Respected sir,
With due respected i beg to state that i made an application and submited all the papers to the regional passport fooice 1st floor, 4, brabourne road radha bazar, lal bazar kolkata-700001. West bengal on 16/07/2010. After obserbeing all the papers and talk with me the said office issue passport and the same by regieter post to my address and i was received the same. Now i have got a chance in crwes line to go out of india. I went to passport seva kendra akash tower eastarn bypass ruby kolkata on 29/10/2018 for my p. C. C. There the find that my passport no j3277479 which is noted on the upper foram doesnot mach with the lower no-j3277469. Which is should be same. Considering this facts and circumstances i went to the office of regional passport office 1st floor, 4, brabourne road radha bazar, lal bazar kolkata-70001. There mr. Uttom biswas deputy passport officer said to me we have nothing to do in this respect. Sir. It is not my fault i think it is fault of the office but why he is denying to do this. I can't say. But yet i have submit my passport to that office on 29/10/2018. Considering the fact an circumstances i am requesting to you look into the matterfor which i can get my passport after correction of the mistake. It is very very essential. I hope you will consider my prayer simpathycally.

I was applied for passport 09/07/2018 my police verification was not completed, from 25/07/2018 my file status show: no report has been submitted by sahar police station, delhi and no report sent to sp office, district delhi for review. How much time it will take for review. 30 days completed for passport applied, also guide me where i go for this complaint & is there in customer number for complaining regarding this.. Kindly help me regarding this...

I lived there for 3 years
And twice the police came to my house And my file was rejected twice by the landlord's asking And this time the landlord has vacated the room before the file invoice And twice in the name of the file invoice, the police took 5 ₹ 500

मैं योगेश कुमार S /O श्री ऋषिलाल, मैंने वाराणसी पासपोर्ट ऑफिस मे पासपोर्ट क लिए आवदेन किया, २४.०४.२०१८ कोवाराणसी पासपोर्ट ऑफिस मे मेरा डाक्यूमेंट्स(फाइल LK ४०६२२८७०३९८१८ ) वेरिफिकेशन हुआ Iउसके बाद मुझे२७.०४.२०१८ को पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन के लिए अनपरा पुलिस थाने से श्रीमान पंकज शर्मा की कॉल आयी उन्होंने मुझेपुलिस वेरफिकेशन क लिए थाने मे बुलाया, मैंने उन्हें बोला वेरफिकेशन के लिए घर पर आइये, वो बोले नहीं आपको पुलिसथाने आना पड़ेगा .मैं पुरे डाक्यूमेंट्स(कंपनी कॉलोनी एड्रेस प्रूफ, कंपनी आईडीई, आधार कार्ड, अफ़िदैविट बाई नटुरी ) लेकरअनपरा पुलिस थाने पंहुचा और श्रीमान पंकज शर्मा से मिला, उनको सारे डाक्यूमेंट्स दे दिए .पंकज शर्मा जी फिर बोले एकएप्लीकेशन लिख कर लाओ पड़ोसियों से साइन करवाके की आप इस एड्रेस पर रहते हो और उनकी ID की फोटो कॉपी लेकरआओ Iमैं एप्लीकेशन लिखकर और दो पड़ोसियों की ID लेकर पुलिस थाने गया और श्रीमान पंकज शर्मा को दे दी.एप्लीकेशन लेने क बाद श्रीमान पंकज शर्मा बोले आपका वेरिफिकेशन यह नहीं हो सकता गुमा फिर क़र बात करने लगेबोले पासपोर्ट के लिए लोग ५००० तक दे देते मैंने उनको रिक्वेस्ट किया सर इतने पैसे मैं नहीं दे सकता कई देर तक उनसेरिक्वेस्ट करता रहा फिर बोले आप चले जाओ यह से मैं साइन करके चला आया. .मेरा परमानेंट अड्रेस V .P .O - सरसौद, तहसील -बरवाला, डिस्ट्रिक्ट-हिसार, पिन-१२१२५, हरियाणा .मैं प्रेजेंट मैं १७.०१.२०११ से डी-३ /४ लैंको कॉलोनी अनपरा, सोनभद्र, उत्तरप्रदेश २३१२२५ मैं रह रहा हुI

फिर मैंने कुछ दिन बाद स्टैट्स मैं चेक किया पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन नॉट क्लियर दिखा रहा था I मैंने पासपोर्ट कस्टमरकेयर सेबात की बोले रिजीनल ऑफिस लखनऊ मैं जाइये .मैं रिजीनल ऑफिस लखनऊ गया . उन्होंने मुझे बताया आपकी पुलिसवेरिफिकेशन क्लियर नहीं हुई आप वहाँ एड्रेस पर नहीं मिले, फिर उन्होंने मुझसे अपने परमानेनेट एड्रेस पर पुलिसवेरफिकेशन करवाने क लिए एप्लीकेशन लिखवाई, मैं एप्लीकेशन लिख क़र वह से आ गया I फिर २६.०५.२०१८ को मेरीपुलिस वेरफिकेशन क लिए बरवाला थाना से कॉल आयी मैं एके पड़ोसी को लेकर और अपना आधार कार्ड लेकर पुलिस थानेगया और साइन करके आ गया उन्होंने मुझे कुछ नहीं बोला न कोई डिमांड रखी .मैंने कुछ दिनों बाद स्टेटस चेक किया औरहर रोज चेक करता रहा स्टेटस चेंज नहीं हुआ, पुलिस वेरफिकेशन नॉट क्लियर मैंने बरवाला पुलिस थाने मैं पता किया और SP ऑफिस मैं बी पता किया I

वहाँ से फाइल जा चुकी थे मैंने पासपोर्ट कस्टमरकेयर से बात हुई उन्होंने बी यही स्टेटस बताया उन्होंने मुझे लखनऊपासपोर्ट का NO दिया [protected] मैंने उस पर बहुत बार कॉल किया १०:१० से १:०० क बिच मैं हर रोज कॉल करतारहा परन्तु कभी बी बात नहीं हुई हमेसा यही बोलता नेटवर्क बिजी मैंने मैंने २ महीने तक वेट किया मेरा पासपोर्ट आजाएगा या कॉल लग जाएगी स्टेटस अपडेट हो जायेगा पर कुछ नहीं हुआ .मैंने दुबारा पासपोर्ट कस्टमरकेयर [protected] पर कॉल किया उन्होंने बी यही बताया स्टेटस पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन नॉट क्लियर और बोला की रिजीनल ऑफिस लखनऊबात क़र लीजिये मैंने बोला वो कबि कॉल रिसीव नहीं करते फिर बोले आप दोबारा रिजीनल ऑफिस लखनऊ जाइये I मैंदोबरा १४.०८.२०१८ को दोबरा रिजीनल ऑफिस लखनऊ गया अनपरा से जाने मे ११ से १२ घंटे लगते .मैंने उनसे पूछा सरक्या प्रॉब्लम ह उनहोने कुछ नहीं बताया और फॉर्म लेकर बोले आप चले जाओ आपका पासपोर्ट आ जाएगा .मैंने स्टेटसचेक किया Applicant Reply has been received on 14/08/2018.अभी तक यही स्टेटस दिखा रहा ह ना पासपोर्ट अभीतक आया .लखनऊ पासपोर्ट ऑफिस पर हर रोज कॉल करता हु बस एके ही जवाब मिलता ह नेटवर्क बिजी I

आपसे हाथ जोड़कर पार्थना ह की कुछ सलूशन करे कितनी बार पासपोर्ट ऑफिस के चक्र लगाए .मैडम जी इससे तोयही साबित हुआ की हमे उस पुलिस वाले श्रीमान पंकज शर्मा थाना अनपरा, सोनभद्र उत्तरप्रदेश -२३१२२५ को ५००० दे देनेचाइये थे .और मेरे जैसे पता नहीं कितने लोग होंगे जो ये सभी सहन क़र रहे हैं I मैं इंडिया का नागरिक हु मेरे ऊपर कोई केसनहीं ना कोई मैं कोई देश द्रोही फिर बी हमे ये सब क्यों सहन करना पड़ता .वैसे हम डिजिटल इंडिया की बात करते हैं i आधारकार्ड नंबर से सब डिटेल्ड मिल जाती ह फिर ये सब क्यों होता एक पासपोर्ट क लिए ६महिने तक चक्कर काटने पड़ते ह ीपुलिस वाले मन चाए पैसे मांगते ह पासपोर्ट ऑफिस मैं बी कोई प्रॉपर सलूशन नहीं मिलता .प्लीज मैडम जी इसका कोईसलूशन निकलिए प्लीज प्लीज प्लीज .

Hello sir mere passport ko four months ho chuke hai abhi tak passport bankar nahi aya kis liye time lag raha hai bataiye me passport office dobara gaya tha unohne kha 15 din tak ban jayega tab bhi nahi bana meri sari verification puri ho chuki hai aur apke passport office ke complaint landline number sab bekar hai koi bhi phone pik nahi karta hoon phone ko kachre ke dibbe me dal dijye sabse accha rahega mera file no dl[protected]

I have recently taken passport office services to make passport of my parents.
I stay in gurgaon and i went to passport seva kendra in udyog vihar to avail the services.
I started with all the formality completion for my father's passport mr. Jai prakash yadav as per the guidelines mentioned by the passport seva kendra officials. At the last stage of passport formalities, one of official made a spelling error in my father's name and did not show the final changes made (As were shown by the previous officials). The name of my father in passport is now jai p'ar'kash yadav instead of jai p'ra'kash yadav which was required. I tried to login again to the passport sewa site and take an appointment for name change but it is not going further without paying a sum of 1500 rs. I don't want to pay the same amount again just because one official made a spelling error in the passport of my father.
Please help in the above query and suggest what can be done in this case.

First time in police verification he said there is not mention a in adress so he submitted adverse report after that when i visit to regional office they said they not mentioned a because of space but they said they will correct my adress now after that police verification was happened again and before 1 month i received a msg police submitted clear report but till now m not getting my passport. When i called in regional passport offc they said come again and submit a application regarding this
Wt the hell is goin on m not able to understand, am living in najafgarh and regional passport office is in bhikajikama its so far from my way
But the question is if i did all the things so why again they need a application and for what? Why they told me to visit again there and write a application.
Please do needfull in this, i hope you understand my pain.

Dear sir,
My name is meena and few months back i'd applied for passport but it didn't approve.
After police verification process, i received an email saying that my passport application is kept on hold as they doubt on my nationality.
I live with my family and my dad is a retired govt servant, he was posted in cpwd, curzon road and even after his retirement he still works there temporally.
I'd submitted all my school certificate, my graduation certificate, aadhar card, pan card, etc. But they asked me to show my birth certificate which i don't have. My parents emigrated from nepal to india long back and it's been more than 50 years now but i was born in india and brought here.

I have checked in the website, it is clearly mentioned that in place of birth certificate i can submit my rest of the identity documents. I am 1989 born and if i am not wrong
The rules have already changed and updated whereas they don't ask for birth certificate.
I even when to the passport office on 17th apr'18, at bikajikama place, r. K. Puram but nothing happened. I was sent to the room number 11, i told them everything but they said i need to submit all my father's documents like his pan card, aadhar card, vother id, electricity bill, etc. Also, when i told them that i don't have birth certificate then they said "banwa lo".

I really don't understand, why am being punished and harassed just to get my passport, i feel like the whole system is corrupt.

One more incident happened during that time, on the 1st floor, there's a girl who also applied for passport and the same police officer came for verification. I even spoke to him and told him that my file is kept on hold because he submitted the same reason. When i questioned him, he just ignored but still took my signature and aadhar card number to complete the verification process of that girl. Just one question i wanted to ask, if he felt that i am not indian or he actually doubted on my nationality then why did he took my details as witness. Is it because i didn't pay anything to him that time?

!!!Urgent!!! Delay in Passport Renewal

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My wife Sanjana Yadav, file no: DL[protected] and son Daivik file no: DL[protected] applied for just renewal of passport on the same date 13 March 2018, as it was expiring within 6 months and had to apply for the visa. My wife’s renewed passport came within 2 weeks and my son passport status is still pending to dispatch from last more than 2 weeks as shown in attached picture. Passport application and police verification were also done more than a week now.

When talked to the customer care they said will have to wait only, no other option. This is very poor and ridiculous excuse given by passport office. Is this is the way passport office services operates by giving false promises and provide with no other option to people? When people expect to get things done on time accordingly which they can apply for visas but because of the poor services of Indian passport offices don’t let it happen which is why a lot of our foreign friends also complaints that Indian government passport services are very poor even when they apply for any e-visa to visit India.

I would request to look into the matter and sort things out on the priority basis.

I am so harressed with the system for tha appointment
1. When trying to generate the appointment online i cannot select date or time
2. On calling the call center th y have no idea and advise to send someone to herald house at ito to make the appointment, which i request my mother to do so
3. A working professional, my mother takes time out and goes to herald house, where the pro says go to bhikaji kama place rpo office. She checked with the lady “are there any specific timing or days to meet with the rpo there”. She was assured the rpo works all day and could go right away. The time on the watch was ist1415hrs.
4. My mother arrives at the rpo bhikaji kama place at 1445hrs and was rebuffed by the g4 guards to come the next day

For a simple information this is complete harrassment. Why have a facility if you can’t facilitate

I hope to get the confirmation from you on email today fo the requested appointment time and date so that my mother is not harrowed once again tomorrow

Dear sir / ma'am, i have been following with passport officers but i am not getting any response and support from them. I had applied my passport on 24-11-17 but till date i have not received my renewed passport. First local psk hold my passport for 20 days without any reason and they pass my file when i visited them and ask reason for delay there was no answer by local dpo. Even after police verification its been now 8 days, passport is not printed and disptached. Refer attached mails.

Hi, today i went to passport office and got a chance to meet mr. Pawan gupta sitting on a big position for customer support. But i m really sorry to say he is not good for this job position. He is not there to help people but just to make their life difficult to get a passport. He has no manners to how to talk and he is so arrogant. I request to take some strict action against him so that it wont be happen again with any other.

I have applied for my daughter passport on 27.6.17. Visited herald house on 4.8.17 with daughter and all supporting documents.

Process of counter a & b done successfully. But after that they forward to exit section to submit the file, saying now no need to visit section c. But till now i didn't get her passport.

Already i received passport after giving a written letter in regional passport office with reason for undelivered and later scn is issued.

I did not receive scn yet but showing as letter dispatched from post.
