My file reference no is BNGA02478509. I applied for it on 30/12/2009. I had two addresses for verification.The verification for my current address has got over in March 2010. My file status showed that it has an objection and I need to meet superintendent in passport office. I had posted a letter on 14th May 2010, with all duly completed PP form cum copies of all addresses proofs. FYI: Police verification has been initially done on 06/Feb/2010, 20/Feb/2010 and on 21/Feb/2010 by Mr. Rouli (Cell: [protected]), Madiwala Police Station, with a sum of Rs. 200/- (non refundable) and duly signed by Inspector, Madiwal PS on 06/Mar/2010. Initially all the Passport applications was filled with the help and guidance of Mr. Muhammed Unais (Cell: [protected] and [protected]), Travel Co-Ordinator, Alhind, Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd, Madiwala, Tel: [protected] / 4422. I am not getting where my application is stuck. But as on May 19, 2010 my one year stay has been completed in my current address itself. So is it necessary for my previous address verification. I dont know what is to be done. Kindly help me.

I have applied for issue of fresh passport for my parents, (senior citizens)
in Bangalore-1 office, R.T.Nagar branch on 08/04/2010, vide file no: BNGB[protected] & BNGB[protected], date of submission 08/04/2010.

Its more than 40 days now, till date I haven't received either of the passports.
I have checked the status of these passports on the website, but for the past 10 days the status shows "Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing."

am really worried, as I don't know where to enquire other than the website.

I Mohammed Ashraf from Air Force Station Bidar applied for the pass port on 13 Apr10 by application no.-BngW04137010., date of birth 01/01/66. The police verirification came in May10 but that time I was on official duty at Moscow(Russia) for the same reason the certificate signed by my Station Adjutent was submitted at police station Gandhi Ganj Bidar. I came in the month of Oct11 and I personally met to tha passport office Koramangala, Bangalore by token No.-163. I submitted NOC and detention certificate of Moscoy to the Inquary Officer and told by the Office that your police verification wil lbe send very soon again.The police verification came on 14 Jan11 at Police Commissioner Bidar.The police vrification also comleted on 18Jan11. And given OK by Police Inspector Gandhi Ganj Bidar. And the aplication is dispathed to Reasional Pass port Office Koramangala, Bangalore on 25 Jan11 by speed post No.-EK[protected] IN dt25Jan11by the Police Commiosioner Bidar.But on 19 Feb11, I have seen the status on passport website of my aplication, it is showing that your file is closed. For being a soldier Please do the needful for me and issue me a passport as soon as possible.

i ended up going to office in person and spent 4 hours in queue and lot of effort and money

REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE BANGALORE. HAS GIVEN E- MAIL ID( [protected]@dataone.in;, [protected]@dataone.in;) FOR COMMUNICATION ON NET, BUT NO ANY E MAIL ID RECEIVEING THE MAIL ( REASON QUATA FULL ).
AND ALSO NO ANY TELEPHONE RECEIVED OUT OF FIVE LAND LINE NUMBERS AT RPO BANGALORE.[protected], 25706101, 25706102, 25706103,[protected].

Hi i applied for a passport on 04/01/10 and my file number is B20201410 and after the police verifiaction i saw my status on line its stated .
Your file has got objections, which need to be addressed, before it can be cleared for issue of a passport. Please approach Superintendent (Enquiry) on any working day, between 0930 hrs and 1200 hrs. Furnish explanation regarding previous application/passport. Surrender your old passport, if any, with your explanation regarding why you had suppressed the facts. and i went to the regional passport office to enquire the same and i told them that i have never applied for a passport earlier and neither do i have a passport...
Please advice and do the needful.

I applied for PCC for Australia on 19/02/2010 at Bangalore passport office. I was told it will be posted in 1 week but I havent received my passport yet. I went to passport office to find the status and what I get to hear is I would get the passport posted.

I have also visited the local police station and they havent got information for verification.

The procedure is so bad that we dont get to hear any right approach or things getting done on time ( If not 1 week, 2 weeks/3 weeks). In my case, it is over a month now. I am so confused as to where my passport is now and how to get it in my hands.

The passport agent told my mother that the application has been sent to Police enquiry and when my parents enquired about it in Warangal, they said that they did not get any application for police enquiry. Now there is a confusion about this because the passport agent says it has been submitted and the police say that they did not receive it. Verification by the concerned police is also over before 4 weeks. when I ceecked the status of application on line, the message is " THE FILE HAS GOT OBJECTIONS, NEED TO CONTACT THE ENQUIRY OFFICER." .

My place is a village in Davangere district which is about 350 KM from Bangalore. Iam in oman, my wife alone is residing in yhe villlage with two childeren of age 4 &1/2 years and 8 months old. it is not possible to go to the passport office from her.



My question is, why these applications are sent for police verification violating the rules?

what kind of objections prevent them to issue passport for the children under the age of 5 years.

What type of crime they can commit at this age by these children to raise objections?

I applied for passport on 27th April 2008.My file number is B12451908. I have been staying in Bangalore past 1.5yrs and I lived in Kurnool (A.P) prior. Starting from Police verification: I have provided all the document of the address at the time of verification
i.e. Landline Bill, Company HR Letter, Voters ID, Water Bill, Dad's Passport.
The Respective Police Officer came for a verification, took a signature of the neighbour on the statement written from Past 15 to 20Yrs we know them.
After two weeks another inspector came for the verification and he told to get xerox copy of the Company ID card, i also submitted that.
Almost a month i have gone to the Police Station for the complition of the verification, always i hear from the officer that the Senior Inspector is not here come tomorrow. I work for an MNC i will be available only till 1PM.

After 15 Days I received a letter from the passport office stating Please provide 1Yr address proof in your name, then i submitted Bank Statement for more than 1Yr attached with the Public Notary Signature and posted to Regional Passport Office on 01-August-2009.

Still now the Status is not Updated.

I am here at the residence from Birth, I am working for an MNC. The company has made a mandatory each and every employee should have Passport.

I kindly request you to please take further action and issue a passport.

the police in the entrance allow only if money given, the passport office is corrupt .
they do not understand the emergency of certain people who have to travel urgently.

I applied for renewal of my wife's passport on 11/29 and we got the renewed NEW passport on 12/29 as expected. No police verification was done as this was a renewal of an expired passsport issued by Bangalore RPO.

Around 2 weeks back, the police from our area called us and asked us to come to the police station for verification. We informed that the passport has already arrived and it was just a renewal case and not a fresh passport. They asked us to come to the police station anyways otherwise they will write to the passport office to cancel the passport. When we went to the office, they are saying that since my wife's earlier passport was under maiden name and new name has my surname, they are asking for affidavit. I have completed my police verification and the plolice verification report has been recieved by RPO,
But from last 20 days, in RPO web site it says, ur report has been recieved and it is in process.
But still i cant find any changes in my status, Can you please take necessay steps to get me the passport.

Dear Sir,
My file has got objections that i need to submit my birth certificate any how i sent the require details about my birth place along with my birth certificate till now also my status is showing same status .But i had sent all details already 20days are over and my File Reference Number : BNGW26111609. Pls can you able to say what is the status of File.

My Daughter JESSICA SONIA RATHINAM Holding Passport # Z 1865224 who is Permenant resident in Singapore and traveling to Parris from Barsalona Spain. Her Baggage containing Passport, CC, Cash, 2 costly cell phones, etc were robed. She lodged Complaint to the local Police and took proper documents and proceeded to Madrid Indian Embassy to get Travel Document to reach India and was at once the Embassy oblidged. They even informed her to get her Passport in 3 hrs time. She has no money and not able to obtain the same. After reaching Bangalore duly applied for Passport the passport office staff made her to run for this and that which has already enclosed and veryfied. Finaly after paying the fee she was shocked to hear form the counter that she will get her passport after one month. She has to go back to Singapore before 30th Nov 2009 failing which will cost her job. Insurance, etc. If that happeds her 6 yrs hard work will be ruined.When we tried to meet the Passport Officer or APO the officials informed that no one will be allowed to meet him. If the Public is not allowed to than why this system is required in this country and why we shoud pay hefty amount to the Passport services. The Home Ministry & Mr. P.Chidambaram shoul look into this to solve the problems.Thanking You

The problem is in koramangala passport office we have to wait min 3 to 4 hours, then also they will not help us for correct processor. totally i am disappointed abt my passport. My file reference no is BNGA02478509. I applied for it on 30/12/2009. I had two addresses for verification.The verification for my current address has got over in March 2010. My file status showed that it has an objection and I need to meet superintendent in passport office. I had posted a letter on 14th May 2010, with all duly completed PP form cum copies of all addresses proofs. FYI: Police verification has been initially done on 06/Feb/2010, 20/Feb/2010 and on 21/Feb/2010 by Mr. Rouli (Cell: [protected]), Madiwala Police Station, with a sum of Rs. 200/- (non refundable) and duly signed by Inspector, Madiwal PS on 06/Mar/2010. Initially all the Passport applications was filled with the help and guidance of Mr. Muhammed Unais (Cell: [protected] and [protected]), Travel Co-Ordinator, Alhind, Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd, Madiwala, Tel: [protected] / 4422. I am not getting where my application is stuck. But as on May 19, 2010 my one year stay has been completed in my current address itself. So is it necessary for my previous address verification. I dont know what is to be done. Kindly help me.

I am Santosh Kulkarni from Karnataka state, my passport has not yet delivered since April 2010, as the status in passport online enquary was showing that it has been sent to the address by speedpost on 14 April 2010. but I havn't get my passport yet, I enquired in Post office also but they are telling it hasn't come.

I could not able to visit Passport office Bangalore, since my native is too far from Bangalore.

Myself, my husband, two children have apllied for passport on 11thDec'2009 through district passport cell, Gulbarga, Karnataka state, India.In Feb 2010 we were asked to submit NOC's in the correct form .We did it immediately.No response for 2 months.In April 2010 my husband visited personly bangalore office and he was sent back saying that we will get them soon.Till today no response at all.I dont know the file numbers .I'am giving the other details.
