I have applied for the passport in March2011 in normal scheam and from two month my status of my application shows "police report is incomplete and the case is being examined " .Now i want it and no idea what to do .

I, Mahesh sharma, bearing application no. BHUW350870 D.O.B 14/4/1988 ,applied for passport on dated 10/5/2011.The procession of that application is not even started yet.But according to rule it should be completed in 3 months.

But, till now the initial processing is even not done as in the website www.passportstatus.nic.in it says "File Reference Number (BHU-W[protected] is either wrong or Information...
