My file reference no is BNGA02478509. I applied for it on 30/12/2009. I had two addresses for verification.The verification for my current address has got over in March 2010. My file status showed that it has an objection and I need to meet superintendent in passport office. I had posted a letter on 14th May 2010, with all duly completed PP form cum copies of all addresses proofs. FYI: Police verification has been initially done on 06/Feb/2010, 20/Feb/2010 and on 21/Feb/2010 by Mr. Rouli (Cell: [protected]), Madiwala Police Station, with a sum of Rs. 200/- (non refundable) and duly signed by Inspector, Madiwal PS on 06/Mar/2010. Initially all the Passport applications was filled with the help and guidance of Mr. Muhammed Unais (Cell: [protected] and [protected]), Travel Co-Ordinator, Alhind, Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd, Madiwala, Tel: [protected] / 4422. I am not getting where my application is stuck. But as on May 19, 2010 my one year stay has been completed in my current address itself. So is it necessary for my previous address verification. I dont know what is to be done. Kindly help me.

I have applied for issue of fresh passport for my parents, (senior citizens)
in Bangalore-1 office, R.T.Nagar branch on 08/04/2010, vide file no: BNGB[protected] & BNGB[protected], date of submission 08/04/2010.

Its more than 40 days now, till date I haven't received either of the passports.
I have checked the status of these passports on the website, but for the past 10 days the status shows "Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing."

am really worried, as I don't know where to enquire other than the website.

I Mohammed Ashraf from Air Force Station Bidar applied for the pass port on 13 Apr10 by application no.-BngW04137010., date of birth 01/01/66. The police verirification came in May10 but that time I was on official duty at Moscow(Russia) for the same reason the certificate signed by my Station Adjutent was submitted at police station Gandhi Ganj Bidar. I came in the month of Oct11 and I personally met to tha passport office Koramangala, Bangalore by token No.-163. I submitted NOC and detention certificate of Moscoy to the Inquary Officer and told by the Office that your police verification wil lbe send very soon again.The police verification came on 14 Jan11 at Police Commissioner Bidar.The police vrification also comleted on 18Jan11. And given OK by Police Inspector Gandhi Ganj Bidar. And the aplication is dispathed to Reasional Pass port Office Koramangala, Bangalore on 25 Jan11 by speed post No.-EK[protected] IN dt25Jan11by the Police Commiosioner Bidar.But on 19 Feb11, I have seen the status on passport website of my aplication, it is showing that your file is closed. For being a soldier Please do the needful for me and issue me a passport as soon as possible.

Hi i applied for a passport on 04/01/10 and my file number is B20201410 and after the police verifiaction i saw my status on line its stated .
Your file has got objections, which need to be addressed, before it can be cleared for issue of a passport. Please approach Superintendent (Enquiry) on any working day, between 0930 hrs and 1200 hrs. Furnish explanation regarding previous application/passport. Surrender your old passport, if any, with your explanation regarding why you had suppressed the facts. and i went to the regional passport office to enquire the same and i told them that i have never applied for a passport earlier and neither do i have a passport...
Please advice and do the needful.

I applied for PCC for Australia on 19/02/2010 at Bangalore passport office. I was told it will be posted in 1 week but I havent received my passport yet. I went to passport office to find the status and what I get to hear is I would get the passport posted.

I have also visited the local police station and they havent got information for verification.

The procedure is so bad that we dont get to hear any right approach or things getting done on time ( If not 1 week, 2 weeks/3 weeks). In my case, it is over a month now. I am so confused as to where my passport is now and how to get it in my hands.

The passport agent told my mother that the application has been sent to Police enquiry and when my parents enquired about it in Warangal, they said that they did not get any application for police enquiry. My place is a village in Davangere district which is about 350 KM from Bangalore. Iam in oman, my wife alone is residing in yhe villlage with two childeren of age 4 &1/2 years and 8 months old. it is not possible to go to the passport office from her.



My question is, why these applications are sent for police verification violating the rules?

what kind of objections prevent them to issue passport for the children under the age of 5 years.

What type of crime they can commit at this age by these children to raise objections?

I Mohammed Ashraf from Air Force Station Bidar applied for the pass port on 13 Apr10 by application no.-BngW04137010. The police vrification also completed on 18Jan11. And the application is dispatched to Regional Pass port Office Bangalore on 25 Jan11 by speed post No.-EK[protected] IN dt25Jan11 by the Police Commissioner Bidar.But on 19 Feb11, I have seen the status on passport website of my application, it is showing that your file is closed. Please do the needful for me and issue me a passport as soon as possible.

There is a severe problem with bangalore regional passport office...as i applied for passport on 26/05/08..and my police verification was done on 21/09/08...and in status enquiry my police verification is received bt it is still there for further processing for the last 3months...i dont even know the problem...who is concern for this..there is no acknowledgement to my mail or address...what can i do?where to complain?please help me to get my passport soon...

sir, i have applied for the passport in 22/11/07.. as W063495/07 till date i have not recieved the passport.i m fed up of going to rpo now.. i have postponed my GRE exam becoz of this only. also sir i have applied for passport from my home town i.e jammu and kashmir under registration no, A000495/07 on 23/01/2007. then i waited for 5-6 months and i didnt recieved any confirmation as i was doing my engineering from karnataka.so i applied again from karnataka and i got registration no as W063495/07 in bangalore passport office. and after some months i got to know that my previous file(jammu and kashmir file) has also been transferred to rpo bangalore. under registration no. C010909/07. and when i went to rpo bangalore for verification they said your verification and every other formality is complete .only police verification from jammu and kashmir police is required. when i approached j&k police, they said ur file and verification has already been sent to rpo bangalore. actually they have sent the verification of file no C010909/07.and rpo bangalore is asking me for the verification of file no W063495/07. sir plz tell me the solution. so that i can get passport as soon as possible.. i will be very thankful.

My Passport file no. E01873008.I submitted it on 1st September to the pasport office along with completed papers. Since then the status shown on net is "Under Police enquiry"
Strangly no communication has been received from ur end in the last approx 6 months. I visited thrice the regional pasport office Bangalore and was told to fillup Personal Particulars form again. I did thre times las time on 13th Jan09. In the Status on line my name was spelt wrong. so along with Personal Particulars form I submitted a written complaint along with my new recent pictures.
No communication from your side.
Only last week a constable came from Talghattapura Police station along with a single page form stating that there r no documents including Pesonal Particulars Form and pics and residence proof.
I furnished the documents again to the police officer.
I still await any communication or the new passport for ur end.
Are we ready for the speedy growth that qwe all keep on talking about? Are we using the technology een when we have the access to it?
Are we acountable for the job we are assigned for?
Well its all we need to think about.

I applied the passport in bangalore vide file no- BNGZ300167 in tatkal quata and passport officer has assured me to send the passport on 09/02/09.

As I was working in J&k they asked for J&K address and I fill the PP form and I attached J&K address duly attested by gazetted officer.

Please give me the address which you sent the pp form to J&K and date of despatch so that I can folllow up in J&K to make police verification to get the passport as early as possible.

Z633238, after 3 months passed but i didn't received my passport and sent me letter saying required additional address proof the letter i received on 14/02/2009 and sent my additional address proof on16/02/2009 by speed post to REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE BANGALORE and i furnished my file number on the envelop. after a week given call to bangalore passport office they said that the additional address proof not yet updated and they said me call again after one week then again i given a call they said same thing that the addtional address proof not yet updated in the system. On 05/03/09 i came to bangalore passport office and i submitted once again my address proof and on 09/03/2009 i given a call to bangalore passport office again they are saying that additional address proof is not updated in the system. Plz look into the matter and revert back to me soon.

The reference number for my passport application is BNGW33059309 and my DOB is 09 june 1986.

I applied for my passport on 31oct 09 and after my police verification being done the PV report took 3 weeks to reach RPO banglore office, thats due to the negligence of the police officer and as of today(09 jan 2010) its been 4weeks that my online status for passport says "PV report is recieved and you file is in line for further processing."

Its been more than 2months that i am waiting for my passport, i hope after this complaint somebody will look into my case and work on it and help me get my passport soon, i would be very thankful for it.

My Name is Dattaraj Kamat, and My passport no is H9084972 and my file no is A02137909, the passport office had done a mistake, in place of my mothers name you have put my wifes name and in place of my wife name you have mentioned NIL, i had send an email in the past before my passport was dispatched from your office but still no change was done, i had given my passport back to the passport office when i received it to correct the mistake and i had also submitted a proof of the passport application which i had given at the time of applying for passport to show you that all details were filled correctly by me,
but still the correction is not done but the passport has sent the passport back saying that "I HAVE DONE ONLINE MISTAKE, SO PLEASE APPLY WITH NECESSARY FEE PROOF AND FORM NO 2.
