passport and only change was for address which was attached with all necessary documents verified at mysore passport office. Please do needful.

My passport re-issue appliation (Bn[protected] is pending since 9th mar 2018. Even though there is no address change, it was sent for police verification on 9th apr 2018. Since then the status shows 'pending with sp office'. When the visited the sp office in anekal, they say that passport application is not received yet. I visited passport office to enquire the same on 7th may 2018. They just re-initiated the police verification. But still there is no change in status and it is still shown as pending with sp office.

This delay is totally unacceptable. The sla shown in website is 2-3 weeks, now its been 10 weeks. Is there nobody monitoring the sla's in passport office?
Request you to take this in priority to process my application asap

I have applied passport on 22/03/2018,

My previous house verification is done on 26/03/18 and it is cleared.

Now for my current address verification sms status is showing "bn[protected]: police verification is pending at sp office, bengaluru rural. Contact police for details".

My location falls under jigini police station, the file not yet received at jigini police station.

Kindly assist and do the needful.

I have applied for reissue of my passport on 4/4/2018. Still the status shows its review under regional office. When i call the customer care they have updated it is in sp office office for police verification. I mailed to rpo also. Even they don't reply. My file no is bn[protected]. Kindly process my passport application. I enquired in my local police station they said my file did not reach them.

Passport applied on 4-apr-2018 for my family with following file no

Only counter a & b verification has taken place & exit was given with application status - "sent to passport office for further processing" no "c" counter verification was done with all the "normal" cases on 4-apr-2018 (Reason do not know)
Till today the status remain same "sent to passport office for further processing"
Next day for my wife all the counter "a", "b" &"c" verification was done & she received the passport in 6 working days
Pls. Help me to get our passport r let us know for what reason it is stuck

From day 1, the status is showing as "passport application is under review at regional passport office." please help to resolve the issue and let me know if any other documents required for the dispatch. I had applied for passport of my kids rajvardhan singh and veer pratap singh on 21st march 2018, online tracking status shows that its processing at regional passport center since 20 days. I am relocating to a different place now. If post man brings it after i vacate, it would be another problem. Kindly look into the matter and process it faster.

When i went to PSK Bangalore, Lalbagh center for passport renewal, TCS staff handling passport Application checking as a part of "A" counter(First level Verification) are illegally selling the passport cover for innocent customers. the lady at counter A7 on 10/04/2018 @11.40 AM convinced wrong way to my wife to buy passport cover as if it is must have item and literally forced to buy it even after my wife told by mistake she said she need it. Even i met the TCS manager who also looked like he is involved in selling this passport cover to increase the revenue for his company did not allow me to cancel the order and he asked me to contact customer care for cancelling the order, When i called the customer care No[protected] they are telling its not possible to cancel the order( Receipt No : PP[protected]), So this is clear case of cheating by TCS staff in PSK Kendra, Labagh center, Bangalore.
Please cancel my order, Initiate the refund and take action against the TCS staffs.

I have applied for passport reissue on the 6th march 2018 at sai arcade, bellandur passport seva kendra. Since the day of submission the status "passport application is under review at regional passport office". I called the toll free number, they asked to called the rpo bangalore. I was calling them for 3 days continuously. There hardly answer the calls, its so frustrating. Please do something about it. After atleast 150 calls, one rude lady answer the called and read the exact same message mentioned above. When i asked her if there are any issues, she said there are no issues and everything is normal. When i asked then when is it not proceeding forward, then said she i don't know and hung the phone. I tried calling again, no one is answering. This does not make any sense. If there are no issues then why are they not proceeding further with the process. I don't know what to do. I need my passport urgently.

Please request you to process it asap.

I applied for passport correction in the year 2014, till now I am abstained to have my passport, as there was age gap & spelling mistake in my name as well I applied for new passport by surrendering by issued passport, passport official asked me to get the court order, I provided in the year 2016, April, again the passport official appealed in the high Court, since Oct 2016, till now, as for as i know there was no progress in my passport processing in the high court, passport official had not shown any interest in handling my case..plz help me sir, I am from a ordinary family.. I, bhagyashree kankani have been to this passport office where a person who work their was so rude, why do you keep such people who has no sense how to talk n act. Ask them what did their parents taught them or he lost all of his manners or never been to any school for discipilne. Hope you see them n their behaviour & act.

I am writing herewith on behalf of my wife regarding asking for penalty of rs. 5000/-by passport authority for correction of address.
I have applied normal passport for my wife. I have given the correct flat number but inadvertently i have wrongly selected the month and year of residing since, of my previous flat. Other all the information like name of society, address zip code are correct. It comes to know when the police personal came at my residence for verification of address. At the time of appointment dated 18/12/2017 when i visited the passport office they checked every documents and if they said at that point of time my wife can change the details at that time only.

Today 02.02.2018 i along with my wife visited for correction of date of address, the authority said you have to pay rs. 5000/- as penalty for providing wrong details.

Here i want to say that that it is clerical error and it van be rectified without levying any penalty or with a token amount of rs. 100/ — 500/-.
Here penalty is imposing like we have committed a major crime and reveling the important information. I am providing all the details like address proof of previous address and current address but no body is listening. On the same day i have also applied for passport and information given correctly and got it the passport on time. My wife is pure home maker and residing with me, why she will provide wrong address details.

I just request to all government authorities to please look into the matter.

I got this message on 29-jan-2018, since 3 days on wards it was showing the same. I don't know how long i have to wait, in my office i need to submit the passport for business travel please help me.

The authorities especially the head officer was very impolite, rude, uncourteous and uncouth while communicating. We take full care to ensure that everything goes smooth but sometimes mistakes happen and we like to have clear direction for correction of the mistakes. The head officer was very rude and was not open and ready to listen to our mistake. Also, one of the other customers had made a mistake in their address and the officer penalised them for suppression of facts when section 12 (1) (A) of the passports act, 1967 means that suppression of facts is an offence when there is an intention and clearly there was no intention and it was a mistake. This proves that the officers are not fully aware of the law and its interpretations. And when they requested for a clear explanation and an alternative method to get passport done faster, he was very condescending and uncivilised in his speech and did not explain it properly. The authorities should really improve on the communication and service skills and also know the law properly. Also, this is not frst instance where the passport authorities are not well aware of the law as seen in case of maneka gandhi v. Union of india.

I had got a show cause notice against my passport after that i visited the rpo and completed all formalities and still i have not got any clarification, i am in urgent need of passport but these people don't perform their duties at time and don't understand the pain we are suffering from!!!
Please tell me when will i get my passport as i am in urgent need at least give me a tentative date till when i might get my passport

I booked 2 passport covers at passport seva kendra bengaluru on 23/11/2017. I received only one passport cover on 31st of november 2017 and another one i dint receive. I went to my nearest post office to enquiry they said that the another one is not yet arrived check it in the tracker. So i request you people to deliver my passport covers as soon as possible. Please send notification regarding this issue. Thank you!

As ive been submitted all my application before 3 months, ive still not recived my passport, all my police verifications are also clear, the regional passport people are not answering, and the mangalore psk office people speak very rudely, they dont even respect the elder people, and the verfification staff dont even know the basic english kannada or hindi language. They speak malyalam in karnataka which most of the people dont understand. Communication with them is very difficult.
