Passport Office Bangalore — no progress in passport status even after 20 days

Dear sir/madam,

I have applied for re-issue of passport in bangalore 23/03/2018

Requested to change the address and add spouse name.

From day 1, the status is showing as "passport application is under review at regional passport office." please help to resolve the issue and let me know if any other documents required for the dispatch. Its very urgent whereas this month end am traveling abroad i even need to start processing for visa.
