Dear Sir,

My wife has applied for passport (at Indore) on 20th Sept’12 (Deposit slip copy enclosed) and in Nov’12 police verification also happened. I am sorry to say that till today the passport is not issued.

Application submission to till today – Total Days 200 Days
Wish the time taken so far is more than enough to issue passport or at least a gentle reply of confirmation. The silence at your end is creating embarrassment. Please take immediate action.

I wrote it so many times trough email, but I am sorry to say that I did not got any response. If required I will forward entire communication in this regards. Note all known measures (listed below) adopted by me, to find out the application status status also turned as waste because of no reply.

# Visited personally to Passport office Bhopal on 30th Jan’13 for enquiry and it was informed that all documents have been received and it will take another 15 -20 days.

# Since long your site http://www.passportindia.gov.in/ is also not working. Continues massage is appearing as "The Online portal is currently facing some technical problem. Please try after some time"

# Time when website was functioning it was giving erratic and confusing massages. Note that earlier date of application receipt 5th Dec 2012 also changed to 5th March 2013 Refer enclosed screen shots

The timeline for issuing the passport in 45 days is already overshot and still we are not in a position to know exact status. Hope we will get a favorable response from your end.

Request to look into it and intimate me that by when we will be getting passport.

ANTRIKSH SRIVASTAV had applied for passport nearly eight months back .His police verification was done at Kolar Police Thana Bhopal in the second week of August 2012.Several months have elapsed and the passport has not yet been issued.The online status shows 'under process' and this status is ther since more than four months.The File no.is BP[protected] and was applied at Passport office DB Mall,M.P. Nagar Bhopal branch.On enquiring at Passport office no one provides information.Such a shame ! I have applied for passport on 11th dec 2012. Since dec 15th it is showing the status as pending for physical police verification at your respective thana under sp office, district sagar. My file no is bp[protected] and my wife's file no is bp[protected]. Many times I have enquired at police station but they said they have not yet received a file. I need the passport urgently as my daughter is pregnant and her due date is near and she is out of india and no one is there to take care of her. Please help me

processes regarding to the passport application.Its been 8 months I have been seeking
for the delivery of passport since December 2011 but I did not get my

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had applied for Passport in Aug , 2011 and full filled the all inquiries. When I checked my application status at 30 Nov 2011, status was -''Passport is going to be dispatched at 19 Dec 2011. But still I did not get my Passport. I informed APO office many times by mail at "grv.[protected]@mea.gov.in". But did not get any response. Then I visit Bhopal Passport Office physically on May 28, 2012. there I get replied that "we will send your passport again on your address but I still did not get my passport even on correct address.after police verification. I think one reason may be Passpoet Agents. Please help me.......

i have applied for the passport for my wife and child on 11/05/12 from Indore and i checked the status on passport website passport.nic.in/ my applicaon No is BPL Z[protected] and BPL Z[protected] but when i check it on www.mp.gov.in/passport/ in status of application there is shown that file record not found or invalid

I have been calling passport office bhopal since past 20 days but my call is not being answered on any of the numbers and the status of my application is also not being updated on the site since then.on 1 may I was asked to furnish verification of dob which was delivered to them by speed post on 3 may but still the status is same as on 1 may, no updates are being displayed on the site. I even mailed the passport officer bhopal regarding it but even it was not answered. I request you to please help me out with the issue.

I am being harassed By Bhopal passport office.

Before final submission of my application i was returned back for small reasons ......after standing in long que for hours........

can't they tell us once what they actually need?????

finally my application submitted for tatkal passport on 20 April 2012 ,as it was very critical for my career so i applied for tatkal. but after giving extra fee of tatkal and so many documents i didn't receive my passport till yet.
from last two weeks my cousins and me visiting passport office to know status of passport but never got any satisfactory answer from there.

they said my Annexure F 's verification is not received while issuing authority shown me proofs that they have sent the confirmation of annexure f on 1 May(18 day back) .but concern person at passport office replied so much crowed is here ,go back your passport will send to you in 2 days.......
now 4 days gone and till yet I didn't got my passport. its too much affecting my career and rude attitude of passport office is responsible for that.

is here somebody who can tell me how should we teach them humanity and remind them about their duties and responsibilities ???

its not only that i am harassed ...common public is facing everyday such incidence.

After scrutinizing all my documents passport office bhopal informed me to furnish attested photo copy of school certificate or birth certificate in support of date of birth.I have received this message from online status of passport on 28 dec 2011.

1. I have sent them attested copy of school certificate and birth certificate on last week of January by post at passport office Bhopal.

2. I have submitted attested copy of school certificate and birth certificate on last week of January at Passport office Ratlam.

3. I also went to passport office bhopal on 23 feb. 2012 to submit the attested copy school certificate and birth certificate, still now my passport status is not changed.

dear sir,
I am Arun Kumar Singh from didhichua M.P applied for passport on 19/09/2011 at passport office bhopal, my file no is BPL-T[protected].

My police report was also cleared a month ago and office has given the dispatch date of 06/11/2011 but after 6th the status changed and it shows due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of your passport is delayed and now will be dispatch in weeks time.

Greetings of the day...!!!!
I have applied for passport application No : BPL-Z225810 on 02/02/11 and saw the status online till 12/06/11 that it will be delivered to you by or before 14/06/11 but I did not receive anything. Hence I checked it again and saw a message that :

" Please furnish a fresh application form with all the columns filled up, all declarations signed and photographs affixed in the boxes given in the form. Detailed objection letter has been despatched to you by post. "


But I did not receive any objection letter, hence I consulted the Local passport office about the same and they informed me to fill a fresh application and to send the same to the Passport Office Bhopal. Hence I did the same and still when I check the status it is showing the same message. I have not received any objection letter and don't know where to contact and how to get my passport.

Would request for your intervention in this matter and would be looking for some guidelines to get my passport ASAP. Also, if possible then please send me the objection details on my e-mail Id.

SUB : RENEWAL OF PASSPORT UNDER TATKAAL SCHEME

Sir,
I am from Indore and my Passport is expiring on[protected] which I want to get renewed at earliest and for same I have been trying to call Telephones of Regional Passport Office (RPO) BHOPAL since last 5 Days and despite numerous attempts , I regret to say the calls on numbers provided on RPO website were not attended by anybody, It is stunning response from organisation such as yours. I wanted to know some details about tatkaal scheme and wanted to fix appointment before rushing to Bhopal.

I don’t hope an esteemed organisation like PASSPORT OFFICES to be so non responsive to citizen needs and wish there is some other reasons for not attending the Telephone calls apart from sheer negligence and who cares attitude , as I feel very frustrated after calling at least 100 Times a day for 4 days in row and not a single call is attended.

I had applied for a new passport the acknowledge receipt no.of which is mentioned above.When I was minor my father had applied & procured my Passport , the said passport was
valid up to 23rd Sep 2000, this passport was misplaced in my house itself so I had not submitted the same alongwith my
application, thereafter I had found the same & submitted the Same by personally visiting BHOPAL passport office six times, alongwith
my reply in a affidavit, on a stamp paper, in the month of July 2010, I had also deposited penalty of Rs.2000.00.on 29th July 2010.

I was informed by BHOPAL passport office on 29th July, after dep.penalty that, my passport will be dispatched in 15 days but since than,inspite
of my personal visits,letters by speed post, I had not received my passport the internet,in this status which was updated on 03.09.10, it is
mentioned to deposit penalt, which I had already dep. On 29th July 10’.there after again a fresh requirement of maariage certifacate was required than

I had obtained Marriage certificate from The Office of Marriage Officer, Jabalpur (M.P.) , on 14/12/10, attested copy of
the same was sent by me on 20/12/10 .

I opened internet passport enquiry status,on 23/12/10 and was shocked To read the message that “Application has been closed, Please reapply Quoting earlier File no. or contact PRO

I again request your goodself please inform how do I get my Passport Issued at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

My name is Ajay Sahu and I am currently residing in the United Kingdom. I just want to bring your attention regarding my wife’s passport which we have applied on your Bhopal branch on 23.8.2010. (Applicant’s name: Abhilasha Sahu: File No.A025129 and Key No.-[protected]). I am deeply disaapointed by the whole system and have serious grievances. My wife applied for the passport there in person. We wanted to apply for the Tatkal scheme but unfortunately there was some alleged problem with the paper work so we had to applied for the ordinary passport.

Unfortunately looking at the website till last week it was updated regarding my wife’s details that the police check has been received and the passport will be dispatched on 13th December. Now the status has been changed suddenly on [protected] and it states that ‘Please furnish a fresh application form with all the columns filled up, all declarations signed and photographs affixed in the boxes given in the form’. My wife went to submit her application in person and submitted it herself after being duly checked by some official person, then how come now this query of filling a new form has arised?. In the matter we are supposed to issued the passport within three months so I have planned to have an operation on my knee on 3rd of December in UK. I assumed that this much time should be sufficient for us to get the passport and get the British visa. I have already provisionally booked my wife’s flight on 30th November for London. I am just wondering that if I wont get my wife’s passport then it seems very unlikely that she will be able to look after me after my operation.

Could I request you to kindly look into the matter and let me know what is the problem please. I also request to get my wife’s passport issued immediately. I have also tried to contact the enquiry number of passport at Bhopal ie., 0755.2775660 and 0755.2775927 but there is no reply. I have been requesting for the last two-three weeks to expedite the process but nobody has even bothered to reply to my emails. I wonder why we have these system, when we cannot afford to answer our client’s queries. I just want to say that kindly consider my case as an exceptional case and please process my wife’s passport as soon as possible please.
